The Bluffton Room
Please note that due to the size of our dining room and our tableside service, the restaurant is not suited to children under 13 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.
We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and with that knowledge the restaurant and our server welcomed us warmly. We had a very relaxed and enjoyable night and will remember our experience!
Start to finish first class service and food. Will be back soon!
Best meal EVER!
The Bluffton Room made our Anniversary dinnera very special occassion The waitress and staff gave us a card and complimentary Proseco. They made us feel welcome and well taken care of . The food was outstanding as always and the attention to our needs incredible.
The food and our server were excellent! Even with a slightly broken hand, our server was in good spirits and did everything well. The food was so good too! Love the egg appetizer!
Always wonderful experience. Outstanding and innovative food. My favorite restaurant in the entire southeast.
Everything was very good with the exception of the ceasar salad! Not a caesar or a good salad!
Everything great except noise level. Need something to help abate the noise.
First of all, the steak is world class, and service was excellent. Where we are perplexed is with their reservation protocol. We confirmed via SMS as prompted through OT only to be greeted by hostesses with a “we cancelled your reservation because you never answered our calls” . Challenge here is when I am on holiday I make it a point to not answer phone calls. We were seated nevertheless but when I questioned the hostesses a little more, the ‘manager’ was rather rude and obstinate, ending with a ‘we need to agree to disagree’ comment with a tone to match.
The Bluffton Room has wonderful food and ambiance. I would highly recommend!
Tatianna did a great job for us -- as she did when we were here in October! Our favorite low country restaurant by a mile!
great food and service, will return again soon! a great restaurant for special occasions.
Fabulous dinner celebrating my wife’s birthday. We were treated like royalty and had the best steak (Porterhouse) with baked oysters, Caesar, mushrooms, and asparagus with big wine selections
Absolutely delicious! I literally have not one bad thing to say about The Bluffton Room. Appetizer, salad, main course and desert were all amazing. The staff were all friendly and made us feel welcome. Our waitress was so sweet and made a killer side table salad. Can’t wait to try the Bananas Foster. This was much more than a meal it literally was an experience and my husband and I will most definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Ben was an awesome server! Had a great meal with awesome service!
Our dinner was excellent. Filet and salmon. The table side Ceasar salad was just OK. We have had much better at a less expensive restaurant.
Expensive, but food and service are superb.
Amazing food and service! The attention to detail is impeccable! Down to the chef’s compliments, bread service and truffles. Tatiana provided exceptional service! Thank you for creating a special dining experience for us!
Everything about our experience at the Bluffton Room was outstanding. The she-crab soup was incredibly flavorful, the porterhouse for 2 was cooked perfectly, and the service we received from the staff was impeccable. Tonja's attentiveness and professional demeanor really made our evening that much more enjoyable. If you are visiting Bluffton, The Bluffton Room is a must !!!
As always, the Bluffton Room doesn’t disappoint. Excellent food and amazing service!!
The food was amazing and everything was cooked to perfection! Our service was 5 star. If you haven't eaten at The Bluffton Room do not delay, you won't be sorry.
Excellent food and service in an upscale way. Due to layout, intimate quiet and private dining is not possible though it is still very pleasurable. Be sure to have a reservation as it is popular and seating is limited.
First off.. They are one of the few places in Old Town Bluffton that offers FREE valet parking, which is huge if you older and don't want to walk 3-4 blocks.
The food was prepared exactly as we asked. Presentation was perfect.
Our server and all the wait staff were very friendly and gracious..
We arrived for a very special 32nd anniversary dinner, we quickly seated and presented with glasses of Prosecco on the house. Tonja, our wonderful server, guided us through a fantastic dining experience. This is our new, special restaurant.
One of our Bluffton favorites. Always good food. Always good service. Always noisy. Always expensive, but half the price is always a good bottle of wine. We went a little later this time (7:30). There was actually one empty small table, and we saw some turnover at the popular bar seating. Staff were very friendly. We like the valet parking in Old Town Bluffton. We normally can find our car right outside the door.
Everything was outstanding, ambiance was fabulous, noise level was perfect even with it being small with bar. Service was great- greeted me and wife by our name, at the end of dinner asked if they could get our car. All wished us a happy anniversary. They did the little things that made evening perfect. Definitely will be back and is now one of our go to spots
Wonderfully delicious lunch of blackened grouper and grilled pork chop!
Wonderful food and service! They made my Birthday very special :)
The food is very salty. Everyone in the party was disappointed with amount of over salting.
Always a special place to return to for a delicious meal and inviting atmosphere.
Fabulous as always.
The food, service and ambiance are all exceptional. On a Saturday night the noise level was a bit high but it did not detract from the experience. Prices trend higher than other local restaurants but I cannot complain about the quality.
Good food, great service.
She Crab Soup was terrific as was the Carpaccio (thicker than usual, but my wife likes it that way. 5 of us found our entrees (Steaks for 2, Salmon, Hali it and Chicken) to be okay. Salmon was judged a little dry, Halibut was somewhat tasteless and dry, chicken was overwhelmed by accompaniments.
Love Friday lunches! 25 cent martinis!
Food was great service outstanding the only negative 22oz ribeye was not good
It was very good. Our service and food were amazing. We got there early last reservation available.
This is by far one of our Top 5 restaurants in the Lowcountry. It feels like a big city restaurant from the food and ambiance perspective. Chef Jeff Congdon is incredibly talented and creative. I love that he keeps some of the standards on the menu year-round while changing up the seasonal items on a regular basis.
The Friday New Orleans lunch is a fantastic way to kick off your weekend. But be sure to make a reservation as it is a very popular weekly event.
The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Be sure to treat yourself to a tableside Caesar salad or Bananas Foster. Both entertaining and delicious! Old school for sure! You will leave with a smile on your face and look forward to when you can do it all over again!
Went for our anniversary celebration. They gave each of us a small glass of Prosecco for an anniversary toast. Nice touch. We shared the Dover Sole which was very good but a little too salty. The sides, spinach and horseradish mashed potatoes were very good also. The dessert, warm brownie with ice cream was excellent. Restaurant was crowded and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Perfect place for a special night out or if you sit at the bar, any night. Open Fridays for lunch.
Our server, Tonja, was excellent. An asset to the establishment.
