The Bistro - Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino Ratings and Reviews
It was for my husband's 70th birthday. They had us sit opposite the open kitchen area. We found it noisy and not really set up for a special birthday. The waitress was great, very helpful and welcoming. The New York Steak was delicious. It was large so we split it and the potato, asparagus.
Another Great Dinner at Bistro! One of our go-to places when visiting the Palm Springs area. Always fun to spend an hour or two at Fantasy Springs Casino and then have a great dinner at Bistro. I usually go for my favorite item on their menu which is the Wedge Salad and the Braised Short Ribs, but this time I opted for the Halibut while my wife had the Sea Bass. Both were perfectly cooked, and did not disappoint. Great little spot on the second floor above the casino, and always great service from the staff.
What an absolutely fabulous restaurant. Everything about it was wonderful. Seating is relatively open and you can converse comfotably without hearing your neighbors. The wait staff is attentive but not overbearing and they let you enjoy your dinner the way you want and at your pace. The food was outstanding and the choices were absolutely sumptuous. I've never had such a hard time choosing an entree because they offered everything from fun comfort food, to fish, to a choice of 4 different steaks and add ons. Amazing ! Everything was perfect! We are definitely going back again!
FAIR, FAIR, FAIR. Disappointed this time with the Prime bone-in New York steak. We ordered it medium rare to make sure it was juicy and tender....NOT....the asparagus was so pethy you could not chew it. The salad wedge we started with, we had it chopped and it was delicious. Next time we will go back to our standby, the filet mignon. Our server was very good.
My wife and I found this place on line and thought we'd give it a try. I saw escargo on the menu and being French had to give it a try, I must say they were some of the best I've ever had. The crabcakes were delicious too and the mushroom soup was heavenly.
Service was very good, the table was quite and we can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu
Had dinner there before the Temptation.
Gotta say everything was perfect. From Terry the manager greeting us, to being served by Monica.
I had the halibut which was absolutely done perfectly and was totally delicious.
Desert was the pecan tart with vanilla ice cream, both complemented each other and tasted amazing.
The service was polite and efficient and made the entire evening amazing.
We were so disappointed to be able to smell cigarette smoke. I never noticed it before until many of my friends asked me my favorite place to go .. Of course it was the Bistro for lamb chops and all said they would not go back due to the smoke. This time our party really noticed it.
