The Bistro - Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino Ratings and Reviews
I ordered the bone in rib eye and I asked the waitress if they had any type of spices Cajun souse to go with it and she said she will ask the chef , and he personally made me a Cajun butter sauce that I haven’t had at any other restaurant and I have tried a lot of place it was the best steak smothered in that sauce 12 stars for that chef
Excellent service! It's always a great spot for celebrating. Normally every dish is prefect however we did have one issue with the duck pasta, however the dish was promptly taken away and replaced with a new dish. The manager visted the table and comped that dish. As always the banana blitz is my favorite and is the best desert EVER! Thank you for making my birthday feel special 😊
The service staff and management are always accommodating and extremely friendly. Makes
the experience special even though you are at a casino, you'd never know it! We love to come here for special occasions or simply an escape from the kitchen for me! Try the meatloaf, delicious. The Kobe hamburger is something extra special . My favorite is the sea bass, which is consistently a winner. Looking forward to our next visit!
I had the chicken Jidori and it was so overcooked that I could barely cut it with a knife. My husband had the Veal Parm and out came one large (tomahawk) style chop. Again tough. The service was good. I will give it another try at some point as I did hear people complementing the fish dishes.
Food was outstanding...service was good in the beginning, but towards the end of the meal she spent a little too much time talking to other tables (not dinner related topics) and left us sitting too long.
We'll go back for sure, especially since we're local.
Atmosphere is comfortable classy. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Our table had the short ribs, Kobe meatloaf and chicken w crab cakes. Everyone enjoyed their choices. Excellent service from the wait staff. Kept our drinks filled without interrupting our conversation. Wish I lived closer so I could dine here more often.
We love this place. Monica was our server and was so attentive, as were the food and drink runners. The manager came to our table twice to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. The food is wonderful and we have never had a bad experience. I had the New York steak and it was cooked to perfection. My son and daughter-in-law had sushi as an appetizer and they loved it. One ordered salmon for dinner, which she said was really good. The other ordered steak and said it was very tender and cooked just right. We were too stuffed at the end for dessert, but I know from prior visits that the Banana Bliss is awesome. You will not be disappointed.
Was not impressed with the décor or the food. It was advertised as fine dining. While it was not bad I did expect more. The Asian resataurant in Fantasy Springs had much nicer décor but the food was poor. At least the food was good but not a place the blew me away.
We arrived an hour ahead of our reservation and asked if we could be seated early. We were provided with a nice table. The food was fantastic and the noise level was not disruptive. The service was below average as our server did not take out order for almost 15 minutes. She was also forgetful when asked for drink refills.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Bistro. Our server, Maria was outstanding and made excellent recommendations, starting with a shared platter of delicious Sushi. I had the lamb chops and I can definitely say these are some of the best I've ever had. My husband took Maria's recommendation and ordered the Veal Chop Parmesan- he loved every bite. The Bistro wine list is not only very creatively designed, it offfers some excellent options both by the glass and bottle selections with options for every budget. We will most definitely add The BIstro to our "go to" short list of our regular restaurants.
Last birthday celebration for me....great choices for 25 for $25 wines...we just had appetizers
for two of us to share...the staff was more than willing to split the plates with no extra charge.
Always have enjoyed the Bistro in Fantasy Springs Casino...it's a hot spot in the California desert.
