The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis.

The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients are the focus on the dinner menu, which features premium steaks, impeccable mountain trout and seafood, poultry and lamb. Chef Noriko Oda creates French bistro-inspired recipes featuring estate–raised products and locally grown produce. Gardens on the estate produce a wide array of vegetables and fruits throughout the seasons, and our extensive pasture lands provide all-natural, hormone-free Black Angus beef and lamb.

Great service. Fresh, well prepared food. The lamp ragu pasta dish was wonderful!

Enjoyed a very nice lunch (beef stew and pecan chicken salad entrees) and delicious pecan cranberry bread. Our server was attentive and cordial.

Service was great - food arrived hot and was delicious - and we could speak across the table in relaxed voices. We quite enjoyed the evening.

My husband and I ordered salads. His was the chicken salad which he said was very good. I ordered the Caesar salad with salmon. The salmon was over cooked and mostly skin for which they charged me an extra $12! The dressing was absolutely tasteless. I didn’t want to complain to our server because she was very kind and it wasn’t her fault. We had come to Biltmore to spend our anniversary. That meal was extremely disappointing.

Not the best. Both my wife and I got sick. We had different dishes and were not at all pleased.
