The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis.

The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients are the focus on the dinner menu, which features premium steaks, impeccable mountain trout and seafood, poultry and lamb. Chef Noriko Oda creates French bistro-inspired recipes featuring estate–raised products and locally grown produce. Gardens on the estate produce a wide array of vegetables and fruits throughout the seasons, and our extensive pasture lands provide all-natural, hormone-free Black Angus beef and lamb.

Our favorite restaurant on the Biltmore Estate! Wonderful service that's unobtrusive; delicious locally sourced/themed menu offerings (we often get trout & chicken, but everything we've tried has been delicious); charming atmosphere (tables are nestled in tightly, so when you're getting in or out of your seat for any reason, just be mindful); and even though the crème brulee is often their most raved about dessert, the sorbet trio is absolutely delicious too!

We have eaten at the Bistro a number of times and no matter if we have been there for lunch, dinner or a special occasion; we have always gotten excellent service and fantastic food.
My favorite dessert is Creme Brulee and let me just say, the pastry chef gets 5 stars! My husband said the ribeye was the best he's ever had. Everything I had was delicious and cooked to perfection!

Went to Bisrto on Sunday for lunch Really enjoyed the fried brie for appetizer. We then had Turkey Brine sandwich also Lamb and Pork chops. Food very tasteful and presentation was excellent, Loved the athmosphere. The waitress was excellent at her job and very knowlegable. I had two glasses of the Cabernet Reserve it was really good withthe meal. I would totally recommend this Bistro to anyone. It offers alot. Excellent.

My fiancee and I enjoyed a filet mignion and a ribeye steak. Our appetizer took a like while to come out and they did not change us for it. Other than that, wonderful experience!

The Bistro is a medium priced restaurant with entrees averaging about $27. The kitchen is located in the middle of the restaurant and is surrounded with well placed seating. The wait staff, host team, and management being consistently good with manager Maurice being one of the best. The food this visit did not quite live up to expectations as the salad seemed to be not quite as fresh as it should have been and the service seemed to be not quite as attentive and welcoming as in recent visits. Nevertheless a less than perfect experience at the Bistro is better than most other restaurants at this price point as is definitely still worth a visit.

One of our favorite restaurants in the Asheville area. One of the reasons we have annual passes to Biltmore Estate

The food was excellent! The ambience and overall mood was rushed. Our reservation was for 8 and they closed at 9, and we could tell from the service. We are annual passholders and were glad for the discount, as it seemed overpriced. We had the duck and the ribeye which were delicious just not worth the $140 bill.

You may need tickets or passes to Biltmore to be able to get in. Casual, great service and great food.

Went there for the Valentines Day four-course dinner. The courses were excellently prepared and the service, as typical for the Biltmore, was perfect.

We ate here for Valentine's Day dinner. Some of the ingredients are unexpected and the chef knows how to incorporate them to create fabulous dishes. Everything was amazing. There are plenty of wine choices but we chose to pick up a bottle of wine from the winery next door and paid the $9 cork fee. Our server, Holley, was very helpful and friendly. Overall this was a terrific experience.
