We had a delicious meal and a wonderful evening. The service at Biltmore Bistro restaurant is always exceptional and was excellent this evening! Highly recommended the Bistro at Biltmore! Can’t wait to dine there again!!
Fantastic service, food, and environment. Would definitely go back again.
Quite frankly, this was our first dining out at a restaurant since the covid-19 pandemic.
Food was awesome as always, and our server Bobby, was awesome as usual.
We did feel quite safe as clearly the restaurant was abiding by North Carolina law with covid-19 safety practices certainly in place, and being carried out.
It certainly was a welcomed time.
Great place to stop and appreciate the day after a wine tasting
Bobby waited on us. I had trout-outstanding! He told us they had scallops also. I was torn so he brought me 2 scallops with my entree
My wife had risotto and chicken
Told Bobby it was our anniversary and he sent desert with happy anniversary written in chocolate
Bobby is the best waiter we've ever had
The salad and trout dinner was delicouis and service was great!
Covid protocol in place and followed. Almond fried Brie excellent. Seafood bouillabaisse a standout. Wine flight available. Service on point. Would visit again.
Food was good but overpriced and a little underwhelming.
A very enjoyable dining experience. My husband says the trout compares to the best steak he has ever eaten . High praise! Wait staff made the experience even more enjoyable! When on the estate, don’t miss it!
Despite all the COVID requirements making the restaurant feel half full, the experience was great. The food was incredible with quality fresh ingredients cooked perfectly. Our server was very friendly and informative. Definitely recommend the duck which was wonderful.
Dined in while staying at the Village with my eight-year-old daughter. Great food and atmosphere! A little on the pricey side, but well worth it. We left with full bellies and a great mother / daughter memory.
Food was very good. Filets came out exactly how we like it. Service was very good.
This place was so busy but service was not lacking. This place is great. The food was phenomenal!!! They made sure to let the one gluten-free person in our group know that they did have gluten-free options. The wine and wine service was fantastic. This place was the best choice for us to enjoy the Biltmore. Thank you!!!
We enjoyed a lovely dinner with friends at the Biltmore Bistro. I ordered the trout and my husband ordered a steak. Both were excellently prepared. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Nice environment, great service. Food was very good but not great.
We enjoyed excellent service and delicious meals. When the plates came out without the vegetables being switched out (as the waiter said they could do), they took the plates back and replaced the meals. As if that wasn't enough, the chef told us to select a dessert on him due to the mixup. The filet mignon with bordelaise sauce was tender and cooked to perfection. The trout delighted my mother. It was a special night, enhanced by our dining experience.
We had a wonderful dinner at The Bistro! The food and service was impeccable. The staff wore masks and social distancing was observed which was appreciated.
This is a truly swoon-worthy place. The food is exquisite, as is the service and atmosphere. Could not be better. Can't recommend it enough.
Our meal was great. It's somewhat on the noisy side to try and carry on a conversation but we would go back.
This was our first time visiting the Biltmore. The restaurant was COVID compliant. Our waiter was amazing and the food was great!
Had a fantastic meal! Everything was great but the Trout dish was outstanding! One of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had!
The food was great. Restaurant very clean.,our service was very polite and did a great job
Anniversary dinner. Excellent food and service.
We have eaten at the Bistro many times, but this time we were disappointed in the food. The calamari was in a pool of oil, the steak was tough, and the dressing on the Caesar salad was very bland. Hopefully things were amiss due to the recent re-opening and the place will get back to it’s A game.
Very nice menu and wait staff. Mixed drink wasn't thoroughly incorporated but, man, that's about all I can find at fault. Wine list is limited to Biltmore wines so you can consider that on its own terms as to how that is either part of the estate experience or a limited list. Food is very well done. Bobby was a great waiter. Very keen on health protocols as well.
It was a charming restaurant at Biltmore. The food was really good but compared to a couple other places I ate in Asheville it wasn’t quite as good. They were very efficient and the service was outstanding. If you are wanting to dine at the Biltmore I would definitely recommend it!
Excellent food and atmosphere, a little noisey with hearing work in kitchen, but that's what a bistro is.
Ordered the ribeye steak well done. Came out burnt. Manager was very nice and willing to prepare another steak. I opted to eat the burnt steak because I hate wasting food. Got comped for the steak which was as it should have been, it was a $50 steak. The waitress was nice, but not knowledgeable. This was our last meal of our Asheville weekend. Last and least. Do not recommend.
Bobby was our waiter and super genuine, respectful, and exceeded expectations. Would love to have him again on another trip to Biltmore. Could not have asked for better.
Great choice if you're staying on property at the Biltmore Estate or if you are visiting for the day and care to remain into the evening. Excellent wines and menu. Highly recommended.
Dinner w my mom. The chicken was dry but the succotash was excellent and the glaze was great. The peaches in the salad had no flavor and barely any goat cheese.
Overall dissatisfied with how little of the menu is from biltmore or even neighboring locales.
Celebrated anniversary late afternoon. We were seated promptly and enjoyed a table off the beaten path. Service was good and not over bearing. Food was excellent.
Had a wonderful meal and the staff was great! In these times of Covid-19, I felt that they did everything possible to ensure that I was comfortable and safe. Food and drinks were delicious!
Food was delicious. Outdoor dining was great
Very good, place needs to be a little nicer for the price. Needs update. Very least some table cloths.
Service was great, outside dining was very nice. My filet mignon was excellent and cooked to perfection.
Excellent food and customer-oriented service. Fair prices. Highly recommended
My mom and I had a lovely time. We both said that it was the best meal we have had all year. I got out of my comfort zone and ordered the cucumber peach salad. It was delicious. The filet was so tender and cooked perfectly. Service was outstanding. We wanted a nice splurge meal to end our trip, and it was everything we had hoped it would be.
We had a late reservation, and staff was understandably tired, but polite. We enjoyed the calamari and French onion soup; however, there was nothing remarkable about them. Husband had Steak Frites, which were subpar in execution. The steak was not seasoned very well, and it was adorned with a frozen pat of butter which did not melt at any point in the evening. I had the bouillabaisse pasta. The shrimp were the only item in the dish that were (remarkably) not overcooked. The sauce had potential, but again, lack of seasoning failed to deliver any flavor.
