Easter brunch review. Most item son the menu were typical breakfast fare -scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes- but some items were imaginative, like the salmon on toast points and. They also offered some salad choices, some well prepared and hot root vegetables, carved ham and Lamb in a demi-glaze with root vegetables. The lamb was tender and though I enjoyed it, I found that the demi-glaze overpowered the delicate "flavor" of the lamb and some of the vegetables. They also offered Coffee, Tea, soft drinks, beverages from the bar and an array of sweet treats including an ice cream sundae bar (vanilla & strawberry) with some sauces and toppings.
All in all it was enjoyable, the hostess accommodating and pleasant, despite a last minute change in our guest count on a very busy and booked day.

Most disappointing, we had made reservations and planned to take a friend to dinner. To our embarrassment the restaurant called 45 minutes before our seating and said they had a large party and could not seat us. In talking to a few other people it was suggested perhaps we were bumped by members of the club, we did not realize it but this is affiliated with a private golf club, beware if planning to eat here make a back up plan.

We had such a lovely Christmas lunch! . . .. Good friends, excellent food, lovely service!! . .. We are already making plans to return again next year!

We took relatives for a late lunch and there was hardly anyone else there, so seating and privacy were excellent. We sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the golf course scene along with very good and plentiful servings of crab cakes and a salmon "BLT" that was the hit for two of us.
The other member had chicken salad in a wrap that looked appetizing and was appreciated by our guest as well.

Staff was friendly, however, the food was overpriced and average -- there are many other local choices I'd make for similar cuisine. It was also a cafeteria like feel because of the bright lighting.

From the fireplace behind us to the taste of the food, we loved dinning at The Bistro. The service was great and the ambience was just right for a cozy winter night dining out. We arrived for a late evening dinner and had the ahi tuna starter, knife and fork salad, the speciality fish of the night and braised short ribs. You must try the ahi tuna starter, it was delicious! We will be dining again at The Bistro very soon!

We ate a random assortment of apps since Tuesday night's in the winter they just serve lunch, apps, and have a few specials. They were amazing. We had the scallops wrapped in bacon, seared tuna, crab ravioli, eddemome potstickers, and lemon chicken potstickers. Would highly recommend all. Our waiter Brian was fantastic and very personable. Nice and quiet atmosphere with a few big screen tv's.

My friends and I visited The Bistro during a Visit With Santa Claus Brunch . . .and, while we didn't visit with Santa, the brunch looked divine!! And the families were all having such a happy time! We were seated in a quiet booth, where we enjoyed a delightful lunch . . The Maryland Cream of Crab soup was the best we've ever had. We will definitely return to the The Bistro again . . .
