Great food and atmosphere!!! We visit a lot and always have a great time!

Overall the ambiance and experience was great but the food did not really meet our expectations. I thought the charcuterie board, for a winery, was kind of embarrassing and the food was bland.

Wedding tasting. Our waiter, Derrick was amazing, educated, and so helpful. Food was fantastic. Atmosphere is very nice except for the loud drunk girl at the table behind us. But that’s not Gervasi’s fault.

The Bistro is a log cabin kind of feeling. The fireplace was on and the ambiance was just perfect. Service was very good and accommodating. The prices were very reasonable and the food was great. I would highly recommend this place all year round. The surroundings are beautiful.

We had the brunch special s it grilled ham had a brunt taste the water tasted bad !

Our Server Kaile was wonderful and so helpful. Everyone was nice during our whole experience. Bread was a bit hard but didn't need it since the food was so delicious. The lights on the side of seating area was really bright. Luckily where we were seated it was low. Overall can't wait to return.

Omg! I would like to say I have never been to a restaurant and enjoyed ALL of the food. I was in complete awe. Food was exceptional. My server Lauren was very kind and enthusiastic. Great place to go by yourself or with someone, you’ll love it.

P.s. I don’t even write reviews so this should mean a lot! Go for it, you won’t regret it 😊

Very disappointing-the special was pork loin- went with that- came out charred and well done first time- sent it back and came out too rare- potatoes were cubes that were undercooked- this is why we usually go to the crush house where the food is prepared as it should be- our server was gracious and very good- maybe she would have had a better idea on how to cook pork loin

I brought my wife to Gervassi for her birthday. What a wonderful experience! The Still House was fantastic to have some appetizers and early drinks and then we had reservations for The Bistro. There was live music at The Still House, which would be the ONLY suggestion I would have for The Bistro for improvement. Definitely putting Gervassi on the rotation of places to stay!

The restaurant is beautiful. The service was excellent. The appetizers were excellent. The food was good. The wine is fantastic.

The Bistro is a beautiful atmosphere. A stunning large open barn gorgeous wooden floors and beams along with a winding staircase.
From the time we entered to the time we left we were treated with a warmth that made you want to stay and certainly want to return.
We ordered the brunch which was excellent and a very good value.

The food was great, our waiter was very attentive and accommodating. Only negative note was it was cold. We were by a window so that may be the reason.

We celebrated my birthday. Everything was perfect. Tiffany was our server & she made everything so nice. The food was delicious, wine excellent & atmosphere beautiful! The dessert was so good—triple variety gelato & an ice cream treat for my birthday. We will be back.

The food is fabulous, unlike any other restaurant in Stark county. We tried an appetizer, bottle of wine, dessert, steak, scallops, All if it was beyond our expectations. Such Beautiful Christmas decor. Our server was exceptional, courteous and took her position seriously and made us feel so welcome!

Easy to make reservations. We were promptly taken to our table. Wait staff was excellent. Food was excellent.

My partner and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary as well as celebrating our recent engagement. We had the most wonderful time. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. I had their lamb special and it blew my mind! Our server brought us a complementary congratulatory dessert that just capped off an already lovely evening! Highly recommend!

Most importantly it’s a clean environment! Very elegant classy and great customer service.

I had a mixed greens salad that was hard for me to eat since I have a narrow throat. Sometimes I chock on this type of greens. I should have asked for iceberg lettuce which is easier for me to eat.

Delicious food, very personal atmosphere and still decorated for Christmas which made it even more charming!

Visit was fine. We were extremely rushed by our server. Uncertain of his name, maybe Nathan?? He continually acted as if he had somewhere else to be. Felt hurried to order, tried to clear plates without being finished. He would ask real short questions and if we didn’t answer, he’d ignore us and say he’d be back. Not sure what was on his agenda, but it wasn’t us.

We also asked to be moved away from the window. That was not accommodated. We were told “we will turn up the heat “. Most of us draped our coats over shoulders because the draft was so horrible.

We love Gervasi.. have eaten there several different times. Past few times have been disappointing, but we will still continue to come because we love the atmosphere so much.

I had a wonderful server who did an amazing job recommending me and my boyfriend a delicious red wine.

We had the meatball appetizer, and the short ribs. they were both fantastic!!!
And the bourbon barrel aged cab was wonderful.
The staff was extremely friendly.

Went for the weekend brunch menu and the food was excellent. Service was top notch and the ambiance was great.

Wonderful overall for everything!! We were so happy we got to dine and bring in the new year there!

The steak was not worth $30. But the service was decent.
