Gervasi Vineyard & Italian Bistro offers Northeast Ohio a memorable destination for wine lovers, diners, families, businesses and tourists. The Gervasi Italian Bistro dinner menu ingredients are seasonally hand-selected and grown by local farmers. The property, vineyard, historic farmhouse, Bistro, lake, landscapes, and Hotel for overnight accommodations are picturesque from every view. Highlights include a marketplace specialty store, event pavilion, walking paths, outdoor dining and yard game activities for relaxation and fun. We do have a community table and upstairs lounge area available for walk-ins as well, with the full menu.

                                                                            We had made a note of birthday celebration on our reservation but had to mention it again to server. Two entrees were brought out while two were not. Since entrees were hot we told our spouses to start eating. One entree was almost finished when the other two came out. Very poor timing!!! Slow beverage service, overall not the high expectations we had hoped for.

                                                                            My husband and I went with another couple for a night out without our kids. The waitress was very sweet and the food was awesome. The thing that upset us was the fact that one of the staff members dropped a dish and ice cream and it literally covered my friend( in her hair all over the side of her dry clean only dress and her legs) we had to ask for extra napkins to wipe it off of her. Never once through out our dinner did the manager come out and apologize of course our waitress apologized but our friends were not at all compensated. It was just very disappointing.

                                                                            We love coming to Gervasi winery and the restaurants. This is our third time here and will be looking forward to our next visit. Have to give our server, Nicole, a flat out WOW! Lately it's been hard to find service that is truly great. Nicole did it. From her genuine smile and personality to the great service we had throughout our meal, she was a breath of fresh air. Nicole made the visit. Overall our food was very good. We had two of the specials, the short rib pizza, which was outstanding, and a shrimp dish that was good, just not great. Could have used a bit more flavor. The ambience, enhanced by Nicole!, Would have been perfect, except for the noisy table next to us. They were loud, and it takes away from having a relaxing meal. Overall a very nice experience, we will be back. Thank you Nicole!

Salads: all excellent, presentation the same. S’mores tart 👍🏻👍🏻, crème brûlée 👍🏻👍🏻, vanilla gelato 👍🏻! Take time to walk the grounds and visit the other restaurants!

                                                                            We had a wonderful early dinner at The Bistro. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the potatoes and arugula were the perfect accompaniment to it. There were reasonably priced wines, and the Zinfandel we chose was very good. Dessert was excellent--hazelnut caramel brownies with some of the best vanilla ice cream I have ever tasted. Our server, Nicole, was warm, helpful, professional, and always there when we needed her. We spent a lovely evening celebrating an important birthday!

The New York strip steak is the best steak I've ever had. Only minimal complaint was were upstairs and it was pretty warm.

                                                                            What a wonderful evening and the food was extraordinary at The Bistro! Shane was a wonderful host that waited on our table and really made our evening fun! Beautiful atmosphere in the dining room overlooking the patio and lake. Highly recommend and need reservations.
