                                                                      I've been to Gervasi Vineyard several times for dinner but not for brunch. They should just focus on Lunch and dinner. Brunch wasn't your traditional brunch. It was a pre selected menu item that a minimum of 2 people had to order. If you didn't choose that at 11:45am our reservation time we had to choose heavy dinner menu selections. That was very disappointing. We ordered a pizza to go but never got it nor were we charged for it, their loss. There were other menu items that were appropriate for later in the day. But, thats not why we went there.

                                                                      Excellent wait staff. Helpful and upbeat. Food was very good and bigger portions than we expected. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. The chicken brushett dish was one and the ravioli stuffed with nushrooms was another hit. The orange chocolate cake was excellent. The setting was interesting and tables are placed thoughtfully to allow for conversing easily. The grounds of the winery just add to the ambience especially in the summertime.

                                                                      Service and food is usually awesome not sure what happened this time. However food wasn’t great asparagus and peppers were hard and our service wasn’t the awesome service we usually get at Gervasi. Glad it wasn’t our first time because I don’t think we would be going back. Since we know it’s not the norm we will be back however it may be awhile to get the negative effects out my mind.

                                                                      Everything about this place is first class! Beautiful grounds, good restaurants and very hospitable staff. Highly recommend it. An hour drive from home but well worth it!

                                                                      My husband and I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and our meals and I highly recommend this restaurant. Also, our server was very good. The only small glitch was that my husband wanted a second glass of wine with dinner and by the time our server came back to the table and then we finally got the wine, we had finished eating. She did comp the glass of wine and offered to put it in a “to go” cup for us.

                                                                      Restaurant and property are absolutely beautiful. Food was good but not excellent. Our server was fantastic. I don’t know if the quality of food was worth the cost

                                                                      We enjoyed a wonderful family meal and celebrated an anniversary and birthday. We ordered several pork chop dishes, the beef short ribs, and my new favorite—the chicken bruschetta dish. It was so flavorful and delicious.

                                                                      We celebrated my wife’s birthday. Our server was exceptional with the wine and dinner selections. They prepared a chicken parm dish speciality for her. I had the Tuscan short ribs so tender no knife needed. Everything was awesome ! Only regret was it was raining so we couldn’t enjoy the outside as we would have liked.
