   Best dining experience we’ve had in a long time. Husband had brick fired pizza & I had baked lobster frimagio. Both were delicious. Service was excellent.

   From start to finish our dining experience was excellent. Our waiter Rob was knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions. The wine was wonderful. Each dish was special and delicious. We don’t live in Canton Ohio but if we come back we will definitely visit the restaurant and vineyard again. It was a very memorable experience.

   Went here on a first date and we both had a wonderful time. The food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly—it really made the night special. It was her first time at the restaurant and she instantly fell in love with the place. We’re already talking about going back soon!

   This was our first time at The Bistro. The food was the best food I have had in my life and the service by Libby was outstanding!

   Went to the Bistro to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the whole experience was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was next-level (shoutout to Jillian, who was absolutely amazing!) Both the food and atmosphere were incredible and made the night feel special. We’ll absolutely be back.

   Our experience at The Bistro at Gervasi Vineyard was outstanding. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service by Dan was excellent. The Gervasi Vineyard property is lovely, and the restaurant atmosphere was just right - rustic, yet elegant. The prices are not inexpensive, but it was worth the experience. We will go back.
