   I was disappointed that we were replaced at a table right next to the kitchen viewing two trays full of dirty dishes our entire meal. My reservation for the lunch had been made two months in advance. My food was served cold and one of the entrée steaks was served rare instead of medium.

   Hailey was a great server who provided a variety of valuable information about the menu and gf options. The stuffed bananas pepper was my favorite! A ton of filling and just enough bite!

   We were there celebrating our daughter's graduation and were not disappointed! We have been at Gervasi a few times already, and we've always left highly satisfied and wanting to come back.

   Our service was excellent and so was the food! The ambience was really nice. We were seating right away and our server was very attentive. We were celebrating our anniversary and even though we didn’t order dessert, we were given a beautiful complimentary one! We look forward to our next visit!

   My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and had a fantastic meal. My wife had the Lobster pasta and I had the Tomahawk Pork Chop. Both were delicious and had enough for dinner the next day. Thank you to Gervasi for the "Happy Anniversary" dessert!

   Best dining experience we’ve had in a long time. Husband had brick fired pizza & I had baked lobster frimagio. Both were delicious. Service was excellent.

   From start to finish our dining experience was excellent. Our waiter Rob was knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions. The wine was wonderful. Each dish was special and delicious. We don’t live in Canton Ohio but if we come back we will definitely visit the restaurant and vineyard again. It was a very memorable experience.

    Went here on a first date and we both had a wonderful time. The food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly—it really made the night special. It was her first time at the restaurant and she instantly fell in love with the place. We’re already talking about going back soon!
