    It’s been about a year since our last visit to Bison and we really feel that the menu has become more delicious! We enjoyed sharing many appetizers and loved every one!

    Lovely meal on our first night in Banff. Gabriel our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. Happy to recommend to all.

    We had a fabulous dinner at the Bison. Our group of 6 shared some appetizers, shared some main dishes and passed around one dessert. We had multiple excellent cocktails and a bottle of wine. Everything was tasty, well-cooked and beautiful. Our server let us take our time and really made it a special evening for us. If we lived closer or visited often, this would be a regular spot for us. You won't be disappointed!!

    Absolutely delicious! We sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and very helpful in deciding what to eat. He even gave us tips for hikes in the area. We will be back!

    Beautiful restaurant. First class, Service, Steve and the other bar staff were excellent. Open kitchen was wonderful to watch. Musician / Guitarist John Ghoulart played a wonderful, deep library of acoustic only background music that was great to listen to while not overwhelming the dining experience. Would highly recommend anybody enjoy this restaurant when you’re in Banff.

    The food was a bit pricey. But the quality was just okay, not as great as i expected. And the wait time for the food was too long.
