The Peninsula Beverly Hills launches Le Petit Belvedere, a California style outdoor Brassiere.
The new vision will combine the charm of a Parisian Brassie with the eternal sunshine of California.
Chef David Codney draws from memories of time spent in Paris, Normandy and Burgundy with a menu that pays homage to the history and romance of French cuisine.
Menu highlights include Saffron Risotto Croquette, Rotisserie Chicken Crepe and The Gran Marnier souffle.
For anyone who has missed the opportunity to celebrate a special occasion, Le Petit Belvedere will be the place to be as a complimentary Laurent Perrier champagne toast will be offered to diners every night at 8pm.

Wonderful Evening
I've been coming here for over a decade...love this hotel...the bar (can't go now)...the roof garden....top notch. HAPPY HOUR 5-6 in the Belvedere downstairs covid happy hour which is a rare find mon-Fri.
Delicious food, charming ambiance, and unmatched service. Our favorite place to dine.
Just a casual dinner, we are regulars here!
The Belvedere at the Penninsula is always a wonderful experience. All of the staff is exceptionally courteous. My husband and I always enjoy having dinner at this restaurant.
The hotel itself is beautiful. Eating here makes you feel like you just traveled to France. I would recommend.
This is my second time dining at the Belvedere. Everything was amazing!! The food, the waiter and the ambience. I highly recommend this place.
In these days of Covid shutdown of indoor dining, this is one of the best venues. They have a lovely patio....nothing makeshift about it. Food and service were first class. A very enjoyable evening.
Amazing food and very lovely place!
An amazing place. Definitely recommend.
No complaints...
Beautiful beautiful experience. Not only is the hotel gorgeous but the restaurant was delicious! Amazing amazing food
Always loved The Belvedere and its patio. Quiet and peaceful. Food was good and lots of service.
Great time
Everything was amazing!
I love this hotel...been coming for decades and am so happy there’s outdoor dining here covid happy hour is alive and well 5-6 Wed-Sat.
The whole experience was exceptionally pleasant and classy. The specials were really "special". We will be returning for a regular ladies night out. Loved the whole evening!
Not many vegan options. They brought a kale salad with no kale. It was alright but definitely not worth it.
I called to arrange some special request for proposing to my fiancé and the staff at restaurant and hotel were so kind and accommodating. Really LOVE the LOVE sculpture which is the current centerpiece of the outside patio dining experience.
Incredible experience. Delicious food and exceptional service. Especially from Ramon, the manager of the restaurant. Thank you guys!!!
Great experience with high end service and extraordinary cocktails 🍹
Good outdoor dining experience ... on the pricy side ... but I guess that is to be expected at a Penisula Hotel ...
Great service. Very limited menu. Ambience was great.
One of the best Covid dining experiences that I have had. Thx to all the staff at the Belvedere - you made it a terrific evening of dining!
The menu was extremely limited and I would not go back until the restaurant resumes full operation. The food was good, but the choices were so limiting it was difficult to have a great dinner.
Incredible service, beautiful ambience, delicious food, and romantic atmosphere!
Great ambiance and service
We enjoyed another dinner at The Belvedere the other night with our nephew in tow. Started with a seafood tower special, followed by risotto for the nephew, moules frites for my wife and the poulet crepes which were out of this world. We also appreciated how our great waiter arranged for our double salad order to be split among the three of us.
What a lovely custom the staff has of a champagne toast on Saturday nights. In these times, eating out at a place like the Belvedere is a treat to begin with, but a chance to celebrate great food and great company not to mention our waiter Derric's great service and the excellent assistance of the various other service staff made for a lovely evening.
Also a special expression of appreciation to the folks who sanitize the tables and chairs before seating guests. We had the chance to see this procedure a couple of times and it was very, very reassuring to note the attention to thoroughness and all touchable services. Just another reason why we will certainly be back....and soon.

Great ambiance. lovely setting. When requesting advice between two bottles of wine, and letting the maitre'd choose between the two or something comparable, he conveniently substituted his choice which was an extra $100 over what I was expecting to spend, which was a surprise.
We celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary this past Saturday. Due to the covid pandemic many restaurants and hotels were quiet with little visitors present. We were very impressed and happy we chose to spend our evening dinner at the Belvedere in the Peninsula hotel. The environment, service, staff and food was at the highest level. The restaurant manager, Ramos was very friendly and catered to our needs. Every staff at the restaurant were professional and so pleasant. We highly recommend and would come back again and again to have dinner at the Belvedere.
Such a beautiful location! The service was exceptional, can’t wait to visit again!!
Wonderful job with new concept and menu. We had a lovely and safe evening on the patio. Staff is attentive and professional as always.
Great Experience Great Food Great Service.
A breath of fresh air at one of my absolute favorite regular dining venues amid tough times ; Covid, BRAVO! Thanks for turning it up..
We were delighted to hear that the Belvedere had reopened for dinner. Having twice had to cancel my wife's birthday celebration because of the Corona Virus, we felt certain that if any place would take the rules for reopening seriously, it would likely be the Belvedere and how right we were. We were warmly greeted, social distancing was maintained, tables were amply separated. We watched a busboy clear a vacated table, disinfect it, the edges, the table top, the chairs, cushions, arm rests. Everything was done with masks and gloves. Great attention was paid. Our waiter Derric was charming and attentive. His recommendations were very helpful, and we enjoyed an absolutely delicious dinner. The venue is outdoors, quiet and the pace was prompt but not the least bit rushed. The menu was diverse and the options we selected, perfectly prepared and good to the last bite. And the souffles and pot du creme for dessert were heavenly.
We were repeatedly and graciously checked in upon throughout the meal, not only by Derric but also by managers and assistant managers and it seemed like they were very interested in assuring that we had a pleasant evening which we did. Valet parking was partially validated, and despite the requested dress code of casual sporty, the vibe was a mix of dressy (men in blazers and women in dresses) to uber casual including jeans, tennis shoes. But who cared? Great food, great service, a lovely venue, and attention to every detail of safety..what more could one ask. We will definitely return .... and soon!
Awesome place. Great and unique food.
We had great service from Derrick and Sommelier Adam. Love this place!
Staff were amazing as we arrived late due to the LA marathon. Food was amazing the lobster and potato waffles were good but felt like the toppings were less than what we had seen via videos on YouTube. Pork, smoked Salmon and Lamb Pastrami were stunning and great. My only complaint was when we sat down the waiter asked if we would like champagne but didn't say that it was a extra price, so maybe something to be aware of when you visit but make sure you sit outside when the weather is hot, it's the best place to be.
The Belvedere is a charming restaurant inside an even more charming resort hotel. The service is great. The staff is very attentive. Overall, a great dining experience. We had a wonderful girl's birthday breakfast. Nothing was a miss. Everything went smoothly.
