The Bazaar by José Andrés South Beach
Dining transcends into fête extraordinaire as guests enjoy a collection of imaginative culinary experiences that offer pioneering delicacies and delicious libations. A story in contrasts, The Bazaar menu blends tradition and ingenuity in true Spanish style and mixes them with influences from South Beach’s local Latin flavors and rich history.

Fantastic dinner for a birthday celebration.
Bazaar does not open until dinner. The open table listing is misleading and this was just the hotel breakfast place. Even the menus and receipt do not say bazaar.
Highly recommend the 2-3 good breakfast choices and ambiance, but it’s not the breakfast / brunch place to make reservations. Service was stellar.
Has to be the favourite for me in Miami. Great food excellent presentation and an unusual menu. Great for sharing and trying different dishes. Delicious.
We had the most incredible dining experience at The Bazaar by Jose Andres. Everything from the food, waitstaff and ambience was perfect. Our waiter Luis was great with suggestions and helped us make some goof food choices. Highly would recommend dining here when jn SB!
For people that don’t know this place is in the lobby of a hotel, so depending on where you sit you might be dealing with people walking back and forth from the pool. The food is ok, but for all the hype I was expecting more flavorful, rich ingredients. Compared to Spanish tapas in Barcelona or Madrid this place falls short. Not sure I will be back.
Too pricey!! Food was horrible. Expected more after visiting Jaleo in DC. Left hungry after spending $160!!
The food was delicious. The service was very attentive and detailed about explaining each dish and how best to enjoy it. The melding of flavors were delectable. Every morsel of food melts in your mouth to create a euphoric experience. This is an adventure in food.
Sencillamente de lo mejor en Miami Beach. Desde la comida hasta el profesionalismo de los meseros. Es restaurante de experiencia culinaria.
Amazing meal, amazing service. Absolutely fabulous.
Awesome experience with tasting menu and wine
We tried the Miami Spice menu and absolutely loved all of it. What a great value - a 5 course meal for $39! We're stuffed! We started with bao con lechón (how can you ever go wrong) and tortilla de patatas (very unique and tasty preparation). From there we had the pisto, patatas bravas, brussel sprouts and the caprese before moving onto the main course of Cuban coffee rubbed churrasco and the fish en papillote. For dessert, we had the deconstructed key lime pie and the s'mores chocolate cake. Everything single thing we ate was absolutely fantastic and I would order again but I think the highlight for me was probably the churrasco and the patatas bravas.
One other thing we loved was the service- every one who came to the table was very professional, friendly and knowledgable, explaining the preparation of each dish and providing suggestions on how to eat the dish to enhance the flavors.
We had a wonderful meal and can't wait to return to The Bazaar.
Great! We loved it.
Fantastic food and our server, Marty, was excellent! A great anniversary dinner and drinks! Would go back again and again! This is a must spot if you are in the area and love tapas and new fusion food!
We went for Miami spice, the menu had a lot of options and the food was amazing!
The service was outstanding!
Overall good food but a little too much effort on the presentation
La única pega es que en la carta pone que se ha añadido un 18% de propina en los precios y lo que realmente quieren decir es que se añadirá un 18% en la cuenta, lo que da lugar a confusión.
The have a Miami Spice menu right now from which you choose 4 items for $39. It's like a tapas menu, small plates, but everything is very imaginative, well presented, and yummy. Would definitely recommend! The only disadvantage was that it was very loud, and we were there on a Monday night.
Innovation and creativity is everything you need. That is what you find at the bazaar
I’ve been to Bazaar before and thoroughly enjoyed it. This visit was during Miami Spice and the special menu did not disappoint, offering five courses rather than the usual three. All was delicious. Our server, Jonathan R, was the best: thoughtful, earnest and engaging.
The meal was great. The s’mores dessert should win awards.
Superb service ! Beautiful decor and atmosphere . Presentation of food spectacular and a super inventive menu . We did the Miami spice dinner menu which is worth it . High quality food and choices for a
Great price . Splurge on the cava
Sangria ! Best ever ! Staff was outstanding from the hostess to the servers and managers . Can’t wait to return .
The food and service was top notch ..
My girlfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The menu was creative and everything we tried was wonderfully prepared. My girlfriend has food allergies the they modified their tasting menu to accommodate her restrictions. Our server Nelson was extremely attentive, had extensive knowledge of the menu and recommended a beautiful wine. We will most assuredly add this to our list of favorite restaurants when we visit Miami.
Our favorite restaurant! Delicious meals and pleasant waiters.
Really delicious. Great ambience and attention. Will return!!!
Excellent service, very nice people and polite. Food is delicious. The atmosphere is great. I recommend it 100%, had our best experience in a restaurant in Miami.
Service was not to the standard of other Jose Andres restaurants, Bazar Mar. very slow service between courses. Courses were not served in order or together. Ordered a supplement from Miami Spice menu, had a few bites because full, requested to take home remaining, waiter never brought out food. Slow dessert presentation. Brought bill and never brought left over food item.
We remembered when we got home. Have called everyday this week, left message, no return calls.
Went for Miami Spice and was absolutely some of the best food and drinks have ever had. My husband and I were in South Beach for a minimoon and decided to give this place a try and we cannot wait to go back.
Amazing food and service.
Giovanni was our server. Great guy. Recommendations were on point. The good excellent . Great ingredients. Delicious!
Only complaint. So hot outside. We asked for a table inside but was declined. Giovanni arranged for us to have dessert and coffee inside.
After seeing the articles about Bazaar in American Airlines magazine, one would think this is a fantastic gourmet type of place for one of a kind meals in Miami. However, when we arrived the ambience itself did not look anything like in the photos but more importantly was the food. We appreciate the creativity of pairing different elements of food into a dish but don’t mean they taste right. We had 4 different dishes and all were terrible sorry to say. Too salty, too strong of unpleasant smell, overall just not skillful recipe. The display/presentation was going for a “wow” factor but the taste was a complete fail.
AMAZING! If you LOVE food and an eclectic, fun environment, then this is a perfect place. To experience food on another level where food is slightly transformed and enhanced to make your tastebuds dance and your brain say OMG 😀
Jose Andres knocks another ball out of this universe! I’m very thankful for such mastery at his craft (O’mast)
It’s rare to find a restaurant where everything you try is simply delicious. Bazaar delivers on all levels. The food is incredible and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding; attentive without being stuffy or overbearing. Our waiter made excellent recommendations and ensured we had a fabulous meal.
This restaurant is great. I didn't realize it was tapas, but it was fine we left full and satisfied.
Restricted to lounge area because male friend wore shorts. A little pretentious I think for Miami in the Summer.
Our server was very stoic. We asked questions about the food options he didn’t have any recommendations. He was very sarcastic when he spoke to us. It was like he was being forced to be there. We have been to bazaar several times, we live in Miami Beach. And this was the first time we were very displeased with our service.
