Amazing experience. A must do!
We had a lovely time . It was very noisy and although the food was good it was very overpriced!
Started off pretty rough with pretentious waiter. He got angry when we decided not to take his suggestion of ordering $125 price fix. Completely ignored us and never came back to get wine order or check on the various tapas we ordered a la carte. Spoke to manager about it and switched out waiters. From that point on the evening improved. The food is truly spectacular but tiny portions and extremely expensive. No true ambiance as folks walk through restaurant to go to bar and pool outside. If you’re in an expense account this is the place to go. If not, think twice. Plenty of awesome options in south beach
Worth every dime.
Excellent food. Small plates. Very expensive. Good service but very rushed. Loud music
We visit Miami once a year.....and The Bazaar is an absolute “must visit” every time. An exceptional meal and experience every time.
The Bazaar was very average in comparison to the prices. This was the most expensive meal we had in Miami but far from the best. Watery cocktails and average ambiance. Skip this and eat at the Stubborn Seed instead! Also be aware that the tip at 18% is already included in your tab although it’s hard to read this fact on the bill in dim light.
Ridiculously expensive and the food was nothing special. A very poor value.
One of the best meals I've eaten. We went with the chef's tasting menu and everything was amazing. So creative and delicious. I'd definitely go back!
Sublime! Incredible experience. Hey impressed! Will be back!
An absolute delight that defies being able to use words to describe the experience...wow, wow, wow!!!
I'd heard such good thing about Bazar so I thought we'd try it. As my husband put it the experience successfully showed him that the pallette and stomach are two different things. The tastes and textures where very pleasing but we left hungry. I think had they had bread or something to start we may had been more satisfied (just a suggestion). OUr meal was about $300 with no alcohol so we tried many items all of which were interesting. We did however leave and grab a burger to fill the void. I'm not sorry we went as I like to support people that are socially concious but I wouldn't go back.
Fabulous. Service was amazing, food was incredible! Will be back again with clients!!
It was my partner’s birthday coming up and seems info did not get passed from Open Table to the restaurant as there was no acknowledgment of such. I guess we were having such a great time I forgot to remind staff.
Everything was delicious and ambiance was incredible. Ask the waiters for recommendations!
Food was very, very disappointing.
Almost everything on the menu is overprized but that was expected i guess.
Would never come back.
Probably the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life — better than Nobu, Le Bernardin, Le Cirque, and other amazing spots. Could not recommend more highly!
Excellent and knowledgeable service, apps are small but there a larger items like beef and the tartare. Wine service quite good both waiter and asst sommelier, Asian theme dishes good but Spanish theme outstanding. Brussels sprouts were unique and incredibly tasty, a place for a splurge
If I have been to South Beach 10 times every time I tell myself I should go and I never do this time we finally did I regret now I’m not going the other nine times;-)
Loved the food as always a slow down in delivery would of been very nice so we could appreciate the food more!!
The service and food were second to none. Our waiter explained the menu and food perfectly, helping us order the correct amount of food for two people. Only complaint is that the food came too quickly. It felt overwhelming when half of our 8 dishes were on the table at one time, other than that it was amazinf
Interesting concept with a rather young, mixed, and/or older ‘upscale’ crowd. The concept is basically an upscale tapas restaurant. Huge menu of unusual bites, but we were afraid to try most. My husband and I went with the few dishes we thought compatible with our tastes, the gazpacho (while mucho pequeño, a shot glass size) was delicious, yet the size leaves a great deal to be desired for the price.
Moving on, we were told that for a couple we should order 3 to 5 small plates. And, for our appetites, healthy athletic types in their seventies, it works for us. And we did not leave hungry, but younger folks or those who need to eat more to live might find the portions wanting.
Besides the gazpacho, we ordered the fish in papillote (delicious), the asparagus (also very good, but not tops – a little stringy, which I totally avoid in this vegetable), and their version of bruschetta with manchego cheese atop which was good, but not great. We appreciated the dessert they gave us on the house as it was a birthday celebration. Thank you so much.
The service was generally very good, yet a busboy was cleaning our table before we paid the check. We spoke to the manager about this as we were having a really good time, before this less than elegant finish to the meal.
In summary, interesting concept, beautiful ambiance, happening place. My husband and I come to South Beach every year, but would not return here. The price to value ration doesn’t work.
Nice ambiance and interesting food. Some items were good but of many dishes ordered there were few that stood out as exceptional. Beautiful plates and great service, in a sleek hotel, but would not want to be seated near the hotel entrance. Was overpriced but still an interesting dining experience.
Delicious tapas and excellent service! We had the Singapore street food which was our least favorite, peaches which were delicious, the fish was delicious, ink squid pasta so yummy, Brussels creative and different and the seared scallops. So delish! And ended with key lime pie-yummy! Salted air marg also delish
Outstanding food and service
I love this restaurant every time I eat there! We had the tasting menu and so had the opportunity to try so many foods...all of them outstanding!! The staff was unbelievably attentive (especially for south beach) and accommodating with a few changes we requested. If you can afford the crazy expensive but so worth it tasting menu..do it!
WE HAD A LOVELY MEAL AS USUAL.......BUT EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD THE WAITER SOMEONE IN OUR PARTY HAD A FOOD ALLERGY AND IT WAS EVEN NOTED ON THE BILL - NO PEANUTS - WE WERE SERVED SOMETHING THAT DID INDEED HAVE PEANUTS IN IT. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION AND WE WERE QUITE PERTURBED BY THIS MISTAKE. THE WAITER DID OFFER US OUR DESSERTS FOR NO CHARGE, BUT IN THIS INSTANCE MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL SHOULD BE NOTED WELL. IT WAS GREAT THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL FOR THIS.
The tasting menu was superb. Service outstanding and wine was perfect.
It was amazing!! Food was delicious!!
Amazing food. Amazing drinks. Everything about this place was perfect for our night. One of the best meals we have ever had
Food, service, wine, & ambiance were all fantastic! We make sure to go to The Bazaar each time we're in South Beach, it never disappoints, and actually gets better each time!
Great service!! The food excellent as always. I specially recommend Alex as a waitress. He was very friendly and he knows the menu very good. The bar and the cucumber cocktail was perfect!
We had been the year before and had the tasting menu and loved it. It was the highlight of our trip and we looking forward to our return. When we entered the hostess said welcome back, which was a nice touch. But then instead of being seated in the main restaurant we were seated in the lobby. That was the first disappointment. Then we were told that the tasting menu that we remembered with such fondness had been replaced by a much smaller menu that emphasised truffles on every dish. That was our second disappointment. However, then we were greeted by our server,Joshua, and he turned the whole experience around for us. He was knowledgeable, charming and friendly and helpful explained the menu in a way that allowed us to create,in part, our.experince of last year. And the food was as wonderful as I remembered. Thanks to Joshua and the amazing food. We will be back.
Some of the small plates are micro plates but a few others were delish
We have been to several high end tapas places from Italy to Barcelona to Lisbon and beyond. Here are the things you need to know.
It is very expensive. There are tapas that are meant as a single bite for $12 each.
You might want to eat something before you get here. The portions are quite small.
There is a component of molecular gastronomy - some will love that, some will not.
The restaurant is cold - bring a sweater or possibly a puffer jacket.
There are people crossing thru the restaurant from the pool and other restaurants in the hotel. If you area seated in that traffic pattern, you might like the people watching, you may not.
The waitstaff is a bit pretentious. That is understandable given the prices.
The dessert was excellent.
Deliciously memorable. Excellent all around experience. Every complex dish perfectly executed and presented. Will definitely come back!
Glad to have the opportunity to experience such novel cuisine and a chef who did so much for Puerto Rico. I wish there was one in Boston
Bazaar by Jose Andres has been my fav restaurant in all of Miami. But this experienced left me somewhat disappointed as my family and I were seated in the front bar area and away from the much nicer main dining area. We felt we were kept out of sight bc we had a 4 year old with us.
Amazing as usual! We make it a point to have dinner here every time we come to Miami, which is 3-4 times a year.... personal favourite ❤️❤️❤️❤️
