The staff is so well versed on ever item of the menu that it makes ordering a seamless experience. The food is perfectly presented and delicious. We always have a wonderful experience when we have dined here.

Sitting in what looks like a cheap hotel lobby is more than disappointing. Poor service, overpriced food, no atmosphere. What more can I say?

We did the tasting menu and it was great. Every dish was unique and although it seemed like the servings were small, by the time you get through the whole thing, you’re really full. Only downside was that the couple next to us were going through some drama and the woman kept crying.

The food at The Bazaar was simply amazing. My husband is not into creative cuisine and small dishes so I was a bit worried about choosing to go there for dinner. But even he “surrendered” to the delectable mix of flavors and sensations and admitted he loved it. The service was also great, attentive to our needs and restrictions due to some food allergies among our group.

The atmosphere and the service was world class. The chiefs are geniuses, and the food was presented well. Only comment is their fixed price menu, 125 per person , is entirely too much food , as it is over 17 courses. Not knowing what to expect , we were unable to reall savor the last 25 percent of the meal as we were simply to full. Our meal was the single most expensive I personally have ever spent for 2 as it was 467.00. That included 3 drinks each and a 20% tip.
Although it was very expensive I do feel it was worth the expenditure.
I highly recommend it , just stick to the alacart menu.

Have been to other restaurants by Jose, not anywhere near the level of the other places. The churrasco came out ice cold and was not cheap, other food was just ok. Would never go back.

Food was good but not spectacular. Waiter suggested 4-5 tapas per person which is actually way too much food. Otherwise service is excellent, which it should be for a pricey establishment.

Best meal we ate in South Beach was at Jose Andres Bazaar (and we ate at some really great places). The food, the service and the decor was understated yet wonderful. The best chorizo and Iberico ham we've had since Spain, and the Sommelier recommended the perfect Spanish wine to accompany our meal. Can't wait to go back.

Overall we enjoyed our meal here. I had been once many years ago and wanted to share the experience with my partner. We were seated promptly according to our reservation. My chair was a comfy armchair, but it was actually too low for the table and did not feel comfortable. We were also close to the door to the back, which kept opening and closing every minute or 2 as people headed in and out. It was a cool night, so this was somewhat bothersome. Our waiter was helpful in guiding us through our ordering process. He recommended one thing on the Singaporean part of the menu which turned out to be our favorite and one that we would not have otherwise ordered. The liquid olives were not nearly as good as they were the last time I was here. This is a precise texture thing that was magical the first time I had them, but not as well-executed this time around. The flavors were all good and well-balanced. We were told the frozen blue cheese sandwiches did not taste strongly of blue cheese and they must be tried. However, the do, in fact, taste strongly of blue cheese. If you like blue cheese, they are special and you will love them. If you do not like it, perhaps choose something else. We ordered 8 dishes and 6 of them came at exactly the same time which was not good. It crowded our table and took away from the experience. This was surprising because our waiter told us that the chef likes people to "order everything and then he will curate an order and experience for you". We had virtually everythtng at once and then sat for 30 minutes waiting for the last one. It was quite pricey, but we knew and expected that going in. I am not sure I'll be back but it was good to try once.

Visited the amazing and oh so sexy The Bazaar for Christmas Eve dinner with my other half. We had this restaurant on our radar for some time. I am so glad we finally made it!

The ambience was pleasant, soft lighting and great variety of background music.
Only con for us, personally, was the seating. We tend to prefer very private settings where we aren't distracted by our neighbors. We were placed in a 2 person table facing one another, our neighbors were about 1'6" away from us. This however, was not a deal breaker by any means.

The food was delightful, every dish complimented the last. In an attempt to break our selections down evenly, we ordered from both their Miami Meets the World and the Spain Yesterday and Today portion of the menu. We failed miserably, as we literally wanted to order one of everything! By the end of the night we ordered about 10-12 dishes... Top 5 were Octopus Romesco, Seared Scallops, Smoked Oysters, Pà amb Tomàquet w/ anchovies, Bao con Lechon!

Oh yeah and service was great! I would recommend a visit to The Bazaar whenever visiting South Beach or simply just because.

Service was really excellent. Candidly, food was weak. I have been to the restaurant a few times before and had much better experiences. Honestly this is all a matter of personal taste. But my prior experiences have just been so much better. Dishes were in my view week and didn’t rise to the level of my prior experiences. Not sure there’s much you can do with that data at all that’s tangible – maybe reconsider some of the offerings that you have.

We had an amazing 18 course menu offered by the chef. A composition of most popular dishes in the restaurant. It was the most satisfying experience . The service was fast and attentive, every dish was well explained and the food just kept coming. The $125 price tag per person may sound pricey, but one has to pay for culinary art, which this meal and presentation truly was. We highly recommend this restaurant !

Service was excellent! Manager made sure we were comfortable at a good table and our server was extremely knowledgeable on the menu. We mostly snacked on tapas after having a big lunch earlier that day. Highly recommend the gazpacho! Only thing is around 9:15 the restaurant started playing the music a lot louder so it was a bit noisy but we didn’t mind.

I have been to a number of Jose Andre restaurants. When you walk into the front door of the hotel it feels really "grand". The restaurant itself is a little noisy. The service was very good and the meal was also "good". A native Catalonian makes many similar meals for us (we chose from the Spanish side of the menu not the "Modern" side..what is that anyway?) so we are spoiled. The croquettes were delicious but sadly two were empty inside. The grilled octopus was outstanding. I wasn't wowed like MIniBar but that wasn't what we were there for that evening.

we very much enjoyed our meal - the atmosphere, service and food were excellent. we had 4 small dishes and dessert and were full. great cocktail at the bar. its a great pic for a special night out.
small tip: cold! and due the door to the bar and the front door a huge draft. bring a shawl or request a inner table.
was slightly disappointed that nothing was done for our special celebrations that night that we told them about in the reservation. would have been nice.

Really tried to like this place as it came highly recommended, but unfortunately a very unpleasant experience all around. Took 30+ minutes for our first course to arrive (first of 8), and found a hair in our seventh and final dish. I say seven instead of eight as they forgot the first course (hence the 30 min wait). Food that we did receive was decent - the ham is excellent. They discounted our check 20% or so which is comical, but the place was crowded with what appeared to be intimate dates, so we weren't about to ruin other's nights by making a scene.

The food was great. We ordered 10-12 items and all of them were spectacular except one dessert. (Layered chocolate dessert was average at best but the s’mores were awesome). What took away is we were seated in a hotel lobby with the door constantly open (cold), and also just people coming in and out constantly took away from what could have been an amazing dining experience. Would return as the food was great however maybe should be priced less for the ambiance.

We had a fantastic meal ordering their tasting menu. Most of the dishes were superb! And it was a lot of food for us, considering the tiny size of some tapas. Next time I probably will order individual tapas that I fell in love with from the tasting menu - only because it was too much for me. Highly recommend!
