We have been to several high end tapas places from Italy to Barcelona to Lisbon and beyond. Here are the things you need to know.
It is very expensive. There are tapas that are meant as a single bite for $12 each.
You might want to eat something before you get here. The portions are quite small.
There is a component of molecular gastronomy - some will love that, some will not.
The restaurant is cold - bring a sweater or possibly a puffer jacket.
There are people crossing thru the restaurant from the pool and other restaurants in the hotel. If you area seated in that traffic pattern, you might like the people watching, you may not.
The waitstaff is a bit pretentious. That is understandable given the prices.
The dessert was excellent.

Glad to have the opportunity to experience such novel cuisine and a chef who did so much for Puerto Rico. I wish there was one in Boston

Bazaar by Jose Andres has been my fav restaurant in all of Miami. But this experienced left me somewhat disappointed as my family and I were seated in the front bar area and away from the much nicer main dining area. We felt we were kept out of sight bc we had a 4 year old with us.

Amazing as usual! We make it a point to have dinner here every time we come to Miami, which is 3-4 times a year.... personal favourite ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We had a fantastic meal! The menu is extensive, it is almost impossible to choose. The tapas style let us try so many different items. Overall they have wonderful servers and the food runners are well-versed in what the dishes are, explaining them, and explaining how to eat them. They do tray service and it seems like the dining room setup is a little too crowded for the trays sometimes. I would highly recommend that anyone in the area goes here for dinner!

Favorite restaurant in South beach. However we unfortunately had the most disinterested waiter. Asked him specifically if there were any additions to menu. Told us No! 5 mins later at table next to us a very affable polite waiter spent 7 mins going over in great detail all the wonderful choices on the menu and the fact that there was a special truffle menu that night. Our waiter barely acknowledged us. Had to seek him out for additional cocktails. He took the initial order then disappeared the rest of the night. Other staff brought out the dishes. He never asked if we enjoyed a dish or made a suggestion for an entree or side dish. Made evening less memorable. Wish we had the gushing waiter!

Great restaurant ! Wonderful variety of small plates. Great presentation.
The restaurant is a great space. The only problem was hotel guests from the outside bar/pool would cut across the serving area in bathing suits and no shirts! Ridiculous and unacceptable

Second time dining here, liked it the first. Sat night they had a party at the pool and it was a constant amount of traffic of people in shorts and bathing suits many with no shoes on walking right thru the restaurant. Loud is an understatement. They try and make the dishes sound cool but really the price for what you get is not in line. I travel a lot and will look at other options as I am in South Beach quite a bit. Stayed at a hotel next door and Sunday they had another pool party that took over the place and really killed the pool vibe at the hotel I could not image staying at the hotel as a guest.
