The Bazaar by José Andrés South Beach
Dining transcends into fête extraordinaire as guests enjoy a collection of imaginative culinary experiences that offer pioneering delicacies and delicious libations. A story in contrasts, The Bazaar menu blends tradition and ingenuity in true Spanish style and mixes them with influences from South Beach’s local Latin flavors and rich history.

We had a lovely evening at The Bazaar. We were offered complimentary champagne because we were celebrating my birthday.
Overall, it was very nice. Beautiful presentation. But the prices were a bit exorbitant.
I consider this restaurant a one time visit.
If friends ask me if I liked it, yes, but would not return because I am not willing to pay that much for tapas. Granted, the restaurant is beautiful and the service excellent.
I just want a bit more value for my money.
Todo increíble el mozo nos recomendó muy bien tanto comida como vino
Churrasco steak, kuah pa ti, king crab, salted caramel dessert and dragonfruit ceviche were top notch. If you’re not sure about the croquettes, foie gras or frozen blue cheese sandwiches, go with your gut. (We didn’t care for them.) Service was stupendous, noise level was perfect. Frozen caipirinha was tasty too.
Most innovative menu I've ever seen anywhere.
Drinks fantastic also
The food was amazing. We loved every dish we’ve ordered. Definitely will revisit.
Impeccable service, even staff running plates were very knowledgeable! Will be back again.
Just simply amazing. Food was incredible (highly suggest the Empanadillas Bacalao) and the service was impeccable. Would definitely return.
We were sat in the front area - as opposed to the main dining room which completely changes the experience. Our waiter was totally coked out and the food was so-so.
Waiter was so charismatic it felt phony - getting drinks took too long and food was delivered almost too fast, within minutes of ordering it.
However, the food was superb!!!
We had a great server! Food is great, But The front desk holster was very bad! Not sure why they use that kind person , don’t fit in the top-tier restaurant
Lunch, menu was smaller than expected, we love Bazaar in LA so expected more along those lines
Really fun and unique dining experience.
Can’t compare to the restaurant in Beverly Hills. Miami’s ambiance as well as the food are just mediocre. Once you dined at the Beverly Hills location you will be disappointed when you visit Bazaar Miami.
Un apericena gradevolissimo in un locale glamour ma non esagerato. Informale ma non troppo
Unique food, place definitely lives up to the hype.
Wonderful in every aspect
Excellent food. Inventive spin on Spanish classics. Everything about the restaurant is excellent but it is very expensive.
Maybe I am the only person cannot eat these foods… I spit out all the food。 All tastes are too extreme。 Big NO for me。
The food was so so.
Great service , ambiance , amazing taste
Our server Marty was great , explained how everything works and arranged the Vegan menu for my Husband . The wine selección is the best and my key lime pie was the best . Can’t wait to go back .
Everything was incredible other than the chef not being willing to change either the scallop dish or the octopus dish to accommodate my wife’s nut allergy. She said it would affect the presentation and we didn’t care
The food, cocktails, and dessert was amazing! Our server Josh was super friendly as well! Such a wonderful evening!
My husband and I did the full course tasting and it was nothing short of amazing! The food is fantastic and the service is spectacular. Definitely a “must go to” for an excellent experience!
Amazing. I love supporting Jose Andres' establishments, and this one did not disappoint. Don't skip the frozen blue cheese sandwiches!
Excelente comida. Pedí un vino de la lista, más tarde el sommelier me avisa que no lo tiene y me propuso otro similar. Cuando llego la cuenta el vino costaba el doble.
Amazing food and service! Marty was Fantastic!!!
This was our first time at the bazaar and we were very impressed by the quality of food and service. The staff was very knowledgeable on the products and wine pairings. The food was simple but if the highest quality. Most certainly a foodie’s paradise.
We had the absolute best experience! The food was delicious and service was great! Would highly recommend for a fancy meal
Poor food, poor service poor value.
Email sent from my GF complaining of all the above.
Absolutely incredible place to eat. See my Trip Advisor review.
Everything was perfect! Enjoyed the tasting menu and service impeccable.
Good food and concept. You can taste why spanish food is top , with some selections with a twist. Too pricey. Not very good service and recommendations.
The chef’s menu was excellent. Two courses too many. Service was excellent. Special thanks to Javier and team for taking such good care of us. Beautiful book themed room. Thanks for a memorable meal.
The Bazaar by José Andrés was a very interesting, unusual gourmet experience. One, I ultimately, recommend. But I’d not give it an A with Flying Colors.
I was there last Thursday evening, November the 7th. My meal was Jose’s ultimate menu so that I could really have a view of Jose’s kitchen. The service was good, very informative, but half way through the meal, the fun fell apart. The service, first, got a little bit slow and the pace of a tasting menu which, in my view, is one of the secrets of a tasting menu, lost pace.
As it lost pace, you lose a little bit of patience, which is required for a long haul gastronomic menu like the one I was having.
On top of that, the first half of the menu was far much better than the second one, with the exception of the frozen blue cheese sandwich and the two dessert, which were truly outstanding. At the very end, it felt like home.
Last but not least, I felt the ambience could be a little more elegant, have a little more style and be less noisy.
Nevertheless, I intend to go back very, likely with a different menu, certainly shorter. And one last tip. For those that are trying the tasting menu, José could have a wine taste as well. It helps the customer to combine different foods with different wines. And I think it increases tremendously the gourmet experience.
We went to celebrate a friends retirement. The first few of our nine tapas were delicious, then the rest were overpowered with the smoked paprika seasoning, perhaps we just miss ordered.
This was our 3rd time dining here, while visiting from New Orleans. Once again the food and service was excellent.
I have been to Bazaar South Beach several times since its opening. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Food is still excellent but service is distracted and servers are obviously not properly selected or trained. It makes the experience a lot less fun and special. Whoever is managing the restaurant needs to step it up. I will no longer recommend Bazaar because I would not want anyone to experience the contrast of great food/great ambiance and mediocre service.
