The Bazaar by José Andrés South Beach
Dining transcends into fête extraordinaire as guests enjoy a collection of imaginative culinary experiences that offer pioneering delicacies and delicious libations. A story in contrasts, The Bazaar menu blends tradition and ingenuity in true Spanish style and mixes them with influences from South Beach’s local Latin flavors and rich history.

Everything was perfect! Enjoyed the tasting menu and service impeccable.
Good food and concept. You can taste why spanish food is top , with some selections with a twist. Too pricey. Not very good service and recommendations.
The chef’s menu was excellent. Two courses too many. Service was excellent. Special thanks to Javier and team for taking such good care of us. Beautiful book themed room. Thanks for a memorable meal.
We went to celebrate a friends retirement. The first few of our nine tapas were delicious, then the rest were overpowered with the smoked paprika seasoning, perhaps we just miss ordered.
This was our 3rd time dining here, while visiting from New Orleans. Once again the food and service was excellent.
I have been to Bazaar South Beach several times since its opening. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Food is still excellent but service is distracted and servers are obviously not properly selected or trained. It makes the experience a lot less fun and special. Whoever is managing the restaurant needs to step it up. I will no longer recommend Bazaar because I would not want anyone to experience the contrast of great food/great ambiance and mediocre service.
Small plates. enjoyed most dishes. PBJ foie gras was amazing!! Waiter took away our bottle of wine with 1/4 full - Hopefully just a mistake and not their way of trying to rush us out. Luckily I caught him and he returned it. Overall nice experience and cool decor.
Fantastic service, food, ambience. 10 out of 10 for my husband and I
Nunca más ! Lejos de tener la categoría de José Andrés ... una verdadera lástima
Based on previous two visits at The Bazaar, this was unfortunately not at all the same experience. Food, service and overall impression did not come close to those earlier occassions. Recent experience had more of a touriste trap feel to it.
Once seated, it was a spectacular meal. Every course was innovative and delicious. Service was attentive and swift. However it ended up being three hours and went by in a flash. I can’t wait to return!
This was amazing from start to finish. Every single dish was amazing. Standouts include the caprese salad, the jack-fruit cerviche and my Key Lime Pie daiquiri with real meringue. My dining companion had the best blue cheese of his life and the salt-air margarita which he declared incredible. The only bad part of the meal was that we were way too full to order dessert.
The service was spectacular. The restaurant has a great vibe with the spiky seashell chandelier and the books on the walls. The bathrooms were weird with lots of glass and opaque walls between stalls.
Watch out for the $11 water charge.. honestly to not tell your table about that is pretty ridiculous. Also doesn't make a lot of sense with a lot of the pricing... food is not much better than stuff you can get across the street for a quarter or half the price
Awesome experience. One dish better than the other save for the spicy shrimp which fell flat. Incredibly attentive staff. Wonderful cocktails. Lots of inventiveness and creativity all around.
The tasting menu was the perfect option to enjoy so many amazing bites. The service is outstanding from the moment you give your name to the hostess to the end of your meal.
Fabulous. I have been there several times but my friends had not- and they loved it!!!!
One of the best restaurants around the globe. Period.
My party had an amazing time at The Bazaar! The service was great and they appropriately paced the meals for us. One of your favorites was the chicken croquettes served in the Nike shoe. The presentation was amusing and it tasted amazing. I would also recommend the squid ink pasta, it was the perfect salty and rich flavor. The restaurant atmosphere was very relaxed and the art around the restaurant contributed to the classy yet relaxed feel. I plan on coming here again when I am in Miami.
What an amazing experience. Jovany the server and Lionel the sommelier were very educational and provided really great service. Tommy the expeditor was great also, explained every dish of our tasting dinner. Would return without question. Good date spot for dinner.
Very cool place. Outrageously expensive for what you get. We eat at nice places. We’re accustomed to higher priced restaurants. This was just a little too much. The waiter was very nice but tried way too hard to oversell everything. He recommended the most expensive item in every category, every time. Lost his credibility pretty quickly with us.
Disappointed. Service was great, but the food is a combination of different elements that are not “fused,” together but forced together. Presentation is better than flavors. The smoked oysters are beautiful with “smoke,” coming off of them but taste simply awful-small bites of concentrated lime juice with no trace of an oyster. The foie gras pb&j, while tasty, is basically like an uncrustables* that I pack for my kids snacks, with a dollop of mediocre fois gras. Overpriced and underwhelming. With all the great food in Miami, I honestly would not recommend it.
Decided to celebrate my parent’s 25th anniversary at this restaurant, and we were all impressed in a positive way. Everyone from the valets to the servers were very very kind and nice to us, welcoming us, and making us feel comfortable. It was the first time we ever came to Bazaar and it was an amazing experience. The hosts were very sweet and our server was very professional, had knowledge on the food and dishes, and the service was very efficient and fast. We will definitely come back to try more dishes, but the ones we tried today were really really good. The prices are good, and in my opinion it’s affordable, so I would definitely recommend it to everyone who asks me.
Be careful with the times when doing the reservation, you can book a completely different restaurant not as valuable as The Bazaar by José Andrés. The Bazaar is only available for dinners.
Great experience. Staff is very nice!!
Absolutely delicious and exciting!
We had the tasing menu. It was a great recommendation because we got to taste different things.
We very much liked the food. Even the dishes that were not our taste were still interesting, and probably delicious to at least somebody. The restaurant excels in unusual tapas, elegantly and enthusiastically served. Wait staff is exceedingly friendly, but their enthusiasm can border on unintelligibility. Even the bathrooms are pretty cool, that's my generation's version of "awesome." So why only 4 stars? Price. From $25.00 for parking ($35.00 on weekends), to $21.00 for margaritas, to a menu riddled with high prices, $300 for 2, including drinks and tip, is a very special event destination only. But for that special event, a yummy good time awaits.
Quality of the was terrible
Food was out of world! If first time, choose Ultimate chef meniu to try it all, just come hungry as it's a lot!
We really enjoyed the experience, and will definitely go back. The flavors were wonderful, and we love tapas anyway.
Amazing! Food was wonderful and the waiter made great recommendations. Great for a large group.
The food was good, the drinks for a restaurant so expensive, were terrible!!
To put such a nice ambience restaurant in the middle of the lobby of a miami beach hotel, not a good idea at all!!! People in swimsuit passing by, horrible!!
The service was ok.
Overpriced, food is just decent, nothing extraordinary, not worth the price they charge. we ordered octopus, jamon, quesos and croquetas, nothing extraordinary, the two cocktails we ordered were just average or below. Only Good thing was the service and restaurant mood was also good.
Exceptional and highly creative food. Excellent service.
Not five stars, because white wine was not cold! a $150 white wine bottle must be at the right temperature. Otherwise, the experience could be awful. And that was my case.
My husband and I West to The Bazaar to celebrate our anniversary and it was fantastic. We had an incredible diner and as celiac I could chose everything from the gluten free menu. We enjoy and we strongly recommend the restaurant
The Bazaar was a superb dining experience! We've dined at many of José Andrés restaurants in the past and always enjoy them. The service and ambiance was top notch. I will admit that the meal was not one of my favorites compared to his restaurants in the DC metro area, but we still throughly enjoyed it.
A visit to Miami Beach is not complete without enjoying dinner at The Bazaar. Every time we have been fortunate to dine at Chef Andres’ South Beach gem has been absolutely fantastic. The room has a cool vibe and despite the very airy feel still manages to keep the noise level subdued. The ample menu has some of the most creative/inventive cuisine anywhere. We generally put ourselves in the hands of the outstanding wait staff in terms of course selection and have been rewarded with a number of memorable meals. This visit was no exception. Their unique take on a Cuban ‘sandwich’ explodes with flavor as do the ‘liquid’ olives, tiny peaches and burrata, and a crispy rice basket with shrimp and chili sauce was off the charts. The wine list is extensive and we enjoyed a lovely Marsanne blend and a fabulous Friulano (northern Italian whites that are lesser know but fabulous). The service was attentive, engaging, and just terrific. The price is commensurate with the outstanding dining so be prepared. Overall The Bazaar is an absolute must for foodies and always on our return visit list whenever in Miami.
It was my boyfriends birthday and it was fabulous ! They gave us a glass of champagne for a birthday toast. The food was awesome! At the end they offered us a birthday desert and the key lime pie was amazing ! Also best octopus ever :)
