Wonderful flavors, presentations and sevice in a gorgeous dining room. Kudos to our server Joshua. He really walked us through the menu and helped us to create a special dinner experience. His passion for the food and restaurant was evident.

Order was totally messed up and the service staff could have cared less. The food that did come was excellent. If I worked in the kitchen, I would be quite displeased with the front of the restaurant.

NYC foodie here. First thing to consider is this isn’t an NYC caliber restaurant so don’t expect that kind of quality, you will be disappointed. They fauled to mention dress code on the phone. One of six guests was wearing shorts (85 degrees out) and they ruined my wife’s 41st birthday as such by sticking us in the unfortunate bar area (request main dining room or don’t go). Food is good, but portions are insultingly small (even for tapas) so you either break the bank or leave hungry. Also, don’t order their specialty cocktails...super light on booze, order simple drinks. Likely not worth visiting.

Mother/daughter foodies.
Busy atmosphere, maybe not helped by our seating near the entrance, on a pathway of waiters - didn’t feel a part of the space.
One item ordered was omitted.
The olives didn’t stand up to the originals in Barcelona.
Servers were friendly and professional as they described the dishes.
Steak tartar dish was too potent a raw taste (we’ve had many others previously). Something was just off.
Deconstructed key lime, foie gras PB & J and Singapore street food cups were outstanding.
Would return for the mix of flavors and original dishes.

It was good but not worth the hype. The room was freezing and it took awhile to get our drinks (I.e, our first app came out before our sangria!) overall the portions were larger than expected and there were many unique dishes. Fit for foodies but it wouldn’t be my first choice to return.

The food is so-so, tastes okay, but no attention to details, no presentation, no explanation of features, no personal attention, no services, definitely not live up to the standard, let alone the expectation. Definitely nowhere near a Michelin Star like. For its $$$$ price tag, it s a rip-off. I don't know how the restaurant got an opentable 4.6 score. It's at best a 2.5 score restaurant. The service is absolutely horrible. I have never had the service as bad anywhere especially in Miami. When we checked-in for reservation, there were no one at the reception for about 10 minutes. Brunch would be a really bad idea. There is a separate breakfast menu and lunch menu. The breakfast menu stops serving at 1:00 pm, we had to rush for breakfast portion of the brunch and then waiter just forgot we weren't done with lunch part of the order. Our bread came wrong and we asked for a replacement and came back wrong again, we just gave up. We ordered coffee and we weren't served for more than 30 minutes. The waiter didn't pay much attention, was hanging around chatting, We had to stand up walking towards the waiter asked for his attention. It's absolutely horrible. It's part of SLS hotel that they got 18% service charge anyway so maybe the waiter doesn't care. This restaurant came as one of the recommendations under Best Michelin Star Restaurants in Miami Beach, FL by yelp. It’s an opentable 4.6 which is absolutely overrated. In terms of service, It’s nowhere near other names like L’Atelier (4.8), even Zuma (4.6) with similar scores. I would not recommend this restaurant at all to anyone

Having thoroughly enjoyed eating at this restaurant, and several other Jose Andres restaurants, including Bazaar in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, in the past, I thought this the perfect place for a Valentine's Day getaway; even booking a room at the SLS Miami Beach because of the restaurant.

Despite a great room, and a friendly waiter, the experience was disappointing to say the least. The service was very uneven; the second course arriving before we even finished our first course; with courses arriving out of order (fish came 20 minutes before the coconut rice even though we were told they were best enjoyed together); our waiter disappearing for 10-15 minutes in the middle of service, etc.

Another puzzling aspect was after requesting a wine pairing, we were poured a glass of cava and told it was for the first, third and fourth course. This might have worked if the timing was tight, but it was nearly 40 minutes before the fourth course arrived (again, the coconut rice 20 minutes after the fish) and the cava was as flat as it was warm. The last two wines were poured, via coravin, at the same time. I understand wanting the wine to breathe, but I don't remember getting two glasses of wine at the same time for two following courses; especially since the second bottle was nearly empty! Pull the damn cork and pour the wine with the course! It was awkward at best, lazy at worst.

To follow up; I happened to mention our experience to a bartender on our last day and was introduced to Michelle Maratia, the food and beverage manager, who kindly, and unnecessarily, paid for our lunch and promised to take the matter up with the staff. This meeting helped assuage our disillusionment somewhat, but with so many options in Miami, we will look elsewhere in the future. I will gladly eat at any other Jose Andres restaurant, but sadly, this will be my last visit to Bazaar at the SLS in Miami Beach.

Was a really great experience. I though the food presentation and taste was great. The only thing was we ordered about 7 different dishes for 2 people. The very last dish - spinach- was taking awhile. We asked to just have it to go. Server came back and said it was "going to be awhile". How does spinach take awhile? And why would it be the very last dish? It was taken off the bill. Otherwise, it was great. Service-great. Woman Chef hanging out in the lobby- not so great.

Chef Jose Andres is a master. His innovative Tapas style covers East to West. If you are looking for a unique experience and tastes that are new and creative you will not want to miss Bazaar. Be prepared to invest in this culinary experience, you will experience dishes reimagined in ways you would not believe.

All I can say is that we had one night in Miami and we could have gone anywhere. We chose The Bazaar and couldn’t stop smiling the entire dinner. Our server, Jason, suggested four dishes per person AND presented us with a menu dedicated to dairy free options. Our minds were blown, thank you so much for helping the poor folks with allergies! Every dish was beautiful and delicious. We were sufficiently full when we finished our last dish. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for a spectacular and special dinner. Y’all are awesome, cheers to the chef and team.

They offer a tasting menu when we went there. So we just sat back and relax and waited what they served us. It was about 13-15 dishes and by the end we were full but had a lot of fun. The service is wonderful. If your looking for a fun date and good talk about the food this is the place. Also this place is pricey so don’t look at the cost just go for the experience.

Overall we enjoyed our experience. Unfortunately we received the incorrect fritters. Also we asked to have our items wrapped to take home and we never received our leftovers. The food was delicious.

This was a great place to have dinner! We did the tasting menu and it was well priced (especially for Miami!), tons of food, DELICIOUS, and creative.

My husband and I were visiting from Maryland and read the reviews for this restaurant. It was absolutely amazingly delicious! The staff was superb and I highly recommend The Bazaar by Jose Andres!!! If you love fine dining and tapas you will be extremely happy with this choice!!

Foodies beware. Expensive tapas prepared poorly. The Foie gras was particularly terrible. Whipped mouse pate on a bun filled with peanut butter & jelly. Are you kidding!! Steamed bun with pork belly came as a pork slider on a crisp bun. Completely opposite of the menu description. Singapore street meat came in little crispy cups with very little shrimp and lots of Chinese spices. Expensive cured ham served without bread. Other dishes passable but not inspiring. Service was not engaged and offered little assistance with a complex menu. We got lucky and only ordered a few dishes before we escaped but not before dropping $300.

Everything was so delicious. The only thing that I didn’t love was the location of the restaurant. All club goers walk through the restaurant constantly to go outside. Not really enjoyable my chair kept being hit and bag fell off chair many times. Other than that we enjoyed.

Have been eager to try a Jose Andres restaurant and this one did not disappoint - in fact, we went two nights in a row. The first and second nights, we started with Kueh Pai Ti and Baby Japanese Peaches - off the charts flavor explosion. If they were the only two items on the menu, it would be great! First night, followed with Iberico Sliders, Brussels Sprouts, Pollo Al Ajillo Cubano and Foie Gras PB&J. Standouts were the Brussels Sprouts and the Pollo Al Ajillo Cubano. The Sliders were good, but only so much you can do with a slider. The Foie Gras PB&J was fantastic when you got a bite that included all the flavors. If you only got foie gras and peanut butter, which happened, the PB was overwhelming. Slight service problem the first night with a very delayed course, which the restaurant more than made up for, and continued the next night when they realized we came back. Overall, highly recommend, but keep track of the courses/items you order.

Our experience was just amazing at this restaurant! All of our guests were blown away by the service, atmosphere, and quality of food. The whole experience is just fun!! Great small plates to share with friends... imaginative, delicious food... wonderful drink list... and a waitstaff that is well educated and engaging... what else could you want!?!?? Everything was amazing. And so creative-from a frozen blue cheese sandwich to deconstructed key lime pie. Only negative was we were seated by a path that guests used to walk from hotel to pool bar- so a lot of traffic. Servers were completely informed about every ingredient and preparation method. Yes, expensive- but I thought worth the $
