A story in contrasts, The Bazaar menu blends tradition and ingenuity in true Spanish style and mixes them with influences from South Beach’s local Latin flavors and rich history.

Wonderful menu, excellent service, reasonable priced wine
An amazing dining experience! I cannot wait to return.
Went here for our anniversary and it was wonderful. Complimentary glasses of champagne to start. We did the tasting menu and it was stellar. Alex was our waiter and he did a fantastic job, along with the the rest of the staff. This wasn’t one of the tasting menus where you’d need to stop on the way home to fill up the tank, we couldn’t have eaten anymore after we finished desert. They packed us up some amazing cookies to take home too! Overall wonderful experience and honestly a great value compared to other omakase/tasting menus in the area
Once we opted out of the expensive tasting menu, our waiter lost interest in us. It was a shame because we had high expectations for this restaurant.
Was sat beside the door which was being opened constantly, felt like It was a nuisance because of people opening and closing.
The restaurant and food are fantastic, just like the job, professional and considerate. Now, valet's job is terrible. We've waited almost 40 minutes our car. It's not the time of the restaurant.
Great food, wonderful service, a little on the pricey side.
Really criative and very good food
Many dishes were over salted and just lacked the traditional José Andres flavor typically tasted at many of his other restaurants.
Hands down best restaurant, service, quality, atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. This was the perfect spot for my boyfriends birthday celebration.
The service was excellent, but we have ordered 5 different options of tapas and we couldnt eat them. Seafood was not so fresh and sauce with lot of vinegar and red chilli taste.
The manager noticed and kindly brought us drinks and a dessert.
My favourite restaurant in South beach. The best menu. The food is always amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Bazaar.
The tuna birds nests are spectacular. The sushi hand rolls - watermelon skewers - coconut rice - passion fruit ceviche - Brussels sprouts - everything is 100% wonderful. Ending with the Foie Grás PB&J always makes me happy. I had the dry ice caparinina which was really refreshing. The staff are super amazing. They go out of their way to make you feel special.
Fantastic tasting menu @ 125/person was a great value for the price. Portions ranged from one bite to substantial. Liquid Nitrogen caiparinha was essentially cachaca sorbet made in front of you. Highly recommended.
I’m a haute cuisine aficionado: The food was disgusting-. Salty dim sum to the point of inedible, conch fritter, basic deserts. There were people using the restaurant as an easement to pass through to go to a club which was a big disturbance.
I asked the waiter for recommendations like the street food & he said: more street food!
He was also rude & irritated with questions about the food.
Marcos was a good manager & tried to salvage my birthday but there is no saving bad food!
Called to ask about dress code and they started no shirts for me. Half of the restaurant men wearing shirts and T-shirt’s and flip flops.
Elegant as always. Menu was comber some. Beautiful presentation and excellent service. Some magic was missing because of the ambiance (really loud music on the radio & outside) really difficult to converse.
The Bazaar at South Beach is one of our favorite restaurants in the world. Whenever we visit Miami we dine here. It is a feast for every senses. The frozen blue cheese sandwich, the fish in the bag and the liquid mozzarella, ceviche with dragon fruit foam are our favorite dishes.
Had an absolutely amazing experience!!! Our server was named Lach, he was from Bulgaria. The service he provided was 5 star. He explained everything in detail and timed out the food so well. We had 18 courses which I thought would be too much food but you have short pauses in between everything so it’s not too much. They didn’t once forget to reset and everyone seemed to be on the same page working there. You can tell everyone was trained properly. Now on to the food... everything was fantabulous!!! I highly recommend the 18 course experience. There wasn’t one dish me or my boyfriend didn’t like. Everything was displayed in such a unique way. It was truly an amazing experience and we will definitely be coming back!!
Nice ambiance, good menú, prices ok .
Dificult to understand Menu.
Loved this place!!! They have the most amazing chandelier. Huge. Great food and service.
Excellent restaurant food was great waiter and staff was great Explain Each dish and gave good suggestions
This was one of the best meals I have ever had. Service was excellent, and the hostess was absolutely delightful. I would return to Miami just to eat here again.
The food an atmosphere were stupendous! The best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had, seriously!
We enjoyed all our entrees very much. The foam on top of the ceviche was the only ingredient not to my taste. The service, ambience and food were exceptional though and we are so glad to have tried one of Chef Andres’s restaurants. Look forward to trying more when we visit Puerto Rico in August! Thank you.
Delicious and innovative food. Excellent suggestions by well informed server.
It is our second time to Miami and going to Bazaar is top on our list of restaurants that we will go to! Great Experience!
Hands down the best culinary experience I’ve had
Great dinner and excellent service! The coconut rice and octopus were delicious.
The Bazaar by Jose Andres is my favorite restaurant in Miami. The food is delicious and creative. The service is bar none.
Fantastic! I went twice while I was visiting, I enjoyed it so much .-)
Food outstanding and well served. Espetacular!!!!
I agree with a lot of comments posted by other people about the quality of food. However for me personally not only food is important but a general ambience of the restaurant. For anyone who hasn’t been to SLS (as me) Baazar is located between entrance to hotel and walk out to a pool. So basically, while you’re having your expensive dinner, people pass by dressed very casually in and out.
Even thought the design of the restaurant has its eclectic side, the overall feel lacks coziness and privacy.
I wouldn’t go back.
Great service, food quality and taste was excellent. Good for dates or going out in a group.
Quite disappointed. The restaurant is located in a hallway of a hotel so hotel guests are passing by next to your table all the time. Out of 16 dishes, only one was outstanding, 3 were good, but the rest was ok or really bad. They use the same flavor foam to all dishes which killed the tastes.
Waiter was phenomenal
Unbelievable. Top 2-3 meal of all-time, maybe #1. Incredible food, great service. Wish I lived closer.
Staying at hotel for a convention. Nice restaurant in House
Waiter was excellent. Everything he recommended on the menu was exceptional. We ordered two items the waiter did not recommend and they were just average. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and we got a very delicious bottle of wine. If you like modern deconstructed food, you will love this restaurant. Great presentation on the key lime pie deconstructed style
