But food came way to fast
Befot I could finish one dish thdy brought another
This is a cool LA spot to check out. Ambience is great, food and drinks are great, service is great blah blah blah. Just don’t go hungry go for an experience. It’s not cheap either. About $350 per couple. We had the waiter do the menu for us which was nice because he made great selections. Go for a nice night out to have an experience but don’t go cause you’re hungry and you want to be satisfied. You’ll end up at an In N Out before you get home if you’re anything like us.
Always one of the most epic experiences that I’ve continued to have since they opened! A must!
What an experience. An innovative approach to tapas was adventurous, delicious, and just plain fun. Not wanting to decide on 24 - 30 small plates to order with 8 people in our party, we just asked the waitstaff to "feed us." Bazaar handled our vegetarian requests and put together a multi-course extravaganza that kept us oohing and aahing for 2 1/2 hours. The museum like bar area, attentive service (even the rest rooms) helped make it a night to remember.
This, we agreed, was our best meal in a decade or so. We asked to sit at a counter, where we could watch the fascinating and meticulous preparations of our tapas. The talented young chef and his assistants were wonderfully friendly and guided our choices a bit. The place is large and smartly decorated, with lots of choices of seating styles and alcoves. Everyone seems to have a favorite spot. There is no “dress code” but it was a pretty smartly dressed crowd, for the most part. I ordered a fantastic drink that was a little like a strong rum and citrus drink or a margarita. An expert was dispatched with a special trolly to chill it with nitrogen in a steel bowl and massage it into the consistency of iced cream, shaped it like an egg, garnished if with citrus zests and served it in a crystal tumbler. Unbelievably good. The Salad Caprese included perfectly curated cherry tomatoes, creamy quail-egg size mozzarella balls that melted on the tongue, and pesto. It was one great culinary surprise like that after another, all evening long, with great wines by the class (or bottles) from the sublime to the ridiculous, Many of which we tried. There in an in-house patisserie, so we had to finish with a cupcake. At one point, we were treated to two tiny cones filled with caviar, delicate slices of scallion and lemon zests. It just doesn’t get any better than this! The genuinely friendly and well informed staff are all exceedingly proud of what they are doing, but never smug or haughty. Just real and amiable, eager to please. What an evening. We will make it a priority on every visit to LA. You should too.
valet broke my car， it was good before I park it。 valet broke my car， it was good before I park it。valet broke my car， it was good before I park it。
Todo perfecto... me encanto,la comida, la atención!!
Very good, excellent.
Best meal in I do not know how long. Very unique options and the drinks that were made table side were unbelievable
Starters were average, mains were good however the only standout dishes were the daily specials.
The food was absolutely delicious and very creative! The dink menu was equally creative and delicious! And the service was attentive, professional and very friendly.
Service was over-attentive at first, and then we seemed to be forgotten.
My favourite spot in LA. Food, presentation, service, and atmosphere are great. Always try to visit when I'm in town.
Food and service were outstanding! Presentation and taste of the food was amazing! Wait staff was helpful and attentive! Would love to return when I’m back in town.
We had a wonderful evening at The Bazaar! Everything from start to finish was excellent. The service (from host, waiter, servers) cocktails, wine list, and then of course the food were exceptional. We went for a birthday celebration and let them know in advance, and they treated our birthday guest so well. Can't wait to go back!
Great service, food , ambience
I've loved this place every time I've visited. The food is fantastic and inventive. Service is professional and it's always a fun scene. Go here with an out of towner or foodie to give them a memorable experience with the sexier and tastier side of LA.
We had a lovely time. Food was incredible. Everyone said happy birthday to my girlfriend. The presentation of the cocktails was spectacular. Overall a wonderful experience
It was great! We ordered the Tasting Menu and the food was literally flying out the kitchen! But the waitress let us know in advance that the food were coming from like four different kitchens but we wish that they follow the menu in order and not so randomly. Also, when we suggested drinks to eat with the food the waitress seams to know nothing and was guessing around.
The food (THE most important part) EXCELLENT! The drinks, amazing! What a great experience! My husband and I had a wonderful time.
Went in 2009 during the opening weeks and worried being disappointed. I was not. We were recommended 10 tapas by our great waiter and finished sharing amazing desserts. It’s an unique place where your palate is consistently and positively challenged. I loved in particular the guacamole, fois gras with a twist and the philly steak tapas.
The air salt margarita is pricey but amazing.
The entire team was knowledgeable and gracious with their knowledge! A wonderful and delightful time! Will continue to bring clients here! Thank you!
I have been at the bazaar at Miami, meats in Las Vegas the food and service was great, the bazaar in LA was a big disappointment for the service and quality of food (jamón serrano de bellota) , sadly
Beautiful food, beautiful restaurant, and friendly servers. However, all the food seemed to be a little on the salty side and service was a little patchy.
I guess we expected superior performance as we had had it recommended by a few friend. However, if it wasn’t for the really kind and professional hostess and servant had had during the evening, then we would have been disappointed. The food was medium but not great, and the surroundings at little like a bad IKEA / canteen environment. The check, two persons ended at almost 300$ included 2 glasses of wine and 2 cocktails. It wasn’t impressing.
New wedding ring for my wife of 12.5 years.
The first time that the notes I leave in the booking on Open Table was paid attention to. They noted the quiet table we wanted, the knew us by name, and they had a card for our wedding anniversary waiting for us!
Too too noisy at the dinner table we were seated on our date for two between 2 tables of 6 and 4 all girls who spoke louder every 5 mins there were more tables free but the waiter did not offer us a change!! We could hardly hear him between all the cackling . So for us on a romantic date it was not the ideal place . We were then escorted to our dessert table where the waitress wasn’t so smiley and when i asked to take a picture of my magic mojito she more or less rolled her eyes to the ceiling i know she does that all night with people asking her to take a picture of the lovely innovative cocktails but its her job!!!! We were not made welcome at the dessert side !!!!
The food was not as good as it used to be. It seems that the place lost its luster. Still solid just not worth the price anymore.
Bazaar is my favorite restaurant in LA...food is amazing, ambience is fun and love anything that Chef Jose Andres does...on the culinary and humanitarian front. Always wonderful to support someone who not only has an amazing product, but also is doing so much good in the world
Amazing food, innovative and delicious!
Everything was awesome.
Food is excellent.
Service is good.
Price is little high.
But we have good time.
We went for my cousin’s birthday. We left it up to the chef to surprise us. The tapas were spectacular!!
Just overpriced Spanish food below any fine dining you would find in Spain
My husband and I truly enjoyed our dinner. Everything was so delicious! We ordered Japanese taco, octopus toast, hokkaido scallop ceviche, bagle & lox cone, american caviar cone, and crab cake special. Also you must try majic mojito!!
Food, environment, and service was excellent. Music choice is however rather tasteless.
Entertained friends from out-of-town. They are Foodies and have
eaten at several of Jose Andres restaurants so we thought they
we appreciate the Bazaar. Lovely ambiance, attentive serve,
tasty food. A grand time was had be all.
A memorable meal and dinner experience! I look forward to returning again.
Two words- Dessert Graffiti. Do it
