The Bauer Kitchen is an energetic up-market 'bistro' set in a SoHo inspired, restored felt factory.

Chef Katherine Therriault & Chef Riley Smith have assembled a spectacular menu of classic items prepared with the freshest local ingredients. An extensive ‘wine by the glass’ menu has been created by our sommelier to pair perfectly with each menu item.

                                                              Went for Mothers Day breakfast…food was delicious! Had the fried chicken and egg waffle, very flavourful. Service was amazing, and very accommodating. One of the best breakfast meals I’ve had :) Espresso martini to top it off!

                                                              The Resturant, staff and food was really good. I’m more impressed on the staff side, well trained and very accommodating staff. Parking in available in the basement for free.
