The Bauer Kitchen is an energetic up-market 'bistro' set in a SoHo inspired, restored felt factory.

Chef Katherine Therriault & Chef Riley Smith have assembled a spectacular menu of classic items prepared with the freshest local ingredients. An extensive ‘wine by the glass’ menu has been created by our sommelier to pair perfectly with each menu item.

                                                              Short rib gnocci and fish and chips were both perfection. Our server Luke was A+. Love this place :)

                                                              It was my birthday on May 8th 2025. The service was good and the food was good. They gave me a complimentary glass of prosecco which was not the greatest. I expected a complimentary desert for my birthday with how they wrote happy birthday on the plate but that did not happen. Very disappointing and will be considering a new restaurant for my next birthday. They also charged my brother in law for the substitution of fries with the stake to mashed potatoes and charged $10 for the substition which is insane. We were not happy with this at all. It seems this restaurant is cutting back on complimentary services and trying to charge a lot for the extras. To be honest we would have been able to get more for our buck at Charcoal stake house. Taking complimentary desert when it's people's birthday is not ok and this needs to change if you want to keep your customers as there Re so many good restaurant to compete with around this region.

                                                              The smoked salmon benedict was good. I liked how it came on a biscuit instead of the usual english muffin. The margherita pizza was preety good, I liked the crust. The steak was a bit too well done, when she asked for medium rare, in her steak and eggs. Overall, we would still go back to try other items, if we are in the area again.

                                                              There's a great vibe to The Bauer Kitchen, in part thanks to the ambience of a repurposed industrial building, and in part to the good food and drinks menus. I'll certainly visit again
