    The Barn has been one of my favorite restaurants to go to for years now, but last nights experience was terrible. It was 35 minutes into the visit before cold bread was brought to the table and over an hour before the main course was brought out. I got the special of the night, a dry and wet aged Australian Waygu strip. It came out undercooked and was not very warm. I reluctantly just ate it as I was just hungry at this point. Once I returned home I became violently ill for some time. I am not sure that I will be coming back.

    The Barn at Rocky Fork Creek is an excellent dining choice. The wait staff is very knowledgeable, the food is delicious, we celebrated our anniversary, and everyone made us feel like VIPs! It was worth every penny.

    We spend every wedding anniversary at the barn. Our waiter, Spencer took our picture. We have many years of almost the same picture of us celebrating at The Barn. Thank you for always making us feel special.

    Stopped at this hidden gem to celebrate our Anniversary! My spouse was rather surprised at the ambiance and overall decor. I explained hence the name THE BARN! Servers were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu! From the moment we went in, to the time we left, we were pleased. I gave a solid 4 because of the food. Got steak fries with the 8oz filet, the fries were greasy as well as overcooked. Another meal we got was the fried chicken meal. There was an enormous amount of breading on the chicken as if it were battered wet and taken out to finish cooking in the oven. That’s the taste, and texture I got from it. The 8oz filet is preferred over the twin filet because it’s more juicy and tender. I’d definitely go back and try something else on the menu. Pros: Kid friendly Handicap accessible Fire pit outside Plenty of seating Smaller portions available Won’t break the bank Restaurant offers takeout Cons Happy hour applies to guest only seated at the bar if you sit in the far rear with the patio windows, be prepared to swat flies No concierge service

    The staff are very helpful and courteous, the food was amazing (as always), however we were seated in the bar area and it was a little loud. We love coming to brunch at The Barn.

    Excellent food and great service, you can’t beat their steaks! Well worth the $ if you want great food with huge portions. We had 4 people including 2 seniors and ordered 2 meals to split between us. Everyone had plenty and I even had lunch today and 1 more at home left over. One of the specials, the long blade ribeye was an excellent choice. Cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The prime rib was also huge and was split between all of us. Will definitely go again and highly recommend trying the restaurant.

    Love the ambience of the restaurant, so beautiful!! The food was good. Unfortunately there was a mistake made by the waiter and he thought my husband ordered two sides instead of one (he was trying to de use between the two). When we asked about it, the waiter apologized and told us to keep the additional side. I had to send my steak back twice in order for it to be cooked the way I ordered it. Not a huge deal, it happens, but just a bummer bc I was delayed in eating with my group. For the inconvenience the waiter did offer all 4 of us dessert free of charge, which was a wonderful gesture. He did a great job trying to correct the issues and was very apologetic. We dined here for our Anniversary dinner and those things just damped the specialness of the night. We will try The Barn again in the future though and hope it goes better the next time.

    The Barn went above and beyond for our dinner. We were celebrating our daughter’s first birthday with family. The server even brought out a toddler friendly dessert with a candle. It was a special moment.
