   Picture it. Owl bar Saturday night. Water glasses tasted like SOAP, food was disgusting, and the service was lacking. Won't be back. Ever.

   Pizza was awesome Wings were perfect Libations were nice Was a bit loud at times, that I couldn't hear my company sitting across from me but I knew that would be a factor. The server could have been a bit personable, she was hiding behind her mask. The food runner and hostess made up for her shortcomings. Be specific in what you want for your food, and all is well. Well done pizza, well done chicken wings, extra celery with appetizers. I will come back and I will bring more friends.

   Food was amazing! I was kinda shocked because on first look it doesn’t seem like much. The wait staff was very attentive and courteous. My only issue was how dark it was inside the restaurant! My old eyes had to use my phone to see the menu! 😩😩😩

    We had a very pleasant experience at the Owl Bar. This is a “go to place” when it comes to my wife and I, and have spent serval birthday celebrations in this really historic, special place in a city that has so many issues. The pizza was to die for. You really felt like you were in a totally different era. I can’t believe some of the people who dined there! In today’s world you’d wonder why they would stop in a city like Baltimore, but they did! I don’t give a “hoot” what anyone says, you should stop by for a memorable experience.

    our steak was overdone and when we asked for steak knives we were told they didnt have any. out waiter also didnt bring condiments or get out orders right after specifying what we needed a few times

    First time here it was nice I thought I was going on the 13th floor but no🤦🏽‍♀️… it’s a little lounge on the first floor but that’s OK the food is great I had shrimp tacos and for a side I had crab macaroni and cheese it was the bomb😋😋😋

    Took a friend for his birthday. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Kimberly was very attentive. We had the Duck Fat Fries, Baked Brie, Pizza and the Belvedere Burger.

    Food quality and service are not up to par since they have reopened post-COVID closures. There was only one server for the entire restaurant and the menu was limited as to be expected but the food was not great.

    Amazing aesthetic, great drinks, got the duck tacos, good but some bones left in. Boyfriend got a Cuban panini without pickles, it was to die for. First time at the Owl Bar for a birthday date. Great time!

    First we got there the manager said they have reached their capacity and I told him we had a reservation at 9:45pm he proceeds to “look” at his tablet and says we don’t have your reservation. I pull up mine from the email then he says “oh I see it here, it just popped up.” Secondly once we’re seated we see it was in fact NOT at capacity. We were seated waited 20 minutes as we were getting up to go some one finally said they’d take our order. Not she where she went but then we had the waiter David take our order and by far he was the BEST waiter ever. Bad enough leading up to that point we hated it but David was such a great waiter we ended up enjoying ourselves he had a great personality and he took care of us. The restaurant I’ll give a 2.5 maybe 3 stars but David saved the day I’d give him all the credit.

    Another great experience at the Owl Bar. SO SORRY it will be temporarily closing due to COVID---hope it reopens very soon!! As always, service by, and conversation with, Will was excellent. Such a nice guy, and so good at what he does. He allowed me to sample a new cocktail he invented, and we had a lot of fun talking about possible signature names for it. I really look forward to visiting the next time in Baltimore.

    I sat at the bar and was fortunate enough to have Will as my bartender/server. He was wonderful...pleasant, interesting conversationalist, got everything right. I was so happy to be back after so many months. I live in Philly and whenever I visit Baltimore, I will come back! Thanks Mike

    The charming Owl Bar has reopened with very few customers so far. Service was attentive, food was delicious just like before the pandemic closure (although the menu has been reduced somewhat). It still looks cool, but it's unusual to see it so quiet. No real risk of contact with other tables. I hope locals will get out and support the Owl Bar!

    Once a month my friends and I meet for lunch or brunch. The Owl Bar has a great atmosphere! The bartenders and servers were extremely patient (I spilled my glass of water at the bar). Not just patient but friendly and excited to share their favorites on the menu. We ordered: The Belvedere Burger, medium done, Maple Honey BBQ Wings, Thai Chili Wings, Duck Fat Fries and the BBQ Salmon Cobb. Unfortunately the burger came out well done and it was hard to taste the flavor because of the char. Both flavors of wings were tasty and you cannot, cannot go wrong with the fries. The dressing for the Salmon Cobb is great the amount of BBQ sauce on the salmon was a bit generous but still good. It’s a neighborhood gem great for lunch or happy hour!
