   we drove 90 minutes for a great meal -- and our expectations were exceeded! the prime ribeye and filet were spectacular, the crab cakes were the best i have ever had (i try them everywhere we go) and the calamari appetizer WOW! the brussels sprouts and the parmesan creamed spinach sides were delicious as well. i'd like to tell you the desserts were amazing (they looked it), but we were way too full to try them. all in all, this was one of the best meals we have had in central florida.

   Great local gem! Chef is great and the owners are attentive to every table and plate that goes out. Love this spot. Get the short rib egg-rolls. Haven’t had a bad thing yet from the menu.

   We love coming to the back room. The food is exceptional, and they’ve kept the prices moderate and have not price gouged everybody to where you can’t afford to walk in. Most of the dinners come with two sides and bread. Service is exceptional, and the food is delicious!

   We ALWAYS enjoy dining at The Back Room. Ed and his entire staff do an outstanding job in all areas of a dining experience. Last night was no exception. As many times as I have been there, I had never tried the Beef Tips with Gorgonzola cheese. It is now my all time favorite. Ashby C.
