Waiter seemed overwhelmed but very nice. We were the only party inside the entire restaurant. Food very good and generous portions but server needed some help. Really great lunch menu .
Would come again.
Atlantic Grille has great food & service. The Brunch was delicious.
The freshly made fish dip was outstanding during Happy Hour with great drink prices too. Had the mahi-mahi special for dinner and it was superb.
Arrived early for requested table nearest dance floor. Restaurant was not crowded & tables were available. We were taken towards the back but complained so we chose a table closer. Seared Tuna was very dry, sauce bought out later. Salmon was very small portion & dry.
Smallest dance floor. Entertainment was very good. Older crowd pleaser. $
Would not repeat.
Extremely poor service, waiter spent his time hanging out in the kitchen and was very unresponsive and drifty on the two occasions when he came to the table .
Won't ever go back there again.
Beautiful restaurant inside and a great outdoor dining deck. Live music and dancing make it a great place to have a fun evening.
We chose this resturant since we've enjoyed cocktails both at the bar and patio outside. Was a very good selection
Pork chop very tough
Breakfast was excellent and food tasted great. All items were cooked exactly how we asked with the requests we had since one of our guests had many allergies. The aquariums in this hotel are incredible.
Table for two: the tables are very small, so dropped menus and flatware are a risk.
But that is really the only (small) criticism. Try to get a table with a view of the aquarium.
The Atlantic grill has a great atmosphere and lively bar scene. The food was delicious and our waiter was very attentive . A good spot for a night out as we had dinner and then hung at the bar and listened to live music .
Food was average at best. Service was pretty good, our waiter was attentive and concerned when our entrees took longer than he expected to come out of the kitchen. There are too many great restaurants in Delray to waste a meal here. The bar scene and music are always good, so we’ll keep coming for that but eat elsewhere.
The kids mac- n- cheese was from the box.not even adding extra chees. My 8y/o said it was bland.
The burger was over cooked for med.
The salmon was cool.
The scallops were almost called. As was the butternut squash puree.
For the price it was below par.
I really thought that since it was attatched to such a she she hotel that one could not go wrong.
Maybe the chef had a bad night.
The food and the service was disappointing. The calamari appetizer was over breaded and a sparse serving. The seared tuna was grey and not the quality one would expect for the price. The bottle of wine we ordered was not the vintage listed on the menu and poorer quality. I found the meal to be considerably over priced for the quality. Our server was not very attentive either. Ran out of water and poured our own wine. Someone else brought the food out and no one about it after it was delivered.
Drinks made with cheap liquor and pics online look better than the place does. Had cracked peice of glass in drink that literally cracked off when i was given the drink and when i told the bartender she only offered to make another . No thanks this place is overpriced and the service is horrible
Loved the ambiance. The seared scallops and salmon were excellent. Service a little slow
Good - but Asked for a different table because at the bar area -too noisy for dinner
Expected better food quality and quantity for the price
We set at a high top instead of a table so we would be able to see the piano player when he began to perform. That plan didn’t work, but we did hear him. Enjoyed his singing. There was a very small dance floor, actually just the entrance way. Very noisy bar area. Good thing we ordered an appetizer as the quite excellent grilled scallops (4), with a half cup of quinoa, flavored with cranberries and seasoning, wasn’t exactly filling. Since we asked, a basket of various breads was produced. Several ere very good. A complimentary chocolate birthday cake, with chocolate ice cream, was produced, rich and gooey. Yum. Tip: park on the side street, Venetian, valet service only $5 with validated ticket from the restaurant.
Always good and crowded, music excellent. I could not believe they ran out of their fresh catch fish at 8 PM!
Service was not good.
Food was OK
Ate outside which was quiet.
Restaurant is very noisy
Service was terrible. Our server was not good
Had to ask multiple times for the same item
Would no go back
All of our food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Love the atmosphere as well...perfect night out. We will definitely be back!
The Atlantic Grille is a beautiful restaurant inside and out . Food is excellent as is wait staff . However to eat inside is next to impossible due to noise level .
The bar area has people stacked up when you walk in and you can hardly move through to the outside patio .
Once outside , the ambience improves 100%.
My husband and I both had lamb shank with well niter veggies - delicious and carefully prepared .
Food service VERY slow. Mgmt should have advised of a kitchen issue regarding our food before we complained. After that it was handled well.
Ordered Mahi $38 special and received a very small portion.
A lovely date night dinner. The scallops are a signature dish and always done nicely.
The other dish was lamb and delicious!
Very nice restaurant The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. They also have huge aquariums with sharks in them. The location is also excellent for walking along Atlantic Avenue when you finish dining
Went for Sunday brunch, and, sadly, it was awful. We ordered eggs benedict, croissant, and seafood bisque. The eggs benedict was mediocre at best. The croissant was stale. The seafood bisque was so thick that it was obviously from the night before. I live around the corner from Seagate, we've previously have had decent dinners, but this brunch was a total let down. Given the plethora of choices available on Atlantic Ave, we won't be back at The Atlantic Grille.
The setting was quite lovely though, and our waiter was great. Unfortunately, the food was not good at all.
Great top quality food; all choices are good, except the calamari. Very nice decoration and impressive fish tanks - mainly the one with sharks.
I brought my aunt to celebrate her birthday. Our waiter was very pleasant. We both ordered the sword fish dish and our waiter told us it was one of the best dishes. However, when we got our dish the fish was extremely dry, It was better to have a can of tuna than that fish, the veggies where also dry and the sauce was very little. Overall the dish was a huge disappointment. I asked our waiter to share our feedback with the chef. He gave us one dessert free as a courtesy which I appreciated but I felt bad that I took my aunt to a pricy place and we couldn’t enjoy our meal.
Great food,atmosphere, and service
Beautiful restaurant with excellent food and service.
We had a lovely meal here. The portions were on the small side & everything was ala carte so it could get a little pricey; the food was delicious though. It was very noisy inside but we were lucky to get seating outside. It was quieter out there and the weather was perfect. The service was excellent- very attentive without being annoying ( thank you Anthony). Overall, it was a very positive experience. We would definitely go there again.
Food was very good Nice server Loud and expensive
We met with friends for our annual post-holiday celebration. The service (James!!) was outstanding - he was attentive, humorous, knowledgeable - providing just the right amount of attention without being overbearing. The food was fresh and well prepared. Great experience!
Could not believe how absolutely horrible our experience was! When we were seated, there was no one in the dining room. We waited 40 minutes after placing our order before asking the manager what was going on. The waiter could have cared less. The people who were seated after us were served and finished their meals before we even received ours. We had to ask for refills on our water and iced tea. The pork chop was served without a steak knife, not that it mattered. It was inedible. Our friend's swordfish was so overcooked it didn't even taste like swordfish! There's more to this horror story, but I'm running out of time and room. Suffice it to say, this restaurant is off our list and we certainly would not recommend it to anyone.
The service and food was outstanding
