Good food, great service, great atmosphere. Convenient location
We dined here prior to a concert at the Rosemont Theater across the street. With the exception of the cranky woman at the front, it was excellent and we highly recommend! Our waiter was outstanding. He asked about our plans and if they included the show, and he followed by making sure our meal was served as swiftly as possible. I regret we didn’t make note of his name. My son loved his burger, hubby and guest really enjoyed their bolognese, another enjoyed his fish fry, and I really enjoyed a pizza with accommodating GF crust and held the cheese to make it vegan. I’d go back!0
Really great find. This place was perfect. Before we even got to the drinks and food, the staff was amazing. They ALL were super friendly and attentive. It was our first visit, we wrent even guests of the hotel and we were treated amazingly well. Then the food and cocktails did not disappoint! The cocktails were great, a bit strong for me but for the price I would hope that they would be. The burger was amazing and a pulled pork special was so flavorful. The cookie dessert was perfect. Definitely a great find, will visit again when in the area!
Very clean and well run operation. Staff is exceptional!
Great dining experience before a concert at the Rosemont Theatre. Excellent service with a warm, welcoming, and courteous staff. Perfect menu options with a good variety.
Although the service is pleasant, I have experienced gaps in attentiveness.
Friends and I went during restaurant week. We each ordered from the set menu. $38 for appetizer, main dish and desert. There were 3 choices of appetizer and main dish, so we got one of each and sampled everything. The portions were very generous and food was delicious. You got a lot of food for the money. It was actually too much food. Restaurant is eerily quiet. Couldn't understand why it was so empty. Host was not particularly friendly but the other staff made up for it.
Pre concert for Rick Braun. Our waiter was terrific (sorry I’m blanking on his name!). We ordered way too much food - a pizza AND entrees but they were just as good the next day. Lovely restaurant with good choices. And a wonderful intimate venue for smooth jazz is just down the hall!
Saturday morning breakfast with college friends; perfect central location for all of us! Food and service were both very good - no complaints. The place was very quiet; not many guest at the hour we went.
From the time we walked in our experience was delightful. The host was friendly & our server,Sid, was very pleasant and accommodating. We ordered a pizza & a burger. Both were delicious.
Awesome service. The food was great
The dinner took a very long time to arrive, we were going to a show, and since it took so long we had to skip dessert. Worse, I had phoned ahead a told them we were out for my daughter's birthday (25) and they did nothing for her or even recognize that we were celebrating. I'd give them another chance, but if it were like this again we will not return.
Great food and service
Ashburn saved the day!!! We had a horrible time at McCormick and schmicks. I quickly booked a reservation at Ashburn's. The food was great the service was great and the drinks were delicious!!! Will most definitely go again.
We had the best two waiters who gave excellent service. there were 6 of us and each one enjoyed their food and special attention. it was possible for six people to have a conversation and a leisurely meal. everyone was very happy with their food.
New Year’s Eve celebration.
I've been here twice. Once for a working breakfast meeting. I had the cheese blintzes with blueberry sauce. OMG so delicious. Just went again for dinner with a friend. We ordered and shared the baked feta and the avocado tacos. She is vegetarian and enjoyed both dishes. As a non-vegetarian, I also enjoyed both. We also had some of the seasonal cocktails and enjoyed them. They also validate parking from the Lowe's hotel parking garage.
Everyone in the party enjoyed their drinks and said their meal was delicious! Also, we had a pleasant birthday surprise/dessert for the birthday boy..thank you for making it an incredible dinner!
Unfortunately, the menu options are very limited. The food was good but would not make me come back for it. I LOVE the hotel, however.
Lunch with a friend and our daughters after cheer competition! Our waitress was very well versed on the menu. I was thinking the fried avocado tacos (which is an appetizer) she immediately said it would suffice as my meal. She was right! They tacos were delicious and so filling I was able to share with my friend. I also had a bite of the pizza my friend ordered - Ashburn Classic - which was just as tasty as the tacos! The waitress even suggested getting the giardiniera on the side because they would become even spicer when heated on the pizza. Our girls were very satisfied with the kids options - definitely kid friendly!
The restaurant offered a VERY limited menu and never informed us until we sat at the table.
We sat in the bar and had Martinis before dinner - they were served in margarita glasses which was a bit odd and on the bar counter right in front of us there was a huge slab of bacon and a head of lettuce - unwrapped! When we inquired why this was the bartender said it was for Bloody Mary garnish... (move it off the bar - unsanitary.) Our bar tab for 4 cocktails was almost $50 with tip! After cocktails, our party of 4 was seated at a huge round table in the main dining area that made conversation almost impossible without yelling. (The table could easily have sat 8!) Our waiter kept pushing the 3 most expensive items on the menu, then he started rushing us to order because “the kitchen was busy” - we were there at 7 pm, no where near closing time. When we didn’t follow his menu recommendations he seemed annoyed. Two of our meals were wrong had to be sent back so we ate in stages, awkward. The food overall was mediocre especially for the price. This was our first visit and we’re not in a hurry to return.
Tremendous service, great atmosphere, excellent food, the place is exceptional. I plan to return.
Service was wonderful! Place was super cute and had great ambience. Unfortunately, the food was not great. A few of us ordered the chicken and was so salty that we could not even eat it. Very dissatisfied with the food overall which is a shame because would have loved to visit again.
Had dinner before a concert at the Montrose inside the Loew’s Hotel
Very good service. Food was good. One of our group’s steaks was well done instead of medium rare.
My companion and I were there at 11 am. It was pretty dead in there. It’s nice that they validate your valet parking ticket. So that is free besides tip. I had the burger with fries. I didn’t care for the seasoned wedge fries. They didn’t taste that great. My friend got the breakfast buffet. It was $23 but it’s an upper tier hotel restaurant near the airport. So, I think it’s a standard price even if we don’t consider it a great value. Our server was very pleasant and appropriately attentive. Very nice women’s bathroom too. I’d be inclined to try another restaurant in the area before returning to this one.
They exceeded our expectations. We decided to eat here because we were tying at Loews and didn't want to drive anywhere. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food AND the service was. Highly recommended!
My son was flying in and out of O'Hare and we were on a very tight schedule. I spoke to Jamie, the general manager, ahead of time, and she was amazingly accommodating as was our excellent waiter! The food was excellent, a good value. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Food is good and service was an excellent
Hamburger and rotisserie chicken were out of this world
disappointing - had hoped it would have been much better. Lack of people in the restaurant should have been a dead give-a-way.
Delicious healthy salads, entrees and desserts delivered with excellent service. A great dining experience.
Love this place
The space is nice. Aviation themed. Food was pretty good. Enjoyed the appetizers better than my entree salad. Burger and pasta better. Service was spotty at best. Surprising, as it was practically empty when we arrived. Better price point than the Capital Grille next door. Overall, kinda forgettable.
Great service & good variety on the breakfast buffet. Most definitely would recommend checking out for dinner and/or breakfast. Other benefits, this hotel is conveniently located by Chicago O'Hare airport and in walking distance to the Fashion Outlet of Chicago.
The burgers were perfectly prepared and tasted delicious. There was more than enough food. The waiter did a great job and was very attentive
Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, had the made to order omelet. Great location and servers are very attentive.
The spinach soup was amazing. I'll be back again. Great service & good food.
Highly recommend! We went before a show and could not have had a better experience. We will be back before every show at Rosemont theater!
