The Art School Restaurant is located in the stunning lantern room of the Victorian 1888 ‘Home for Destitute children’ building on Sugnall Street and is merely a stones throw away from Hope Street and Liverpool city centre. This area is one of the richest areas of the city in terms of culture and arts; both the Liverpool and Metropolitan Cathedrals are located only a couple of minutes walk away and John Moore’s University is also nearby. The Liverpool Philharmonic is located literally across the road from The Art School. This location is superbly placed for an elegant, fine dine restaurant and bar, the very first of its kind in Liverpool city centre.

It was our 47 th wedding Anniversary and highly recommended by a friend , it lived up to all our expectations, and the wine package for each dish was an amazing experience, such different wines that suited every dish , the staff were brilliant and so knowledgeable , it will live with us forever , Thankyou .

Absolutely gorgeous. Exceptional service. Unbeatable precision on timing for all the table guests on all the courses. Beautifully mannered, genuinely friendly team with good senses of humour & whose high levels of eye contact & personal engagement with each one of us made the evening a perfect one.

A very pleasant evening.Excellent service.food was good,very good. The fish and the jus with the guinea fowl were both a bit too salty ,.The guinea fowl had too much on the plate
