Food was very average
Salmon was a tad dry. Everything else on plate was very flavorful. The food did take quite a while to get to the table. Overall it was a good experience.
Spouse's New York Strip was tasty but my prime rib was disappointingly chewy and tasteless. Everything else was as expected.
Great atmosphere, great service, great drinks and food. We went for Easter lunch. Although they ran out of one of their Easter menu items, which was somewhat disappointing. However there was a party of 6 of us and we all really enjoyed our meals. The drinks were delish too. We've been several times and will be back again.
For Easter brunch me and my kids went here. Appetizers were great. Main courses were horrible. We didn’t even eat them. Service was great... 5 star great! But food was disappointing.
FOOD WAS GREAT AS WELL AS SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE.
The crab cake Benedict was just ok. The Prime Rib was pretty good. Overall we enjoyed the food and experience but there was nothing specific we felt we would need to return and have again.
Unfortunately the service was poor and they were out of chicken. All though they made an effort to make service recovery, we are unlikely to return.
Very nice server
I have been wanting to try this place for so long and had high hopes. I went with my sister who is a very finicky eater. We both got burgers. The server didn't ask how we wanted them cooked and we forgot to mention it so we both got hockey pucks. She doesn't like ketchup on her burger - preferring steak sauce or BBQ and they had neither. I don't do well with bread and asked if they will do a lettuce wrap & the waiter said yes. I got a burger with shredded lettuce on top. And I really like to pick it up and eat it like a sandwich. I was too hungry to send it back. I started eating it as-is and it got annoying so I asked for a bun even though I don't want to eat bread. The server was very nice and he said he keyed it in as a lettuce wrap. The ambience and the place was nice. Part of it is on me bc I didn't specify how I wanted my burger cooked.
I would try it again and order differently.
Great food great service. I would go back with a date.
Food was amazingly good. Service was severely lacking. Had to visit the hostess stand and bar to get water refills and check. Server brought check without asking about dessert or refilling drinks. Not the experience I expected.
Great time. Didn’t wait for a table. Service was great
Great as usual
The Butcher’s Platter was very good! So many interesting flavors! We just had sandwiches but they were really good! Great drinks as well and the service was excellent!
The food was fantastic. Loved the atmosphere. Will be back!
Great meal with family! Service food and vibe was perfect!!
Waiters were attentive but not overbearing. Good drinks.
NY Strip was worthy of their Namesake..well chosen cut, excellent flavor, and was cooked exactly as requested (medium rare.)
Note: Their outdoor dining is next to busy intersection so avoid it if you mind the vehicle noise
Unfortunately I took a friend who was lactose intolerant and we could not stay. Only salads were offered to him
Excellent service and atmosphere. Food was terrific.
I liked the comfortable large booth they sat us at. And enjoyed seeing pictures of local people on the wall. I had the crispy chicken and it definitely did not disappoint. It was very tender and had plenty of crab on the top. It was large enough for me to give some to my husband. I’m excited to go back and try something else. Great first expression.
The food and drinks were very good and for a great price! Will visit again next time I'm in Phoenix!
Very nice place great food at fair prices. Would highly recommend
The meatloaf got my girlfriend and I violently sick. The place was great, the sickness was not
Upscale burger restaurant with good priine rib but overpriced. Expected more
Everything was good!
Came across this place on open table and loved it. We even showed up right before they closed, which very sorry about that; and we’re still treated with smiles and not frowned upon. Food was amazing and portions of the prime rib were huge. We were two very happy ladies.
Absolutely recommend this restaurant, food was amazing, the prime rib was beyond delicious and service was incredible! Must visit if in the downtown Phoenix area!
Great place to go!
Worst food I have had for a long time, felt like a cheap dirty environment. Even my teenage son said his burger was the worst - dry and tasteless (not cheap). The fish with my fish and chips was oily, the batter so thick and absolutely no seasoning. Will never go back. Two thumbs down.
Service was suboptimal, and the food was tasty. The place has great ambiance. It took a while for a waiter to get to our table. After dinner they were expecting a rush after an event, the waiter brought our dessert and coffee along with the bill. It felt like he was pushing us out.
Delicious food. Pretzel bites were amazing. Great service
Love this location across the street from the Phoenix Suns arena. Food & ambiance are outstanding! Service is always top notch as well.
Very good food and drinks... Little pricey for small portions. Would like to see OZ go up by 10-20 percent at the values it is at now. I had asked for double lump crab on my chicken but was not awarded nor charged. As a food critic I can say that charging 7 dollars a side at a casual eatery not an upscale restaurant seems excessive and unpleasant to swallow when dinning with a large party. Please look for my review in Zagat top twenty of Phoenix for more information regarding my experience.
The service was friendly and super quick. The food was awesome! Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stop by again. Overall, this spot was bangin'
Great atmosphere! Oysters were fantastic. Our party had the filet, salmon and meatloaf...everyone was very happy. Had the Brea wine. Excellent time. Recommend for business or pleasure! Enjoy!
Get there early or make reservations for this interesting restaurant. The Pretzel bites are to die for, creamiest Mac 'n Cheese ever and the NY Strip was 12oz of pure heaven. Staff was on point with impeccable service and smiles all around.
