   What a bummer of an experience. We booked an Easter Brunch reservation and it stated it was at the 2nd floor restaurant. When we go there, we found out they were hosting in a 4th floor ballroom. It was very stark, quiet and felt like we were at a business meeting vs. a $65/per head breakfast. I do think they should have noted that it would not be served in a restaurant but rather a ballroom. I would not have made the reservation as there was no ambiance at all in the ballroom and at that price tag, I would have just eaten at Oceanaire. The four of us were seated and wanted to order some mimosas to start us off. We sat there for over 15 minutes with no one coming to our table, and finally had to stop someone and ask them if we go to bar ourselves or if someone takes our order for drinks. They took our order and it took about another 10 minutes to get drink. Wide variety of food which was good, but there was no service. Our dirty dishes sat on our table, and as it was a buffet, we were looking to get these dishes removed. My husband ended up bussing our table. About 4 hours after we ate, my son became violently ill. He had the roasted chicken at the buffet while my husband and I did not. When we received the check, a 20% service / gratuity fee. I am a very good tipper, but struggle having $54 added as a tip when we had no one come by our table except once to drop off 3 drinks we ordered AFTER we had to flag someone down for it.

   The food was ok. Nothing spectacular. The service was very good. Not many salad options at all. Only two shrimp in shot and Lobster deviled eggs were only cold seafood offerings. Hardly any festive decor. They did have ham and prime rib. We’ll try a different restaurant next Easter.

   The Easter brunch was very nice, service was excellent...could not have been better. The food was good but not great. There was a wide variety but not much that I would have gone back for seconds on. Also I would have liked things to be warmer. The salmon was excellent as was the cherry cobbler and the rest was just good. I think it was a bit overpriced for the food selection, but I'm not a big eater so they definitely come out ahead on me. Overall I was pleased but probably would do something else next Easter.

   Service was sub-par. Our drinks never came and when we inquired the bartender didn’t even know how to make (aperol sprtz). The salad was overpriced & the grilled chicken was dry. Definitely a one & done for me.

    The atmosphere and decorations were amazing, it was really well setup. Each food station was thoughtfully setup and had its own theme. The staff was really nice, attentive and welcoming. The only downside was the food itself… the turkey and ham were both over cooked, very dry. The ceviche tasted frozen and smelled very fishy, it was served with 3 chips which were stale. The highlights of the food were the poblano soup, mashed potatoes and dressing. Which is not good since these are sides not even the main dishes. None of the pies were good and tasted store bought. Churros were very dry. What was good was the bacon strawberry cheesecake bites. There was also a 30 service charge on the bill for who knows. Overall for a total of 230 bucks for 2 people the food was not up to the price tag, I would say more around the 50/60 range for that quality. 10/10 for everything except the food ):

    They were understaffed, the food wasn’t the temperature that it needed to be. They were out and you had to wait for fresh food to be prepared. I don’t think they expected the numbers that they had it was definitely subpar for Westin.

    We enjoyed our Thanksgiving celebration at your hotel. It was our first experience celebrating Thanksgiving lunch in a hotel. My little one who is 4 years old and she said she had a great time. Your staff made us feel welcome. From the first person whom we met who worked in finance who directed us to the correct floor for our Thanksgiving celebration, to the staff who sat us, to service managers who made our experience special, thank you! The valet crew made valet parking efficient and convenient. Happy Thanksgiving 2022! Hope to visit the Westin again and we look forward to celebrating our next Thanksgiving in your hotel.     I did not know the lunch was in the large ballroom of the Westin. Food was cold, service terrible and took 25 minutes to get the check. Also had a $30 service charge added. Terrible Thanksgiving lunch. If it were going to be a mass feeding, it should have said so.

    Manager Gaby was very nice helping with the reservation. But everything else— service, quality of food, variety of food, ambiance, organization were all disappointing. Service charge was pre added for a self-service buffet, where we had to hunt down servers for water and coffee multiple times. There was very little choice in food, and long lines. Very little effort and planning for a $85/person thanksgiving brunch buffet. I do not recommend this place.

    The food was good but some of the lines were a little long. Also, our table had one of us facing the wall. It would have been more enjoyable if we both could have watched people coming and going while we ate & talked.

    Not enough salad choices, no fruit, no piano music. Food not high quality. Cost too high for what we got. Additionally valet was supposed to be complimentary yet we were charged for it. Never again and can’t recommend it.

    Possibly the worst steak I’ve ever paid for. Low quality beef, clearly frozen and recently thawed. Also, lacked flavor and wasn’t cooked properly. Additionally, they didn’t have a kids menu. Waste of $180.

    Very quiet, almost tomb-like, at this time of day, which was very strange for it being Father's Day. The hotel may have not had many reservations. Very good service and food, but we were the only table in the front dining room, which was a bit strange. Quiet, nice... but strange.

    Service was very slow. Had to wait for drinks. Server was nice but seemed like she had way too many tables. Seemed like everyone was looking around when they needed drinks or something else. One entree was very undercooked and we had to send it back. Wasn’t offered dessert but by then dinner had taken too long so we just decided to leave and find dessert somewhere else. It was just disappointing for a $250 meal for 4 people.

    This is really just a hotel bar with fine dining prices. The pictures on the website look nice but they hide the TV behind the hostess station. The menu is simple, nothing that would lead you to believe the Chef was more than 20 years old and the flavor of the food reminded me of fast food restaurants. The ribeye steak tasted like a Burger King hamburger and the potatoes were really hash browns with peppers and onion like you would get at the Waffle House. I will say that the steak was cooked to perfect temperature but again it lacked flavor. They had placemats which my wife said were from Target and the server left my sparkling wine glass sitting empty for nearly 10 minutes before I flagged him down.

    The restaurant is very nice and clean, but it just lacks any sort of ambiance. It is a very sterile sort of environment. The service was impeccable and I cannot compliment the staff too highly on how quickly they served us. The food was okay. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. I did not care for the Chorizo gravy and ended up mostly just eating the biscuits. I did order the apple smoked bacon and I can tell you that it is to die for. My sister ordered the continental breakfast which had a little bit of fruit, a couple of muffins, and some other small pastry. For the prices we paid, I think hers was about 15 and mine was about 10 to 15, it was okay. I would not want to eat dinner there and pay the dinner prices.
