Seriously an amazing little find! Total gem, and will go again and again and again! Great place for a date!
220 is our go to for any special occasion or when guests are in town!
Excellent experience ... food, drink, atmosphere ... All!
Liz was awesome, the food was awesome! My girlfriends and I have been here multiple times and it’s consistently great!
220 really never disappoints. The food is good and the dishes are familiar but often have a unique twist. Service is friendly and prompt. The drinks are well crafted and they have good beer and wine choices. And live music is often present in evenings.
great local spot. good food at a good price point
Delicious food, great service, great restaurant.
St visit ever. Staff very friendly and attentive. Very nice atmosphere. Food was great with ice presentation.
We came across 220 Cafe by accident and it was a great find! I’m a huge fan of risotto and it was delicious! The spinach artichoke dip was really good. They were able to alter dishes to our liking which was great. Definitely recommend the pumpkin creme brûlée. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. It was a perfect date night. We definitely plan to go back.
Food and service were excellent. Never disappointed at 220 Cafe
Delicious seafood! And the spinach artichoke appetizer was absolutely amazing!
Great food and service will be going back! Would recommend!
The food was great as always. The ambiance is nice...like a quaint cafe. The service was good for Statesvillle but that isn’t saying much as Statesvillle has poor service everywhere with maybe the exception of Outback which is probably because that place trains their staff continually.
Always a clean and great place to visit.............................................
In the time of Covid we chose to eat outside tables on the sidewalk. Not fancy but safer for us. We both had the grilled pork chops, one with asparagus and one with salad. They were wonderful. Flavorful and juicy. Our waitress was efficient and attentive.
Had a lovely dinner on our first visit to the Cafe. Read the reviews and it lived up to the expectations. I had the seafood pasta which had multiple kinds of seafood in a tangy marinara sauce. My husband had the salmon with cauliflower mash which he stated was the best he had ever tasted. For both of us the Brussels sprouts were very tasty ample appetizer. Only critique I have is that we were not offered dessert or coffee but handed our bill. Yes I could have asked but in truth we were both satisfied with our meal without the need for dessert. Will definitely return and perhaps leave room for dessert.
So thankful for this little gem in our town. The perfect spot for outdoor dining with attention to detail in service, menu variety and changing specials. That huge pork chop with chutney paired with parmesan risotto! And that amberjack special! Yum.
An unexpected gem
One of my favorite places to eat. The wonderful thing of a locally owned small town business is everyone can call you by name!!!!!
The 220 Cafe is one of my favorite places to eat. I have a friend that lives in NYC and she compares it to cafes there. I love the arty and bohemian vibe and check out the remodel.
Great food with even better wait staff ! Definitely will return !!
Still delicious!!!
The staff are always very kind. The owner visits the tables often to ensure a great experience. Give 220 a try! A definite local favorite.
This was my first time in here and I will be back! The sweet potato fries were great!
We had a wonderful evening celebrating our anniversary. They saved a table for us right at the front window, and we really appreciated that thoughtful consideration!
Great atmosphere, live music! Would highly recommend
Great food and atmosphere!
Service was a bit slow but the food was excellent.
Great place for live music BUT way to loud!!! It’s unfortunate that at our Valentines dinner we had to practically yell at one another to have a conversation. Talented young lady but way WAY to load for the venue.
The service and food were excellent. The noise level was a little off-putting. Everyone was friendly and the decor was interesting in a nice way.
We stopped at the Statesville exit on our way home to Cleveland from Florida. On a friends recommendation we were told to check out the 220 Cafe'. We loved it!
We plan on making that our 'go-to' stop whenever we're traveling!
Our server was excellent...she suggested the pork chop...my husband, (who travels all over the country for work), said it was the BEST he'd ever had!
Thank you for making a 'Crazy Long' drive a great experience!

Great food!
Charming casual dining. Steak was a little tough, pork chop a little dry but otherwise a good experience. Would definitely go again.
We went for restaurant week & it was just okay.
We were expecting for a $100+ meal that it’d be better than just okay.
It wasn’t a “WOW” restaurant it was a just simply mediocre.
We had delicious food -- ka-pow shrimp and crab cakes were the highlights! Prices were reasonable. Atmosphere was very cool. Service was excellent. We were there on a live music evening, which made it a bit louder than we would have preferred. The music was good, just made conversation challenging in such a small space. Cool, funky place for a night out.
Our first visit with friends during Queen’s Feast Week January 2020 was wonderful! Everyone’s meal was very good! The plating presentation for all courses was beautiful! Will definitely go back.
We had a fantastic time here on a recent Saturday night. The service was great. Each person in our group enjoyed the food they ordered from the Queen's Feast menu. Parents, teens and one grandparent. The ambiance was festive and funky. The live music was a nice touch. A fantastic night. Can't wait to go back.
They actually reduced the price on queen’s feast because we did not order any beverages
Food was good, had local fish which was prepared nicely. Affordable- nice ambiance. Would recommend.
We enjoyed the music. Our waitress was very attentive. Food was cooked perfectly.
Great meal. Tuna appetizer was nice. Pork chop special was tasty and well presented.
