Dinner: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 4:30pm - 9:00pm; Friday, Saturday: 4:30pm - 10:00pm; Sunday: 2:00pm - 8:30pm.
Service and atmosphere were fine. This is a great go to neighborhood Italian restaurant. Great South Philly style (it gravy not sauce). Aroncini rice balls are perfect. Stay away from heavy cream sauces. Usually I have traditional dishes which are wonderful at this BYOB. Tried a fig and pancetta cream sauce this time: WAY TOO RICH and gooey
Food was great and service was excellent. The gravy is home made and is the signature of the food
The food was delicious. There were so many great options to choose from. Joe was very knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel right at home. Definitely will be coming back.
Not a fan of this place, I feel the service was less then expected. Food over priced. This is my opinion.
I had the Sunday sauce with homemade pasta. It was fantastic. My friend had a veal dish that was good. He had a side of pasta with the pistachio sauce that he raved about.
Excellent and creative pasta dishes. We have been to Thats Amore multiple time and stands out as our favorite BYOB in Collingswood/Haddon Township/Haddonfield area.
Food was great I had the lobster ravioli and my wife had the scallops, waitress was great recommended the scallops for my wife and she was very satisfied

I thought their upcharge for their homemade pastas in place of getting just penne was too high. They charge $4 to change your pasta from penne to linguini. Seemed high. Even though menu lists upcharge we missed it and waitress never said anything about the upcharge. Place was very noisy.
Whenever Alfredo is in town we have the best meal here. This was the case this last time.
Food was excellent! Food made to order but still took too long to get main course . Server was apologetic for delay, but was very pleasant in all other matters and met our needs
My food was very good however my friends veal was very chewy on the tough side. He has veal whenever we dine out & his veal was definitely not one of the best he has had
Food was very good, as usual. However, the noise level was most annoying . I am not talking about the patrons, but the banging of dishes and other serving pieces. Don't think I will return for a while.
We recently had dinner at That's Amore. The food was terrific, lots of intriguing choices, with plenty of home made goodness. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, the service was friendly, informing and attentive, while still allowing us ample time to savor the food and good company. They really made us feel welcome and very comfortable. We'll certainly return.
Could be the best Italian meal I've had in a few years. Their gravy is the best I've had since my grandmother passed. We really enjoyed our meal.
Went here for the first time for our anniversary. Went during the week later in the evening and was pleasantly surprised that it was not super busy. As a result, the staff was able to orient us to the menu and choices. Service was amazing and the food was outstanding. We will definately be returning in the near future!

The decor and atmosphere hurts the rating. The food was outstanding, and we said we'd definitely order take out if that's an option for the future, it was so tasty - but the dated decor and the harsh lighting detracted from the food.
It's just too bright, too dusty, too many old decorations, etc. And it's not outdated "classic" it's outdated 90's...just a bad look. But again...food - spectacular.

Gravy was excellent-just like homemade. The "Small"Calamari Caesar Salad was large enough for 4 to share, and with the crusty bread, made a filling appetizer. Chicken Luca and Grandma's Parmigiana are highly recommended. We went on Sunday of Labor Day weekend, so it was quiet, Haddon Ave was dead and only a few other diners were in this restaurant.Labor Day
If you like home cooked Italian food you will LOVE this place. My wife and I enjoyed our experience thoroughly. Our dinner started with their signature gravy and fresh warm bread to dip and their Arancini di Riso. I had Chicken Neptune which was unbelievable while my wife had the less adventurous but equally delicious chicken parmigiana. We both had more than enough and had to bring some home. We loved the ambiance and the service was impeccable. Our server, Christine went out of her way to make sure our dining experience was incredible. Definitely recommend this place. We will definitely be going back!

Have eaten at the restaurant many times and have not been disappointed in the food or service. At times it can be a bit noisy because the tables are close together. Would definitely recommend to friends.
My husband and I dined at That's Amore recently. I had been there a couple of times with friends and the food never disappoints. It was my husband's first time there and he thoroughly enjoyed his meal. The food was excellent as was the service.
First time at this restaurant and it was very good. The restaurant is small but the food was delicious and the service was very good. We enjoyed our time here. The homemade pastas are very good and they had a really good whole wheat pasta option as well.

Dining room is small which is fine however a large party of 10+ was seated in the center. Some kind of celebration. They weren't out of line or anything but The noise was overwhelming and conversation at our table for two was impossible.

Had a very nice dinner. Menu offers many options especially with pasta dishes. Prices a little high, but not totally unreasonable. Noise level is very high and is fairly cramped inside, but overall I enjoyed the food and would go back again.

This was our fourth time dining here and we continue to be pleased with the whole experience. The food was outstanding. I wanted Sunday Gravy, again, but went for pasta with fig and pancetta instead. Loved it! My wife's veal was excellent and a huge portion. The service and ambiance were great.

How do you run a restaurant in this day and age using peanut oil to make 90% of the items on the menu? What about the customers with allergies? And it's not written on the website or the menu. The waiter did mention I could order a gluten-free entree! Exactly how would that help my nut allergy???
