   Great brunch overall. Very expensive but if you come with a big appetite you're good. Definitely need more dessert options, and servers who are attentive during the entirety of your visit. Might go back, but it's very expensive. But food is good!

   We loved the atmosphere the moment we walked in for breakfast this morning and immediately decided to return for dinner tonight as well. The servers were excellent as were the meals. There was a wide variety of delicious dishes; something for everyone in our party of six. We can’t wait to return so we can try something different.

   Unfortunately our experience was incredibly poor. We searched for a restuarant that could allow us to eat early and still make our 6pm event. Sadly, we arrived to sit down, waited for service, and discovered the beer ordered at the restuarant was out so we ended up drinking water. The water was not pleasant and/or refreshing either. Tasted over clorinated or something was off. Then as we proceeded to order, the waitress told us the restuarant was still only serving bar food and yet a couple things on that menu was not avaiable to order. We all ordered the burger and weren't overly thrilled with it. Then to top it off, although the waitress knew we were needing to leave in time to make our event, she was mostly ineffective or unavailable. We arrived at 3:45p for our reservation and it took over an hour to get our food. with a mostly empty restuarant. We later had to run down the hostess to find our waitress so we could pay our bill and leave quickly. We barely made our event after waiting 10 minutes at valet. It was not just unfortuante, but all around horrible. Shocking that this restuarant was located in the well renouned Omni Hotel. Which by the way was overflowing with Volleyball students who were running all over the place and nearly knocked me over. Super disappointing. My daughter was a VB player and they are super exciting and great athletes, but being left to run all over the place and no management looking out for others that were visiting made for a overall terrible experience!

   Loved the breakfast at Texas Spice this morning. The omelette was delicious and it was a treat to be able to eat the gluten free toast.

   Valentines night service was slow. Bar was backed up with only roughly 20-25 tables set (just one bartender). We chose to eat off of regular menu, Salmon and a perfectly cooked Medium Rare NY Strip, unfortunately both were over salted. The server was very professional. However, spread across too many tables and was unable to keep our water glasses full.

    The staff was nice and well trained but the food was very substandard. I've had skirt steaks more tender than the wagyu ribeye that was served. The salad and dessert were excellent and well presented. The little prickly pear soda was an interesting take also but the entree was no good for me or my guest. My guest commented the chicken seemed like ground chicken or something that was microwaved. Maybe their standard menu is better because the valentines menu was awful.
