It was good until we saw an employee use the rest room and not wash his hands. After that we stopped eating and pretty much lost our appetite essentially wasting our money.

First off, this place/location fell pretty far in quality from back when it opened and it's first few years. Both the crowd and the staff most definitely don't say 'fine dining'. Second, while they'll prepare the skewers anyway you'd request, the clientele seems to gravitate toward 'well-done' meats and you'll find all the 'gauchos' rocking tough, dry & tasteless offerings until you ask them to bring something better. The buffet area is simply tired and much of it curiously covered in dried parsley flakes by a back staff who wouldn't seem to know better. The reservation system is flawed to the point where you're getting five or six text messages over the course of two or three days asking you to confirm your reservation again & again. Then when you think it's over, you'll get a live call a few hours before your actual reservation from some undersocialized sounding character at the location tasked with calling customers to, once again, confirm the reservation. The call from the particular individual I spoke to actually comes off as if you're getting a call from the Registrar at Rikers Island and a culminates in them sternly reminding you that you have a 15 minute time frame on your reservation, if you are late you lose the reservation and no one will be seated if the entire party is not there. It just does not speak well of the clientele they're used to. So before you even get there, the Texas De Brazil organization already sucked all the fun out of dining here and you just really don't feel like having your meeting or dinner at this location. That's different than the handful of times I've been here before. It doesn't feel like this when you're dealing with Fogo de Chao. We've been here enough through the years to know that I don't think I need to come back anymore. I'll happily go to White Plains, again, to Fogo de Chao. They still get it and they understand the basics of what it is to be in a *hospitality* business.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. My family and I enjoyed every bit of it from the food to the ambiance. So glad my brother picked this placed to celebrate his 29th birthday.

La persona de la reservar siempre estuvo hurrying up supongo porque era domingo y la reservación era para alas 8:45 ( llegue a tiempo y todo pero no tengo que ver que maybe te quería ir tenprano de tu turno de trabajo en verdad no quería ni entrar porque fui a parking my cars y no dejaban sentar a mi madre y mis familia hasta que llegáramos todos juntos como llego si los parqueo están súper lejos para mis los empleado del frente no tienen nada de paciencia ni saben cómo tratar a un cliente , pero de los contrario el meseros fue siempre amables los chicos que reparten la carne súper 10/10 la comida 10/10

Overall a visit is well worth it. The noise level on a Saturday night when the place is full and seating is pretty dense was loud, although not painfully so. The salad bar is still excellent and widely varied, and the service is quite good, although not great. They do not pick up plates from the tables often enough which can be a challenge given small tables and the need to change plates between courses. The meats tend towards medium to somewhat less well done, which can bother some, although they also have well done options, albeit tough as leather at times. Overall, it is still 4 stars out of 5, these are not major issues, just items worth commenting on.
