Our server, Tina, was great! She was very busy with multiple other tables, but still made our experience very welcoming and personable. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection.
Food either burnt or really really rare. Service was really slowly.
Great food and wonderful staff. We were seated promptly and able to enjoy our dinner.
My wife and I decided to have a date night and it was phenomenal great food and we’re going again for my birthday in August!
Our waitress was hard to hear. She was very soft spoken. We often had to repeat our selves over the noise of the room. But the food was as always absolutely amazing
This has always been our place to go for special occasions. We hadn’t been there in a long time due to the pandemic so we were looking forward to it. It was very disappointing. The food was good when you could get it! Servers standing around talking to each other, but none bringing food to the tables. Items empty on the salad bar and nothing being restocked. We had to flag our waiter down to request food and our check. Nothing at all like it used to be. No longer worth the money.
JD was our server and he was very attentive! He was friendly and catering.
Great food very accommodating to allergies including gluten
Very good food! Bring your appetite!! Very highly recommended!
The meats weren’t coming out as quick as they normally do. Not sure if it was a staff issue or didn’t get them placed for cooking. Towards the end it picked up, so thinking there was a cooking delay. Other than that, it was great! You can get your own Salad Bar now, just need to put sanitizer & gloves on prior to entering. Had a Club Discount & also got a free dessert since we went for birthdays!
Amazing food, so tasteful. Staff are very polite. Great place
Meat was mostly charred and overdone.
Chicken, pork and bacon wrapped fillet was overcooked.
Flank steak and regular filet were good.
Service was great, meat was iffy given what was offered. Not worth the cost.
This was our first meal out to sit down in a restaurant. Despite some changes due to COVID, it was still excellent, and remains one of our favorite restaurants. The wait staff is attentive and the manager and hostess were very friendly when greeting us.
Of note, I am a vegetarian in a family of meat eaters and I enjoy the restaurant. The cold buffet is extensive, and there are a couple of hot items that are good. The little popovers, carmelized bananas, and mashed potatoes that they bring to the table are an added bonus.
Our waiter was exceptional. Professional yet personable, kept up with the kids waters, my wine, and our rolls.
The gauchos were friendly, prompt, and kept the selections coming.
It was very good. Good service, good food. We will be back
Had to wait for 10 minutes past our reservation to be seated in the restaurant that had exactly 4 other tables with customers. Hostesses were rude. Waitress asked if I was the one who put in an application a few weeks prior- a firm no on that one. Managers were openly “correcting” staff. Waited for a soda refill that came AFTER the check. Not impressed and expected more.
A small group of us from work go every other Wednesday. Food is always excellent. Staff is a bit slow getting drinks to the table and cashing out at the end. Did not ask if we wanted dessert on last visit and we ALWAYS get desert. Other than that food as always is tremendous!
Delicious food, great service.first time going and was not disappointed.will be coming again when i visit again.
Service was slow. Seemed understaffed. Never got any lamb. Still liked the restaurant as a whole though.
Everything was absolutely incredible
Our waitress was awesome! I wish I knew her name but she was there with water whenever we needed it. Always asked if we needed anything else. She did a great job. Reminded me of what it used to be like before the pandemic.
A little more direction for first timers would have made it more enjoyable. Bacon wrapped chicken was amazing
I look forward to the times I go to Texas de Brazil. However this time it looks like the cuts of meat were at a lower standard then previously. A lot of fat on the steak cuts and just a little to much salt used in the cooking. Waitress and servers were fantastic. If they want to charge that premuim price then definitely should have premium meat cuts.
We eat here a few times a year as a treat since it is $50 per head. Last night was awful. We were there almost 3 hours and had to ask multiple times for certain meats like the steak and lamb. Kept seeing chicken and sausage. The salad bar was empty and lettuce was brown. Dressings had a coating on the top and were chunky. How could someone put a display on like this? Gratin potatoes, soup empty and the messes left on the bars was inappropriate and left me feeling grossed out. Very disappointed.
The waiters did a great job with the meat....always courteous and attentive. I would concentrate on a few things:
1) More of a variety of HOT vegetables (side dishes)
2) Increase the coordination of your delivery of 'mash potatoes' when the meat is served in accordance of customers completing their salad (and when the customer is ready for the meat being served). For Example....giving the fact that you really do not have a variety of side vegetables, there's no point of having your 'mashed potatoes' sit there and getting cold while you are eating your salad. (OR keep the mashed potatoes under the hot area for customers to help themselves when they are ready).
.....Sautéed mushrooms would also be nice upon request..
Lastly.....we will certainly be back....and all in all..a great experience.... Why not provide the customer a more comfortable chair? It's like a hard 'school desk'. and maybe slightly larger table for space!
.... nice job! :)

Good was delicious and the servers were very attentive. It was a nice, relaxing dinner.
The waiter was rude and messed up our orders multiple times
Depressing mall location and so so service. Way overpriced for people with small appetites. Servers with meat were pleasant. Would not go back.
In the time of COVID, pleasantly pleased with the detail taken to keep patrons/food safe and clean from contamination!
Was a nice place to go for my sons AF Commissioning. Of course lots of meat! Everything tasted excellent and the service was good.
Vary Vary slow passing the meats around.
Food tasted great, but the service was incredibly slow. Very understaffed. Was not as impressed as I have been in the past. Time in between people bringing food around was way way longer than previous experiences (even during the pandemic). Salad bar was constantly low/ out of items. Manager was seen serving. Just not satisfied with paying as much as we did for as little as was received. We will be trying again, but three strikes and you're out...
We love eating here! The restaurant is spacious, so you feel comfortable being with your family and the waiters are always friendly. I love the buffet because it has a great selection of cheeses and salads. The meat was served quickly and it was very tasty.
Filet minion was like chewing on rubber. There was even grizzle. Ribs were all fat and no meat. The other steaks were far below my expectations and mine are normally low. Give me a tender piece of seasoned meat and I am happy. The flank steak was decent. Chicken and pork were OK.
New to the place, the salad bar was a little overwhelming and with no labels on what was what we didn't try much.
Our server was very attentive to the point of too much at times, but a pleasant experience.
It was ok and at that price point i expected more then ok.
I highly enjoyed my experience. The service was excellent, everyone was very professional & polite. My server was constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything which is always a good thing. The food was delicious!
It was our first time dinning here and we will be back! Everything was amazing. JD was our server he was quick with drinks and refills he also was funny and made us laugh a lot.
