Let’s just say that we had a good time celebrating Thanksgiving for a second season in a row at Texas de Brazil. Our server was good, but not very attentive. Our plates were left on the table as we went for another plateful the food was good turkey was absolutely wonderful and I love the salad bar, I think the meat carvers should pay more attention to when your little tab is red and you do not want meat and when it’s green you do they pay no attention to what’s on the table as a matter fact we were having people asking us if we wanted meat when we were on dessert. Thanks again we had a great time.

Drink prices are high for the Syracuse area - if you come for happy hour, be sure the bartended knows this, to avoid unhappy surprises. (Could help if they had a happy hour menu?) Staff aimed to please. Salad bar is outstanding. Meat lovers will be pleased with offerings. Desserts are large enough to share. Clean bathrooms and easy to make reservations online. 4 people, with 7 drinks, three full dinners/one salad bar only, no dessert, came to $337 with tax and tip.

We were seated at the back of the restaurant and the servers many times would somehow skip the table. If you're going to go this type of restaurant in the future ask for a table near the kitchen.

Had a nice meal employees & service were good. Only thing I might change is slow down the food, sometimes there were 3 coming to the table at once. Hard to make room on the plates at times but everyone was great. Our server was very friendly as well as the manager. Good experience.

This restaurant is one our favorites, with very good service and food but on previous times we’ve eaten here, grilled lamb chops were part of the meat rotation that is served. This is no longer the case but can be ordered a la carte with an up charge. Very disappointing since it was one of my favorites, especially when the current cost is $50+/person…

First time trying Texas de Brazil. My toddler didn’t eat, my daughter and I did but only had time to try 3 meats as my toddler was starting to get sick. I told the waitress I needed the check and ended dinner early. Instead of taking my card and getting us out of the restaurant she worked on setting the table behind us. I wish she would have seen my urgency and checked us out faster seeing how as soon as we left my toddler was sick all over outside. I also wish she recognized we did not get to enjoy a full meal and would have offered us something to come back again.

It was our first time, the salad bar was very good. There was a lack of low carb in the Hot area. More hot vegetables, ex: Cauliflower, Beans, Carrots etc. I was looking for more Rare Beef, some of the beef and chicken selections were dry and over cooked. Our server Anna was terrific, she helped me get more rare beef, I really appreciated her efforts. Also, no matter how busy, the meat needs to come around more often, I waited too long. By the time the meat arrived, my food was digesting. It was my birthday dinner with my husband, thank you for the free dessert.

Personally, it felt like a cafeteria with an extra flair of an attempt of ambience. The tables are too close together. Everything echoes. The servers were hard to hear because of the noise. All steak cuts were medium-to well done. I know thats a preference thing but it was very chewy and not worth $50. The salad and side buffet was the best part. If your vegetarian, youll have options here! The floor manager comes to every table to try and socialize which is nice. It was awkward when he didnt know the menu. But overall it was a nice experience.

We had a great time. We are pretty used to T de B, visiting once a twice a year since they opened. There were no slowdowns in the meat offerings and if we were wanting a particular cut, our server made sure that it got to our table.

We had a great time. We were visiting our son for family weekend at Syracuse. It was a new experience for our kids and they really enjoyed it. Our waitress was great. We left stuffed. The meat was great and it was different than anything we had been to before as a family.

Food was good but we did have one person with us who does not eat red meat. The person we were celebrating loves steak which is why we selected this restaurant. We asked if salad bar only was an option and were told no. Other Brazilian steak restaurants we have been to allow this. The food was good and the service was great despite being really busy.

This was probably our 50+ dining experience at TDB. We feel as if we are experts :) First, the staff was well trainbed and caring.They were excellent. Really terrific and made us feel welcome. Sadly, when eating at a Brazilian themed restaurant, food is front and center. We experienced overcooked lamb and undercooked beef. Even with multiple attempts, the kitchen was off the mark. We like TDB, but it is expensive and we should get high quality that aligns with the price to dine. We will return but going to take a few months off

I thought this would be the perfect place for a meat eater and a vegan. Especially since they boasted rice and beans. But the rice has butter and the beans have beef! They very kindly discounted my meal when salad was my only option. Warm Bananas with cinnamon and sugar were excellent. My husband enjoyed his dinner immensely!! His only complaint was the pork was dry. But with so many meat options … it wasn’t a problem. Great staff.. great service.

Food was great and the people serving the food were awesome. The waitress on the other hand was not very good. They cleared our plates and we waited 45 mins for a check. Took forever to get refills. She had tunnel vision and ignored us most of the time we were there. I could understand if they were busy and this happen, however, they were not.

For the amount of food you receive, the price is reasonable. That and the steaks have a tremendous amount of flavor. Especially the house special and the flank of all things. The filet is a little bland by comparison, but that's to be expected for a low fat cut. Overall, it's a good experience. I could have done without the $8 a bottle Saratoga Springs water, lol.
