everything was delicious , moist and not too overseasoned...the salad bar was delightful....it cant be helped but we wished the meat was a bit hotter....I left extremely satisfied...do not visit if you are on a tight budget...Well worth it though.

If it is your first time going to Texas De Brazil, do not expect it to be your regular sit down restaurant! It is more like a buffet style restaurant with people walking around with sticks of meat asking if you would like any. It would not be my go too Steak House. This is just my opinion.

The food quality wasn't quite what I was hoping for the price of it. It was a little noisy when we were there but they had 2 large groups so that was why. Staff was outstanding, they were all very friendly, and knowledgeable. So professional.

An excellent meal with very attentive servers, but not for vegetarians! They do meat really well, and that is why you go to a Brazilian steakhouse. I was impressed with the variety of meats they brought out, and remember that you can ask the servers for meat cooked more or less than what they bring to the table. The other foods available are excellent as well - do try the plantains - and their wine selection is very good, too. I enjoyed my meal there and look forward to my next visit.

Had not been to this restaurant in quite awhile. Went to celebrate a birthday. The staff were amazing and tried their best. We had a late reservation so am not sure if that was the issue but we were seated. Told most meat would be medium rare which would have been OK even though we prefer our meat Rare. Everything that came out for the first half hour or so was medium to well done. We would ask and often carver had no idea of what temp the meat was cooked. Server overheard me mention to my husband I was starving and hoped they would bring something out that I would eat. She sprang into action and went to the back to ask they fix Rare meat for us. With it being late we had a few choices but took awhile to get what we were looking for. Have to commend our server and manager who tried and worked to make it right but to spend 200 dollars for a meal with most of the meat overcooked it was not something that really excited us but do appreciate the service received. Would be helpful if carver’s understood the temperature of the meat they were serving ahead of time felt like we wasted food that was served that was grossly overcooked for us

waiters were very attentive to the food temperature you preferred. had an awesome time. this was not our first visit to a Brazilian restaurant. if think your going to get large meat portions, you don't, that way can try all the varieties and have room to go back to your favorites. will definitely go back.

It was only about half full. The server took 20 min to come greet us and take drink orders. The meat took another 20 min to even start coming around. Only three selections came by. When I asked for other options only one more came out. Then the server just completely disappeared. Finally a manager came over and set us up with a new server.

The meats were over cooked and over seasoned. The sausage was very salty but okay- the flank steak was the only thing cooked and seasoned well. The lamb looked okay but we never got any. There was a table of 12 in front of us that basically monopolized the food service & the staff. We waited 20-30 mins for our bill and another 15 to get it back. Our poor server was the only one running a ton of tables alone. Every other server seemed to have time to hang w the table of 12, while she was sprinting to an entire side of the restaurant. The best things here was the grano padano, potato salad, & the flank. Huge waste of money and time. This was our first and last time. I hope our server got the tips she deserved! In spite of the experience we made sure she got more than 22%. It wasn’t her fault.

Our Server, Anna was fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. Overall rest of service and experience was very good. We had one issue, we ordered the lollipop lambchops (ala-carte item) and ordered them medium rare. The Server who brought them said "sorry I think they're more done than you ordered, we kind of forgot about them". They were definitely way overdone. We pointed it out to Anna and she had them prepare a new order. Overall was avery good Birthday celebration!

There were 8 of us. Service was excellent. She made sure drinks, bananas, bread & sides were refilled as needed or asked. The salad bar had a little bit of everything & could be a dinner of its own. The meats came around often & a nice variety! Our favorites were the filet & beef ribs! I think it’s worth it & would go back!

First time back in 5 years and unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait. Seasoning profiles are very different, find receiving French fries very odd for such a costly meal, and lamb chops are now a la carte and not nearly as good as before. Disappointed birthday celebration.

So loud. They need stuff to absorb noise. The ambience was not what you are used to for a Brazilian restaurant. The service was very slow and I didn’t think there was enough of a variety of meats. Servers just came around with the same thing every time. Our waiter was nice but we waited a long time in between needing things. Meats were served medium rare. Any one I’ve been to before serve them medium so it wasn’t very pleasant. The food bar was ok, had lettuce and dressing but no toppings that you would put on a salad so that was odd.

I was disappointed with Texas de Brazil Syracuse. The meat was overcooked, dry, tough, and tasteless. The side dishes were a mixed bag - beans overcooked, mashed potatoes gluey, but the French fries were terrific, and the scalloped potatoes were tasty though not terribly warm. There was a very nice selection of salads, and the desserts were excellent. Service was excellent. There was a constant resupply of meat to our table, and water & coffee quickly refilled. The restaurant was quiet. I have been to this restaurant many times in the past and had always marked it as one of my favorite places. On previous visits, the meat was fresh, tender, and VERY tasty. I'm not sure what happened this time around, but I won't be returning any time soon.

Amazing “salad” bar — this ain’t the Sizzler y’all. Prosciutto, shrimp, goat cheese, smoked salmon, asparagus, oh yeah and some lettuce. But don’t fill up because the meat is still the star. Pretty loud for conversation, but not terrible. Attentive service and delicious specialty cocktails. Will definitely come back, but watch out — no menu means no price tag until the end, and we got out for $85/person.

There are churrascurrias and there‘s this place. If you‘re looking for something upscale, I‘d go somewhere else. Our waitress was horrid, rarely coming to our table and when she did we couldn‘t hear her. We’d ask a question and she’d bring her manager. The meats were cooked perfectly and the salad bar had good items. This isn‘t really kid friendly food so heed that. Finally fed up with it all, asked for the check and she took even longer bringing that by. It was NOT a good experience.
