La comida ha mejorado en calidad y presentación, pero el”salad bar”está muy limitado, no hay variedad. El personal ha mejorado significativamente tanto en conocimiento, como en el servicio. Ahora me animo a considerarlo como una opción.

Fue la primera vez que visité el lugar. Éramos 9 personas, 3 de ellos primera vez, para mí fue sorprendente y novedoso. Mis acompañantes indicaron que estaban lentos en traer las carnes y si no pedíamos los cortes “prime” no llegaban a la mesa, por ej chuletas de cordero, filete mingnon etc Se pidió una botella de Champán Rosada y trajeron la regular, la abrieron y nos sirvieron y luego trajeron la rosada y se les pagó también… No tenían ketchup en todo el restaurante para las papas fritas y no habían copas de flauta adicionales para servirnos la otra botella de champán, se ofrecieron a lavarnos las copas q usamos para reutilizarlas, se las llevaron y luego trajeron copas limpias… Yo volveré, porque si me gustó experiencia a pesar de los inconvenientes según mis acompañantes, pues la próxima visita debe ser mejor y eso hay q comprobarlo.

El mesero no estaba para nada pendiente. No trajo platos extra tuvimos que comer todo en el mismo plato. Y el ofrecimiento de carnes estuvo pobre en sentido que calí no pasaron por nuestra mesa. La comida riquísima. La sangría brasileña nada fuera de lo normal. Uno de los meseros al servir la carne nos ensucio la mesa y nunca la limpiaron. El personal de la entrada estaba más interesado en ver videos en el celular que estar atentos a quien entraba. Nunca nos sirvieron los amarillos ni papas fritas y al final nos indicaron que era que no quedaban.
