    I'm a customer of that specific location since 2013, the food quality and taste were excellent, but the service was horrible after one hour of seating I was still waiting for specifics cuts, we need to inform the server more the one-time we were waiting for a long time for the gauchos to stop our table, was a family dinner that night and had to wait that long to receive the dinner experience with a minor was challenge.

    Server was not attentive and also was told it was a birthday and no acknowledgement of that. Also had gift cards and a birthday coupon which she did not apply to our meal. Completely upsetting and was would n be it go back to that location again. Ruined the whole experience.

    Great meats... Kinda wished that there were more options at the salad bar... But in terms of the meats, they were excellent. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of the extreme noise

    Fui con mi familia a celebrar mi cumpleaños, éramos seis y un nieto de 2 años, el servicio de primera, valet parking ( con boleto sellado = $8.00) la comida excelente. Todo fue tan bueno que olvidé redimir un boleto que me enviaron para un descuento de $20.00 . Valió la pena y el ares de primera.

    The drinks were made with the cheapest alcohol found and premium prices. Salad bar had a quarter of what was stated on the website. The meats came out slowly and the same 5 cuts of meat were only available. For the price I paid it is sad what has become of this place. Last time

    Horrible experience. For the amount of money that we paid the expectation was high but unfortunately no even the service was good. Poor options on the buffet and I got 3 pieces of meat in an hour wait. Ridiculous. I was celebrating my birthday but I’m now regretting it.
