BRAZILIAN FOOD CHURRASCO STYLE IS THE BEST!!
This people do it RIGHT!
Went for lunch. Great deal even though they do not serve filet during lunch. This place is a must visit in Richmond.
For a first time experience I would have to say that this establishment was 100% on point. I have never had such an excellent experience such as the one that I had at Texas de Brazil in Short Pump, VA. They treat you like you are family even if you’re a first time customer. The food was incredible. The dessert was immaculate. Even the air smelled sweet. My water glass was never empty and my waiter was an absolute gentleman who anticipated our needs even before we knew we needed anything. If 10 stars were possible that’s the rate I would give. AMAZING!!!
Food is good, carvers are all great, servers are hit or miss.
Food was great but took a very long time to get a check
Excellent service and the beef was very tender........recommend this location....
This was our date night we told them when we checked in when they wet to seat us there were children beside us said do you have any table kinda of away from kids. We have 4 and have never asked that before but wanted a nice quiet evening after being seated a couple came in with a little one the manager came and asked if we wanted to move we said no we would be fine but thought it was awesome that she asked to make sure we were comfortable. If I could rate a 10 star we would
The food was JUST okay. Only two of the meats I tried were juicy, the rest were extremely dry. The server was overbearing and constantly in our face. For the $45 dinner price, I would NOT recommend this establishment.
Fantastic as always! We are regulars & its worth every dime!
Management was great and the server was outstanding the only gripe Is the lamb it was extremely game tasting and I lost my appetite. Some of the food I had prior to was seasoned too much maybe because they were busy so I may try it again during the week when they are slower
I love Texas De Brazil! The manager, Bret, is absolutely amazing! He visited our table and made us feel very welcome. He made sure my lamb chop were spot on each and every time.
First time going and had an amazing experience with outstanding service. Excellent choices of meats with delicious flavor.
Came on a Saturday night with my family planning on using the VIP card. Unfortunately I didn't read the fine print. Fortunately the manager was kind enough to approve the use of the card to the receive the discount. Great food and great staff. My family loves this place and will keep coming back, and not just for the Picanha.
It was fun and the food was ok. The Salad Bar area was outstanding and there where a few standouts with the meats but many where fairly dull. Service was attentive.
Service was excellent - from our personal waitress, and all of the meat servers. The team that manages the floor provided full coverage and checked on us throughout dinner to make sure we were getting everything we wanted at our table. The food was very good.
Very nice, It was my Daughters birthday, she enjoyed the food very much, they gave her a complimentary dessert with a candle.
Good food..celebrating my dads birthday had reservation didn’t offer free dessert for birthday celebration. I’ve never been for a birthday celebration that they didn’t give the desserts as complimentary.
Omar was the best ever waiter, if I had a restaurant I would paid double to work for me.
Amazing food. Our waitress was awesome and provided exceptional customer service.
thanks for the wonderful experience. the food is always good all though the lobster bisque soup was room temp. and it was not good
Great place to dine!! Waiter was on point. Food was great and environment was lovely. I'll be back real soon.
This was my first visit to this particular location. The service was just not great. Servers were anxious and some what irritated. The experience was rushed. We were a party of 7 & this was a birthday celebration and 4 of the 7 had never dined there. For the price, the experience overall left a lot to be desired. Disappointing.
We love Texas de Brazil, but the Richmond location was very disappointing. Despite asking several times for medium, every bit of steak that was brought to our table was rare, as in dark red all the way through. I also got some chicken that was not cooked all the way. We requested a certain meat several times and never received it. Also had to ask multiple times for bread. When spending $300 on dinner you would expect better service.
Awesome experience. We recommend this restaurant to many of our friends and family. The food is delicious. The experience is unmeasurable.
I am coming back with my fitness group! They’ve never been but loved the concept and how much I raved about the food
Staff were Courteous and friendly. Food was so delicious and servers were constantly bringing meat to our table.
Superb service, extensive wine list, and extraordinary salad bar. The gauchos were very pleasant. Meat rotations were very spastic, despite our green chips. We never did get the entire rotation. It was difficult to get med well meat, even after we were asked repeatedly our preference.
Everything was great as usual The wait to be seated was even fast.
the food was delicious and the host and waitress were very nice.
Seated with only a 5 minute delay. Maître di was helpful and courteous food was great.
It was our first time at Texas de Brazil. Different types of delicious meats served at your table. It was a wonderful experience. Very nice place.
It seems we got stuck in a spot that was not frequented by the gauchos. Went for long periods of time with no food and sometimes when they did come athey had medium well beef thougg we requested rare/medium rare. Only got one or 2 passes of the preferred cuts like beef ribs and picanha. When we did actually get medium rare beef or lamb it was great. Those instances were unfortunately few and far between.
Not the Texas de Brazil we remembered. Usedvto be a more special Place for special occasions. Pleople dressed up and very few kids. Now you see people in stretch pants, tennis shoes, ball caps, dirty jeans and t-shirts. Kids watching videos at their table so loud you couldn’t hear the conversation at your own table. Overall novice level is worse at this location. We had to wait a long time for certain meets at a certain temperature. It is now overpriced for what it is. Very disappointing.
Very well taken care of everyone in our group was satisfied to the fullest. Thank you again for the great night
Really enjoyed the unique salad bar and wonderful food and service
Fantastic as always. Food was cooked perfect for Med Rare, and came quick and hot. Great service.
Great service. Very pleasant atmosphere. Food was great and fresh. Meats were delicious and melted in our mouths.
Stephanie was an awesome server, she did a great job. She had us try different foods that we haven’t before. This was a late Valentine’s Day lunch, and they made it special to us. We went at a perfect time when it wasn’t busy and not noisy at all. Great job Texas De Brazil. We look forward to our next visit.
