It’s super loud but just from conversation. There’s no music playing so you feel like your in a cafeteria. But it is far from cafeteria food. I only made it to the buffet once because my server brought bananas which I don’t eat, cheddar bread and garlic mashed potatoes before I even got my plate for carved meat. I was so full there’s no way I could do round two. I also had a Long Island that tasted like lemonade that was different and delicious. I have a few club memberships so I’ll definitly will be buying gift cards to return.
We were there for our anniversary. We were seated right outside the kitchen and could see all the bustling and hear all the noise from the kitchen. Frankly it was turn off to look at all the mess in the kitchen while dining. A positive was the buffet, it was very inviting. Our waitress seemed a little overwhelmed and had to be prompted to refill drinks more than once.
My husband and I make an attempt during Pittsburgh Restaurant week to have dinner here. As always, the food was delicious! Our waitress was awesome, but the waiters going around with the meat weren’t very good. They didn’t round the tables much and we had to ask our waitress three times to send certain meats our way.
Is a fun place to go with excellent food & Elizabeth provided exceptional service! This is my third year for my birthday celebration.
They need a waiting area/lobby. We had reservations for 5:15 and still had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. There isn’t much room to wait. You feel like you are in the way the whole time.
DISAPPOINTED! Not worth the price! We saw our waitress once, that was when we were first seated and then she did not come back around for another 45-50min. I had to stop another waiter to ask him for more water. We had the same three meats come around to us three times. It was not until our waitress finally came over and we mentioned this to her that other selections came around. The gauchos, who serve the meat were very pleasant the only positive about this place, they even admitted that they were understaffed. I would not recommend, you want to spend the money for the Brazilian “bbq” experience I would go to Green Forest in Penn Hills off Rodi Rd.
Great experience as always! Service was good, meat service was slow due to volumes - we didn’t see all different types of meats. Will be back
Didn't know what to expect booking the reservation bit this place has been on the to visit lost for a few years. Hearing a few great reviews about the place and having a birthday conning up made it a great opportunity to finally visit. Thankful we made reservations cause this place gets busy. After being seated and told how the place works our food began to be served. Being a picky eater figured there was gonna be stuff that I wouldn't like but had my mind set to try everything that was dished out to us. Surprisingly there wasn't a single thing that wasnt totally incredibly tasting and totally above any other place we been to. Not being a big fan of sweets but being my birthday dinner I decided to try the chocolate moose cake and and again the chef is a master. Not to sweet and not to dry. It was also so delicious and they decorated it for the occasion. Price was a little higher but for what your getting is surely worth while and we will be back.
It would be better if they cooked the meat more than rare. The lamb chop was actually still raw.
Very poor service in terms of the amount of time to get meat - offered sirloin 50 times and filet once - most meat over cooked...felt they didn’t care as soon as we passed on alcohok
