The salad bar is extensive and special, not the usual of most restaurants. The meat is served as long as your card is green. You can tell the waiter what kinds of meats you want to eat from the start and they will make sure those come to your table. We celebrate most special occassions here! Good eats!

Generally, I really like this place. However, this was a mediocre experience. The gauchos never really passed by my table all that much. They seemed to work from the kitchen to the front of the house on a diagonal, and then back to the bar area. I had to engage my server to get them to bring some of my favorite meats to me. Also, I was there for about 90 minutes. During that time there were no au gratin potatoes. None. Ever. I found that odd. All in all, I really like the place and enjoy the concept, however, Fogo is set to open soon. A little competition might do wonders for this place.

Our children gave my husband and I a gift certificate for Christmas and we finally got around to using it. We had a 3:00 p.m. reservation on a Sunday and were seated with no wait. We were seated right next to someone else, which didn't make sense at the time because there were so many open seats. I imagine it's so the gauchos do not have to walk so far between tables. I liked the salad bar options and was able to try some items that I have never had before so that was neat. We loved the selection of side items, particularly the mushrooms in wine sauce (yum). The meat selection was good although there wasn't too many different options. They did stop by even if our card was red which we did not have a problem with at all. The steak options were very flavorful and moist. We were disappointed that filet mignon wasn't an option at lunch but we were still pleased with what we did have. Wait staff was very attentive. I would definitely return.

Our Server was Ryan and he was beyond amazing!!! The salad bar was very nice and the staff in general gave us a pleasant visit. Now I don't eat pork and almost every meat brought to the table was wrapped in bacon or pork. So I only got to sample a very small amount of steak and lamb. All the chicken they brought was bacon wrapped. That was more than a little disappointing. Over all a very nice restaurant. The host was polite and the manager walked around greeting people. However with the issue with the meat I will probably not be back. We paid almost $100 for 2 adults and I only had salad, rice and about 5 oz of meat.

Great place to celebrate a special occasion. Variety of food for everyone. Service is exceptional. Plan on spending some time. A bit noisy and frenetic at times.

I have been to this restaurant once before and had a much better experience. The meats were not as good this time around and the buffet was not kept stocked. Our table also wobbled the entire time which made it very annoying and distracting.

Based on this visit alone the service was exceptional. The manager came to our table to check in with us and as busy as they were it was appreciated.

We were sat in the back by the bar up against the side of the restaurant. There was a shelf right beside us that held the water pitches for the staff. We were constantly interrupted with them grabbing the pitchers. The personnel who were walking around with the different meat selections didn’t come by our table often. We’ve been here before so we know what they have. We had to keep asking them can you send over this meat and that meat. Sometimes they came, most times, they didn’t. We specifically waited for barbecue spare ribs and the Parmesan chicken and pork. For the price per person, we really had to “beg” to have someone come over to our table. Also, it was so cold in the restaurant. We asked 4-5 times to see if they could shut the air off. It was in the 30’s outside. No reason for air conditioning to be on! Very disappointing. Won’t be going back here.

Our table was ready quickly and the hostess was very friendly. Things quickly went downhill with the salad bar. Items I tried were rather bland, but okay—you’re not there for the bar—but the lettuce was full of sand. Lots of sand. I tried eating some other things off my plate but a couple bites got some residual sand so I was done. I had the waitress take my plate away. She did tell the manager who came over and assured us they were removing the salad from the bar and washing new lettuce to replenish—they must’ve missed washing it the first time.

I essentially spent $50+ after tip for three chunks of meat (which that was good, but appetite obviously affected) and a scoop of mashed potatoes.

I’m in no hurry to return. The rest of my party (who passed on the romaine) loved it, though.

We had a great time. Celebrating a friend's birthday. 4 people with dessert and tip = 338.00. Little pricey but not something we do weekly or even monthly. Service was great and food was even better.

We had a wonderful time, the staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. We were seated at a corner table next to a window so I feel like our experience was more private than if you sat in the center. It was very crowded and loud, but it was a Friday night so that’s to be expected. Our bill for 2 people was about $140 including a bottle of wine, it was very pricy. Overall I would recommend, it’s very nice, very clean, and fun.

Don't go on a holiday. Fortunately we had been there before and so were able to chalk up this experience to what we presume was an overwhelmed staff. Although it's generally desirable to have some time to digest and a churrascaria can be overwhelming, the tableside service here on Easter was so slow as to leave us hungry in between arrivals. Bar service was appalling, which could not have been good for the restaurant's profits---at the price of their caipirinhas, you would think they might be asking if the customer would like another, rather than having to be virtually body-blocked to take a drinks order.

It opened at 11, but the better meat cuts were not available until after 12. The server said it was late because they were still cooking them, which is funny, as the cheaper cuts were ready, and the better cuts were not. Did they forget to look at their watches???
Also, the wait time to be greeted and directed to a table was ridiculously long, for a place that was still empty when we arrived.

We really enjoyed our food service and our experience at Texas De Brazil, we especially enjoyed how our server and the meat carvers would make sure they would send the specific meat carvers to our table we were looking for, for example; we especially enjoyed the parmesan chicken!
