   This is the first time I’ve had a below average experience at Texas de Brazil. When we first were seated, it took a few minutes for the waitress to stop by to then say that she would be with us shortly; I’ve always been greeted immediately after being seated and it wasn’t that busy yet so it set the stage. A minute later another waitress came over and did a little introduction and then got our drink order and said she was helping. We then started with the salad bar. When I got back to my seat, nothing was on the the table yet but our napkins were taken apart; a minute or so later, the original waitress brought the drinks, and then realized we had no sides and mentioned she would be back with them. Then we waited and waited for meats; a guy with the chicken and I think the same guy or a similar looking guy with the sausages, both friendly, was all we were offered in a 30 min span. Our waitress had the table behind us which was a larger group and she was taking stellar care of them but not coming to us that much. At one point I asked the guy with the chicken where the rest of the meats were; he asked what we wanted and we told him filet mignon, and then about 10 min later he came by with the filet mignon. I didn’t catch his name, I wish I would have because he took better care of us than the waitress. I will say there is one manager that has always been there when I’ve been there in the past and he goes around and checks on everyone at each of their tables. I’ve complimented him before because I truly feel that sets him apart as a manager and a leader of a restaurant and that has been the reason I’ve enjoyed this restaurant so much. I did not see him today and I think that his presence makes a big difference with the service. I hope he still works there. Im not sure if or when we will be back.

   Texas de Brazil has a wonderful, knowledgeable and accommodating staff! Highly recommend for a celebration dinner!

   Meats were a little slow coming to our table until we mentioned this to our waitress. Then it got better.

   Had a party of 5 adults and a child, and service was good food didn't come.out as fast as I thought it would but then sped up later, the salad bar was good, bacon wrapped meat was fatty but edible, noticed not a lot of flavor with the different meats, the Leg of lamb had a really strong almost lemon seasoning could not eat that at all. overall had a good time very expensive for a group with tip over $400.

   I would’ve love to have real mashed potatoes instead of instant they was not good at all and the bananas was not good either vey mushy but the meat was great and service was excellent

   Texas de Brazil offers a unique dining experience. The salad bar was outstanding and I would have appreciated a salad bar only option. The servers were always passing by with the grilled meat entrees. The wait person was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I wish there was a larger selection of side dishes, but my wife and I came away very satisfied. We will return.

   I thought the meat was really tough . The filet mignon was over cooked . The sirloin was tough . The bacon wrapped filet was terrible - the bacon was raw and did nothing for the steak at all . It was very loud . The buffet was fresh and refilled often . Beleice it or not the flank steak was the best thing we ate. It was very expensive for the quality . The dessert was good - chocolate mousse cake . But honestly, we have been coming for years and we were a little bit disappointed this time !

   We went for brunch and the food and service were excellent! Will definitely be returning in the near future.

    We have ate at this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed until tonight…all steak is cooked medium rare but we had some burnt meat tonight and our waitress was almost non existent. We asked for one final meat to come over and it never did then we waited 20 minutes for our bill… very disappointed with tonight’s service…
