   Our server was excellent but we didn’t get allot of meat coming around. Even after the server and the manager requested stuff. We were there 2 hours and we left unsatisfied and the waiters tried to get us more food but we were just done at that point. Sad we usually have a great experience.

   Our waiter was great, made personal recommendations, and did his best to compensate for the slow food service. However, the meat service was really slow, sometimes going as long as 30 minutes at one point without anyone coming over to our table. And we all had our green side up. The waiter did acknowledge this for us and asked for requests as well as stated he would try to get us more options, but it just didn’t seem to improve. We have had good experiences in prior visits so this was disappointing. We left not really full and missing out on a lot of the great options. I would say we probably only got to try about half of what appeared to be in rotation. Hopefully this is improved and future visits will be better because we do enjoy the food.

   Waited twenty min for our reservation, waitress missed a quarter of our parties drink orders, and then never offered the back half of our table any meat. When it came time for our bills every single bill was messed up, one couple never even received a bill! Waited over thirty min for the bills to be fixed and they didn’t fix them. Spoke to the manager and his response was oh… That’s it. Considering I’ve been a frequent patron of the Cleveland area Texas de Brazil I’m severely disappointed In the service and food at this location. I will never come back to the Pittsburgh location.

   The food was not worth the price this yr. The meats were overcooked and fatty. The salad bar was not like it used to be. Last Easter they had a lot more options. This year there was not any fruits on salad bar except some pineapple. We will not be back it was not worth the 345.00 plus tip for 4 people.

    We've eaten here many times and understand that holidays can be busy but this is the worst trip we've had so far. We sat kind of far away from the food areas just based on where they put us and we were rarely seen. The meats would run out before they made it out to us and we rarely saw half of what came out. I watched several times as this happened. Our waitress also seemed frazzled and seemed to have a hard time balancing her tables because I waited about 25 minutes just to get the soda I ordered. More disappointing than usual.
