Unfortunately this was the worst experience we have ever had here before. I’m not sure if it’s bc of covid, a bad waiter, they are understaffed. We started at 5 and by 545 still had no meat and our salad plates weren’t taken away until about that same time. We sat and watched little meat come by - one every 30 minutes or so. My husband grew so inpatient bc by 7, very little meat had come and our waiter was missing for large periods of time. We asked for the check. We left hungry. I’m not sure we will be back which is a shame. I always thought this restaurant was a little better than fogo food wise. I think we will go back to fogo and not return.

This place has definitely seen a drop in quality over the past 2yrs. Gaucho service was slow. Had to ask multiple times for various meats. Some came out so overdone that it looked reheated. We used to love this place but now it is not even close to fogo de chao

Great experience even with covid restrictions. Servers prepared selections from salad bar rather than guests doing it themselves. Everything was unlimited and amazing as usual though.

As usual, we were immediately greeted with big smiles (evident even behind the masks). It was wonderful to see so many of the same wonderful staff we are accustomed to seeing there!

Our server, Todd, took wonderful care of us. He made sure our glasses stayed full, that we had all the filet and flank steak we desired, and that we left completely satisfied.

The gauchos, as always, were superb as well. Despite operating at a lower capacity, everyone made sure there was plenty of hot, delicious meat ready to serve. Tonight, each cut was grilled to perfection!

While we look forward to the days when our favorite restaurant can return to the normal bustle we expect, we were grateful for the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere tonight. It's wonderful to feel so welcome whenever we visit.

We were promptly seated. Everything was clean and complied with COVID recommendations. The server, Sydney, was charming, helpful and attentive without hovering. This was the first occasion in a year that the four of us had been able to be together; we were celebrating one boy's April birthday and the other's September one because we hadn't been able to dine in. Although there were fewer diners than under "normal" circumstances, we had a marvelous dinner and enjoyed ourselves. We look forward to returning soon.

First time there and will definitely be returning. Our waiter went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The food was absolutely to die for. Only small "hiccup" is if you prefer your steak and meat well done. Had to put in a special request. As soon as I did it was taken care of.

The waiters were all inexperienced, no personality and continuously passed up our table to serve even though we were the first table in their path. Never had an issue before.

We’ve been here multiple times. One of my favorite places to go. Recently went at the beginning of the second shut down in Pittsburgh because on covid and ended up having to sit outside in 55 degree weather before they had lighting or heaters outside and we still somehow enjoyed our food and time here! Waitress and food servers are just so pleasant and the food is just too delish!! I will always recommend this place to anyone :)

The service was excellent. Some of the meat was a bit salty or chewy. The food from the salad bar was very good. The music was a tad loud but overall, it was a good experience.

Server Rich was awesome, very attentive an helped us with understanding what and how dinner would flow. Salads were crisp and cold and choices plentiful and delicious. The protein choices were good, especially the Garlic Sirloin. But they kept offering the same 5 or 6 choices. We finally stopped eating and kept asking for lamb chops. After 30 minutes or so leg of lamb showed up, then the chops. We only were offered filet once. The food was all delicious but the "cheap" choices kept coming and was disappointed that we couldn't have some more of the "good " stuff. For $46 a dinner, some better choices would be nice.

Came for a birthday dinner and like usual the food was awesome! Tried new meats and our waiter was a sweetheart.

Wow Sidney and the other staff made my daughters birthday so special. They treated us so well from the moment we came in until we left. I can not thank them enough for the professionalism and kindness. It was amazing all the way around!!

Their fire protection went off and they had to shut down the restaurant. My daughters birthday was ruined and what did they do for me? 15% off of a meal that expires in 3 weeks. I’m very disappointed.

Our waiter Tom was outstanding. I have had good and bad service here but Tom is one of the best any where.

Phenomenal service as always, Rich our waiter was out standing and very attentive of our needs. Infection control precautions were also very impressive. Always a pleasant experience with their team!

Went here for my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend and absolutely loved it, our service was amazing and food was spectacular!

Texas de Brazil was amazing as is every visit there , there service is outstanding , the food is nothing short of exceptional it’s always a great experience going to dinner there

Even during trying times, you can get lots of meat. That's important because living ain't living in a smaller amount.

Overall great meal. Some things were repetitive but my waitress noticed and had them bring out what I requested.

Loved the place. Excelent service. We went there to celebrate our anniversary. The food was great, except for a couple of things I didn't love, specifically the lamb. But overall, the variety of meats is good, and the experience was very enjoyable.

Meat was very limited and not tender at all. Worst experience ever at a churrasco restaurant. Salad bar limitation due to covid is understandable but no excuse for poor quality meat at these prices....

Good. Scalloped potatoes were the best.
Way to SALTY, SALTY, SALTY... and I like salt.

This restaurant is soo good! Especially the top sirloin picanha just melts in your mouth! Don't cut off that fat because it tastes amazing. Paula was our server and she was fantastic and kind! Thank you!

Good environment, fresh food ,good location close to the Downtown

A bit costly but if you leave hungry it’s your own fault. Need to tone down the salt a little.

I had the salad only but the rest of our table of 6 had the meat. We arrived hungry and they served us very high carb appetizers, complimentary of course. Appetite killers! Mashed potatoes?! Sugar coated bananas?! Little warm puffy rolls to just pop in your mouth...and fill you up fast! I just took a taste of each but our young people ate much more! That just turned me off right away. I could go on about the poor service, the interruptions of the meat servers, the lack of Filet Mignon, and duck, and sushi, and the blood dripped on the table and not wiped up, the coffee spilled over into the saucer, and the dirty dishes left in the table, but enough said. They said the meat was good though so I suppose that is the main reason for going but the dining experience was not for me. My husband and I would not go back again.

Amazing first time there. Other than price which was shocking
