We came to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. Originally reserved a table for 8 with a specific server requested, however their section couldn’t accommodate that many people. Luckily for us, only 4 people showed up because everyone is sick. Surprisingly the restaurant still said because we had a reservation they wouldn’t accommodate us to this servers section EVEN THOUGH, the restaurant was almost empty, dinner was past, so no rush was expected, and he had available seating. The server didn’t seem happy the only person at the table eating meat was my son, the adults had the salad bar we don’t eat meat and I myself recovering from Covid didn’t eat as I have no appetite, still intended on tipping and paying, as I’m a SERVER and a MANAGER of a dining establishment, she even took his plate at one point when he wasn’t even finished eating, we had to go find more lambchops, honest mistake, But the main issue was, Another party decided to use our table as their dirty dish table while we stepped away to use the restroom. The manager was made aware of the situation and wasn’t trying to come over and deal with it. My brother had to go get him 15-20 minutes later. We had to ask the server for new utensils drinks and to wipe our table clean after these people removed their dirty dishes from our table. The server accommodated us with a candle and a cutting serving utensil for my son’s cake after wards and we enjoyed cake and left. However, we won’t be going back to this location for sometime. For the amount of money we spend there, and the amount of times we go, this was outrageous behavior. The GM is amazing sadly he wasn’t there. We have a few favorite servers, we’re frequent flyers to say the least, I still recommend this place, just maybe not for us for a while. Very poor experience

Meat was overcooked and there was not a lot of meat servers or choices of meat as in the past visits. Salad bar was excellent and waitress did an excellent job

This was my first visit to Texas de Brazil. It was an amazing place. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The food variety was spectacular. Awesome salad bar fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The meat selection was varied but maybe the servers who came around with the skewer meat selections could have come around more frequently. The lamb chops and the leg of lamb were nice and juicy, as were the different skewers of beef. I was not a fan of the Parmesan pork or chicken but other tables were getting their share. The hot sides were just ok. The lobster bisque really didn't have any lobster bits in it that I could tell but it was tasty none the less. There was some kind of steamed rice and you could top it off with sauteed mushrooms and some kind of beans that I did not try. Wasn't a fan of the potatoes au gratin, but again my preference. The parking was plentiful, safe and very close to the restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant for the ambience and the service, and the food was well above the average all you can eat restaurants, but I will be better educated of how their system works to have even a better experience the next time that I visit. The price for the dinner is not any more that other restaurants that you would pay and receive that level of quality and it wouldn't even be "all you can eat". So to summarize my review, it was worth the drive, worth the price for parking, and worth it for the quality and quantity of food. An educated customer is the best customer.... :-)

The reservation was not a issue and we were seated just slightly ahead of time. As our first time at this restaurant it was difficult to hear our waitress explain the function of the staff. It was on the loud side. The buffet was very well stocked with an abundance of fresh vegetables, fruits, soups and salads. The meats were everywhere and flooded your plate as you wished. A pleasantly smoky flavor with a nice selection of spices, not just salt. Every slice, chunk or piece was tender yet properly cooked. We sat and enjoyed our meal for better than 1.5hrs but never once felt as we were being rushed out. The Gaucho’s were very attentive to the color of your meat disc! LoL! A pleasant experience but one of the more expensive chain restaurants that we have been to. It’s still a go back to for us.

The food was delicious, but the service killed it for us. They were not overly busy, but the meat skewers were few and far between...leaving us sit with empty plates for 15+ minutes between servings. The waitress was not present most of the time. It took 20min to get a bottle of water. It was not clearly stated that dessert was not included and an upcharge for water. The waitress should have informed us of these upcharges. Again, the food and atmosphere was wonderful, but the service was terrible.
