Welcome to the height of fine dining. Welcome to Tex
Bowl of House-Made Lobster Bisque
Only about 3 cuts of meat were good. Service was great.
Food was good, although salad was their only option for vegetables. Service was a little slow from our waitress. Very disappointed that they did not have any beer available even though it’s on their menu. I understand having an issue with the kegs on tap, but how hard is it to run to the grocery store and stock up on bottles.
With covid, your server does need to get your salad bar options. We didn't have a problem with that. It was fast and the server brought a ton of food from the salad bar. The rest of the food was also good. The only thing I did not agree with was they now charge you extra for lamb chops. Other than that, it was a great experience.
I was riding a motorcycle the other night when I went and did not have my mask. Are the restaurants just let you walk to the table with your helmet on. They did not accommodate this request. And I had to leave and walk several blocks to go to a store to buy mask. They are supposedly a high end restaurant that changes $50 a plate for dinner. It would not hurt to have some 50 Cent mask at the door to give to customers who do not have one. I was riding a motorcycle the other night when I went and did not have my mask. Food and service were awesome. We'll definitely be back
Awesome place for date night, birthdays or any celebration! The food is fantastic!
Seemed to be understaffed for the weekend. Very slow table service
I love dining at Texas de Brazil. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. The service is outstanding and so is management. I have been going for several years now and I recommend it to anyone! Outstanding experience every time😊
Good food, good meat good God we and eat. Overall was a great experience!
Wasn’t a big fan of the chicken that was brought to the table. The salad bar was delicious. The steak was delicious. The service was fantastic by our server. The hostess was no a personable person. She never smiled. Somebody should tell her that she is the hostess. It’s almost like she belongs behind a desk where she doesn’t have to deal with people. The female manager was very rude to my husband and we actually almost left because he felt like she was treating him disrespectfully.
Everything else was ok.
Everything was great. Hostess can use better training. Specially how she speaks and greets guests. She seemed annoyed and was not friendly. The carvers are very friendly, our server worked very hard considering covid restrictions
Music was totally different than it should be, I’m a nice restaurant not a club. Food skipped our table several times. I believe they must implement (green/red) cards. Overall good, but can be better.
The overall experience was wonderful. The entire staff was very friendly. It was our anniversary and it was acknowledged by the hostess and our server more than once. The food was delicious! This was our third time there and it has never disappointed.
Food was perfect always hot and tasty, "I love the relaxed feel of this place, is a perfect place to celebrate something special, is not that noise and the service is 100/100
Overpriced for what it was.
Perfect in every way. Best meal I’ve had in years!
Awesome food, costly but large portions, friendly people and cozy environment.
We had reservations to celebrate a birthday. We sat waiting for about 30 minutes before our drink orders were taken, and another 10 before our salad order was taken. Meanwhile, a couple that were seated after us were served drinks, salads, and had their plates for meat before our drink order was even taken by our server. Our waiter never acknowledged the birthday even though it was on the ticket on the table. We ended up getting our plates from the neighboring server after she realized we still had nothing on our table. Lastly we ordered a pitcher of sangria, and we’re told that we would get the rest of the bottle and we did not. In the end we were charged for the birthday dessert and never got our wine. He did however take the dessert off the bill.
The food was perfectly prepared. The meats are tender, juicy, cooked the way we like, and plentiful. Our server must have been new or unfamiliar with the serving procedures of Texas de Brazil. The server was probably one of the less competent servers we have had at a Texas de Brazil restaurant and we have eaten at several different Texas de Brazil restaurants many times a year for many years. She did not bring bananas to the table. We had to request the bananas several. At Texas de Brazil, bananas are an integral part of the meal. We had to wait for our water. She was not attentive to our needs. We did not feel welcome. We needed to ask for items that the servers know are part of the dinning experience. Our server should have been trained longer. more thorough, or been observed for a longer time. Another server should have taught the server more of the finesse exhibited by good Texas de Brazil servers. She needs more initiative and enthusiasm.
We had a lovely evening, with great food, attentive staff and will go again.
Excellent service! The food was great, as always.
We were here celebrating my son’s 17th bday and although it was way to much food for him, overall he had a great time. They gave him a slice of cheesecake for his birthday, that was better than I expected.
Our waitress was Shannon and she spoiled us! It was amazing! I would go back just so she could take care of us!
Friendly, good food, great wait staff! Well definitely go again if in the area!
Little expensive especially since you can’t make your own salad
Awesome experience food was good for first time. Waitress was amazing she made it don't know her name I was their Sat evening at 5pm. When u walk in we were the 3rd table in. If u can find out the lady who took care of us she's a keeper for your business. She also was the bartender as well.
Not worth the money they charge. Meats were good, salad bar was not good. Need to wait until all restrictions get lifted before you waste your money. They took salad bar options away but still charge same price.
COVID was an excuse for too many things. They do not allow you to go to the salad bar. They gave our table of six one piece of paper with the salad bar items listed but half of the items were not there. They said they could not put sushi like they always have because of Covid. They said you cannot go to the salad bar because the spread of the virus but they stick those big piles of steak in front of everyone’s face 1 foot away from their mouth that’s no problem they should allow you to go to the salad bar with a mask on. Several of our favorite meat pieces we’re not available because of Covid. $400 tab and we go there all the time but will not return until after Covid is over November 4.
Wonderful servers , nice dining experience . My wife and I would visit again.
The meat was extremely salty. I felt like there wasn’t any real seasoning but salt salt salt. Not a fine dining type of meat to me.
If you just want to eat lots of meat, this is your place, otherwise, give it a pass.
Unfortunately with COVID the salad bar has to be provided by your wait person, which is very difficult unless you just get a menu salad, and even then they got the dressing wrong. We did not get our sides until we were almost done with the meal - there is not enough room on the tables for salads and meat plates and sides, apparently - and the sides are not great - french fries, potatoes, and fried bananas, none of them great and the portions, when you get them, very small. Our wait person was very inattentive and almost never checked on us. The bar ran out of bourbon - ? and just getting water was difficult. This turned out to be a very expensive meat selection - and we didn't even get all of the variety of meats that were on the list.
Food was delicious. I would prefer the ability to go up to the sides bar but I understand the restrictions
It was our anniversary meal. It’s a very nice place, Meats are amazing and tender. All sides and salads come with meal. Reasonabley priced. Wine is very expensive. Would highly recommend though!
Very slow service. 30 mins or beverage and soup and salad
I loved it. The food was fantastic, service was fantastic, it was clean.
We had an amazing time we will definitely be coming back !!
I was a little skeptical after reading many of the reviews. The first thing I will say was that some of the reviews are correct, the lamb chops are no longer included with the dinner and are now al a carte. This was my reason for a 4 and not a 5. Otherwise I thought the restaurant did a great job handling Covid. You could still get everything you wanted from the salad bar, you just had to tell the waiter what you wanted and they bring you a heaping plate(s) of what you ask for. One thing I think the restaurant could have done a little better was giving people a little more distance between eachother. With all the tables vacant, they were still sitting parties in tables adjacent to eachother which was unnecessary. Food was still great and our waiter Vlad was awesome.
This was my first time at that location and I was pleased! I certainly will return.
The food was good as usual, but the wait staff was a little slow and inattentive. It was not very busy during our time there. I understand what's going on as I'm also in the service industry. I know we all have to adjust to the new "normal". My wife had to wait 35 minutes for her salad and getting refills on our drinks was a struggle. Overall it was ok.
