Mother's Day Menus & Specials
Opening early at 11am and serving our regular dinner menu and price all day!
The atmosphere is too dark and music too loud. Could not understand the waitress or the servers that bring the meat portions by. The salad bar was not up to par, and options for extremely limited on anything. It was not worth 45$ a plate.
We waited about 15 minutes before we were even approached by wait staff. Then another 20 minutes before we got our drinks. Server was pleasant; but we could hardly hear her due to the noise level. Food was phenomenal but where the service was lacking, it definitely did not meet our expectations for the price that was paid.
The food was fresh & plentiful - our waitress Kia had a great attitude and was very helpful throughout our dinner. The salad bar was available again, provided you donned your mask and a pair of gloves - a small price to pay to select your own items, in my book!! It was my husband's birthday, and he and I both enjoyed the experience immensely! Thanks for a great evening!
Great place to eat lamb melts in your mouth thanks
Arrived 30 minutes early to check in and the young lady at the front desk was just rude and unfriendly. We brushed it off and went to the bar to order a drink, which we waited 20 minutes for only to be told no one could make a drink because the bartenders are also servers...what? Brushed that off and said ok. The food came out rushed regardless of what color card we had turned over and it was always old meet at the end of the knife. Overall awful experience other than our waitress who was great. This place has gone way down hill won’t be back any time soon.
Just really disappointing. Bathrooms were not clean, food was just not good at all. Service was so so. Been to Texas location and it is night and day difference. Also the Valet was not running.
Pleasant experience my waitress Imani was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect for the night.
Excellent.. great service and management, very clean and followed Covid 19 guidelines
Casey was excellent waitress. The guys was on time with meet choices. Food was delicious. I will be coming back again
It was a very nice restaurant and the food was great. I was expecting a different ambience all together but it was nice.
Food was great, service was a little slow with drink refills, server disappeared frequently
Our server was amazing! Only concern was that tables were seated less than 6 feet apart.
Easter & Hubby’s BDay
This is a fine example of a Brazilian steakhouse; albeit a chain, it is an enjoyable experience. Their chimichurri was different than most: I missed the usual, but this was a fresh, salad like version that still worked. And the complimentary dessert was a nice touch to take home!
Our server Tricia was amazing. Very attentive and pleasant.
If you like a variety of good food and excellent service, then Texas de Brazil is the place to be.
Amazing services and good options. Will definitely be going back. The drinks were strong and tasty.
The filet was over cooked significantly every time it was served.
Restaurant was too loud. Most food was too salty. Beef ribs finally came out after asking for them 5 times (took 45 minutes), and then they were not edible. They were so dry, the top layer was like beef jerky. VA COVID mitigation plan still required 6 feet between tables, which was not adhered to at all. The fried plantains were nearly burned and looked like dog mess on a platter. Even with disk turned up to green, several servers passed us by, not even pausing to see if we wanted what the were serving. All in all, the worst Brazilian restaurant experience I've ever had, and I was expecting it to be the best which is why I chose it for my birthday dinner. Big mistake.
Awesome experience. Meat at the correct temperature for my liking. Great service all around
the waiters with the meat were very attentive, but after we got our first round of drinks our actual waitress was barely around to check in on if we needed anything from waters, refills, napkins, to go boxes, the check, etc.
Server, Kai, was excellent! But she was so swamped, and not one person stepped up to help. Our table was not bussed at all during the THREE HOURS our party of 6 was there, even though we eventually scraped and stacked our own plates to make it easier for pickup. Gauchos kept coming with meat, even though our buttons were red and our table was a hot mess with no room for anything. Hostess could not have been more snobby or rude! The $3.50 SMALL coffees were not refilled once, even though they came 45 minutes prior. A random “busser ” came as we were finishing dessert and tried to grab the cake plate that was still 1/2 full, as someone was taking a bite. HORRIBLE experience, and we will not return. Bummer.
Service was slow.! We ordered our drinks frist but didn't get them till half way through the meal and we ordered boy order sweet tea.... I go back again. It was a very nice place..
The food was excellent. The service was great.
25 min wait with a res. Was hardly checked up on, water was never refilled, the sangria was good but we would have ordered another pitcher if asked, which we weren't. The food was average, and the server was obviously weeded. Not worth the cost, won't visit again.
Only reason I went out that night was for the soup that’s usually in the salad bar area. I forget what it’s called but pretty sure it has cod in it and it’s my all time fav from Texas de Brazil. Was super disappointed when I was told it was unavailable. All in all I definitely dont think it was worth what we spent. Also, the sangria was for sure not worth the almost $50 we paid for it. Was there even wine in it? Probably won’t be back anytime soon.
My expectations were not high, unfortunately they weren't met. What can be expected for a buffet style dining experience?
Food was delicious. I do wish we hadn't been put next to the buffet line. Especially when it got busy, the line started to creep into our personal space.
2nd time going the food was better the first time maybe it was the cook
Service was slow and the variety of meat was not up to standards of Texas de Brazil.
You pay for the experience. The hot bar/side items left little to be desired. Filet mignon only went by our table one time for the duration of our visit. Some of the meats were great, others were so so.
Food was good and had a lot of variety. The salad bar is stellar!! Would like more private seating.
Wow, first time here and everything was literally perfect. Our reservation was for 9 pm and we were seated by 9:06. Our waitress and her trainee were phenomenal. The food was excellent. Can’t wait to be back again.
Good time for large parties. The food itself has tasted better at other Texas De Brazils but the idea of unlimited meat is always good. They had great social distancing practices
Waiter was very nice. I wish I could rate Nikkia separately. We were offered the sausage several times before getting something different. We had to request different meats. Why are the sides served mashed potatoes and French fries? Both were cold by the time they got to the table. The salad bar is very weak. They have a sangria special 2 for $30 and we were charged full price. Fogo de Chao is hands down better! First and last visit here.
The manger was rude when I needed to speak with her about my experience the waiter came to my table 2x to give me a plate and give me my bill but went to others table many times I will never come back I’m reporting them to the bbb
Food was not as good as pre covid visits - lobster bisque was too hot (spicy) a d some meat items not available. Service was outstanding also.
Bought a discount card to bring my son on Saturdays when we are both off. Found out I can't use it at all on Saturdays or holidays. Asked for refund on discount card since I can't use it and was refused. We are frequent customers. We bring our huge family for holidays and special occasions. Expected better.
Don’t eat here. Everything about the visit was terrible. Waste of money and this place has fallen quickly.
Things are scaled down a tad due to Covid but overall a great experience. Professional and friendly staff.
